Had a great time there with my family & pet Its vast open green space was ideal for kids and pets to have a good time. Food is decent. The spa massage was good though pricey.. The pool is not functional currently. The rooms are good & clean. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic.. While getting there the last 2 kms is a bit confusing even with Google maps and the kucha roads are tricky. Overall a good place for families & pets. if you want to get away from hustle and bustle of the city without a long drive - Native Village is a good option.

We visited this property looking at the photos uploaded and the fact that it is a niramaya project inspire of the high price. But we were extremely unhappy with the property. There were broken tiles in our room ( zen room), dirty bedspreads,no hot water. Not a well maintained property for the price that they charge. There are other better properties for the same price. An eye wash to all the above mentioned , by the owner , would be that it is Eco friendly, in which case it shouldn’t be this expensive. Route on the google is confusing. In short not worth the money.

All I can tell is “awesome stay”. I went with my wife to the resort as we had no other options in Shimla and northern region due to possible lockdown coz of COVID. The resort, experience and stay in our native village resort did not let us down. We enjoyed to the fullest and had a whole lot of fun. Fresh air, green everywhere, safe and very mood enhancing ambience. Excellent and well maintained rooms . Exceptional service and hospitality by staffs and especially, Mr. Anurag has been very helpful whenever we need even silly or small requests - he treated us with a lot of care and hospitality. Just because of Anurag, I already have plans to go to the resort over again and this time bringing my family with me. Another reason to choose this is, it is pet friendly. Dogs love this place and any pet lover will have a peaceful and lovely time here. We are allowed to keep our dogs inside the room (there is a balcony for the day time ofcourse). It is worth mentioning about food - it has been two weeks now after our staycation but we still have the taste of Vegetable Kadak curry. Very memorable and tasty. Only downside is the price. If you are a foodie and don’t care about the cost, no worries - enjoy a lot, this is the place for you. Overall, I rate this experience as 5 stars. Love it and we wanted to extend our stay unless we had office.

ONV is a perfect get away and not too far from Bangalore. True to its name it offers a rustic experience. The staff are extremely friendly and go that extra mile to help you with service and customisation. Special mention for Anurag and Vasudev. Also shout out for Dada who obliged by getting us some medication very quickly from the city. If you are a pet parent, you will love this place. It offers a lot of space and freedom for pets to move about including common areas. You can order special meals like boiled eggs, chicken and rice, etc. for the fur balls! If you have shoes for your pets, do carry them in monsoons. Basic internet like whatsapp may work if your personal data can catch a signal. Forget about Netflix and prime. If you are so hooked on to it, it’s recommended you download before you head out. Please tell your kids upfront that Mindcraft, roblox has to be replaced with catapult, bullock ride, swing, pottery, etc. Toiletries are provided but would recommend carrying your own. The last five kilometres may give you the feeling you are lost. But you aren’t! You will need to pass through nrithyagram, then wade through cattle on mud roads for about 3-5 kms before you set sight on the brick tower in ONV. If you aren’t paying attention you will miss the hand written ONV boards. Google maps ultimately gets you there! And once you find the place, you are sure to unwind and enjoy it!
