we arrived late night and were taken by surprise by the warmth of the team members, who were eagerly waiting for us to come. the hotel was not busy, given the current times but they were ready in every sense. temperature check when we reached the gate of the hotel, checking of aarogya app,team members with face shields-face masks, gloves, baggage sanitizing, hands sanitizing, floor stickers for social distancing, all rules and regulations were explained to us. It was good to notice these small things which are important. The room was nicely done up, we ordered room service and food was delicious, the staff did not enter our room and delivered the food outside our room. Tho hotel is largely providing contact less service in all aspects. The best part of the entire experience was to notice the smiles and the warmth of team members in spite of the face masks and shields. We will certainly come back......

I had previously stayed at Hojo Bangalore in Oct 2019 with family and chose this hotel to stay again with Family during the permanent relocation to Bangalore. I stayed for 9 nights at the hotel in month of March 2020 and the stay was extremely comfortable. The check in was smoothest and I had request for the same suite I had stayed last time. The hotel was courteous enough to allot me the same room. It was suite with a living room and a bedroom with all amenities. The wifi was super fast. The housekeeping of the room was excellent and so were the staff who were always at a call for any smallest need. The breakfast was buffet, however the lunch and dinner were ala carte only. Missed the buffet lunch & dinner like last time. The restaurant staff were simply excellent in their services and never made us feel of any reduction in services. The health and hygiene maintained at the hotel during the Covid 19 times were really excellent. The front desk staff were also very courteous. Each entry or exit from the hotel by any person was treated with sanitizer. Over all we never were made felt of the critical condition outside the hotel by the staff who took really great care of use. In the testing times, they came out with flying colours. At Front desk Abhishek Sharma and others are great at their work, very cooperative and ready to help. Room service was awesome and supportive, with variety of tasty food and mouth watering combos to chose from - ready to alter the dish as per your requirement. Even cleaning Not done after last check out,forget about Sanitization.Already used room given after waiting for 30 mins.Then after complaining front desk gentleman ( Un professional person) instead of apologizing firstly denied rudely that room is clean.When I showed pics of Hairs lying in bedsheet,floor,washroom, water all over basin,used bedsheet n what Not then he asked to wait for 1 more hour. I had to agree.But in reality they made me wait for 2 hours 44 mins. Finally they gave me key and one person( who was professional and had good talking sense) showed me new room.As soon as we ( along with new receptionist) opened room with key ,one man came outside(pretending to be housekeeping staff). Room was good. Guess what I found in washroom? Cigarette ashes near towel.Washroom was smelling literally suffocated as I am allergic to smoke. I stayed here for two weeks for work during January 2021.
Room: I had a room on the 7th floor which was very spacious and well kept. Everything in the room worked perfectly and was in good condition. It had all the amenities I expected at a Wyndham hotel. I was able to almost live there for two weeks without any issues.
Common Areas: The dining area, lobby, and seating areas throughout the hotel were clean, well lit, well kept, and comfortable.
Staff/Service: Despite the pandemic and being short staffed they did their best to make sure we were comfortable. They were very accommodative of special requests during my stay as well.
The only drawback I would say was that the pool area was completely neglected, due to the pandemic of course, but I would have loved to spend more time by the pool side. Additionally the walls are very thin so any loud noise can be heard clearly in the corridors and vice versa.
Overall definitely worth the cost for a comfortable stay.

I have visited this on Feb 16 2020, The cost is very costly(10k) for one night where in Bangalore you can get much better stay within 4k.

In room service was pathetic, and the available options on their f&b menu was limited. Only 6 main course dishes, and breakfast buffet was so ordinary that we ended up eating omlette bread or idli dosa. Cutlery used is also not up to the mark for the price they charge. I suggest skipping this hotel especially for family stays.

Great proximity to Manyata Tech Park, relaxing stay with refreshing breakfast. Rooms are really good and cozy. Higher story rooms are better with respect to noise cancellation. Staffs are very much cordial. Overall very good experience. In-room dinning is costly compare to others. No buffet available during dinner, a-la-carte is pocket pinching. Adjacent elements mall's food court is a big boon.

If you are interested in sight seeing, this is definitely not the place to stay. Knowing Bengalaru traffic, you should prefer the central locations like Koramangala, MG road etc. Else you & your family will only end up spending time in commuting.
I will not suggest this in case your family wants to explore the local markets.
There are more places to choose from in the Bengaluru area.
