Not at all what the room looked in photos. Bed was so bad we got neck shoulder pain that lasted for 4 days. And the washroom situation was even worse. The refrigerator was not in a condition to use either. Even budget hotels provide better service that this.
Had a wonderful stay at Casa Cottage, Bengaluru in August 2022. Warm, aesthetic vibe, extremely efficient and hospitable staff, always eager to assist. Cozy rooms, aesthetically done rooms. Nice taste. Go do breakfast. Pretty nice location too. Would definitely recommend.
We booked here cos the place was pet friendly and affordable. The staff and the people that check in here are laid back, friendly, and lovely. It wasn't like a hotel where you'd call for room service etc. The kitchen was open and you could help yourself to cutlery and things with no questions asked. Which all the more made it feel like home. The room had a fridge and an open kitchen with a microwave, so it was easy to order in and eat leftovers.
Really charming property surrounded by a lovely little garden by which a homely breakfast was served. The staff members were helpful and made us feel welcome. The rooms were simply furnished but had everything we could need. Our room was up a wrought iron staircase which I found to be gorgeous but could pose accessibility problems for some guests -- do check with them beforehand, they were always responsive to all my questions before we arrived! A great choice if you're looking for a pleasant, clean and simple stay in a great location.
This is a good place for a day to relax in the city. It has a nice small garden and greenery around. You can take your pets too. You can detox for a day by doing nothing and simply reading or relaxing
Bang in the middle of the bustle of Bangalore city, you will have a quiet haven called Casa Cottage. Built in 1915, this heritage home has been turned into a hotel, which is definitely worth a stay if you are passing by Bangalore. Quiet, clean, well furnished with hot water, internet and plenty of things around to visit and do. Much recommended for all travellers passing by bangalore.
We come every year for work and the staff are pleasant and always willing to share tips and information. We especially love the outdoor area with the trees and flowers that make it a little oasis in a busy Bangalore. A rare and charming place to stay and always look forward to coming back!
A quaint and stunning place in the midst of the city! Beautiful set up, fantastic food and great hosts! Very rare to find this experience in the midst of a city. Loved the ambience and service. A definite must visit 🙌🏽 Thank you for a memorable stay!
Charming little cottage that’ll give you vacay vibes in the heart of Bangalore. Will recommend for a staycation if you can’t get away! Vibrantly coloured cottages will take you away to a quaint french quarter of yesteryear.
Our room was adequate but a tad noisy being close to the store room & block of apartments next door. We had a cupboard, desk, sofa, fridge, kettle, tea/coffee, fan, AC in the room. Laundry available. The garden is miniscule so my husband and I felt cramped. It was worse when a fellow guest proceeded to smoke cigars - the smoke permeated the entire open space! No thanks! Open dining area where breakfast is served. The Cottage has auto rickshaw contacts so we hired one to see the sights. Within walking distance to restaurants but you have to navigate your way through busy traffic. Ditto for walking to MG Road metro, but it's doable! But if you don't want to walk, the Cottage can order take-out food for you to have in the dining area. It was an adequate stay but I found the place lacking in warmth. The place may be heritage listed but the rooms certainly need sprucing up. Recommended. …
