Rooms are big with one common room n kitchen. But ac is on top of the wardrobe so room is not getting chilled properly and no fan. Breakfast no much variety but tasty. They serv breakfast in one small underground room n the roof of the room is too down u will feel dizzy. Worth for one night
Its a good budget hotel with welcoming service staff. Spacious rooms & with all amenities in working condition - Electric kettle, refrigerator, locker, iron with board, DVD player. Also have a modular kitchen platform with microwave oven & fire extinguisher. Only compromise is on breakfast where options are limited & a served in a very small room.
An average stay. Unprofessional staff at Reception. Although as per MMT it is a GST Assured hotel but at the time of check-out wasted my time in the morning and did not issue proper GST bill. Rooms and food are just Ok.
Though I haven't stayed in the hotel. Hotel staff in the reception was very rude and insulting. Me and my friend walk into the hotel at morning hour we didn't make a reservation asked if rooms were available for day and requested for early check in . Staff inform us that rooms were completely sold out. And the staff very rudely said that they don't entertain early check in been in a hospitality industry staff should know which phrases n words to be used I believe (entertain is absolutely not a correct word to be used). We were trying to book a hotel near by And to my most suprise the staff in recption told us to move away from the lobby saying their lobby is very small. I think the company should really take care of there staff how to talk to a guest.
Yes it’s a three star budget hotel that could do with more than a lick of paint. The decor and style are from the era CHEAP!!!! The hotel is located centrally and has great potential as a biz hotel. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly pretty good and the staff were friendly and courteous.
