I chose to celebrate my first wedding anniversary at this resort and booked their villa for a luxurious experience. Unfortunately, what I experienced here was far from luxury or even basic hospitality for that matter. The services were extremely disappointing and not upto standards. Not at all the services of a 4 star hotel. Given that I frequently travel, both international and domestic, I have stayed at many hotels regularly, particularly 5 star, 4 star as well as 3 star in many cities in India and I have experienced better services at 3 star hotels in comparison to here. Specifically, I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with their housekeeping and Reception staff. At the time of check-in and coming to the villa, I found that there were no room slippers, and had to request for them twice until I received them. There was no laundry bag in the room, nor was any information provided in the room about the laundry services. On day 2, I had requested for a clean up and fresh towels, I had to firstly wait 1 hour 15 minutes, before reminding them again physically for the clean up and towels. The room was not cleaned properly because when i walked barefoot in the room, filth was on the floor which wasnt there before the clean up, nor fresh towels were provided, only the bed was made. I had to call again for the towels. At the time of check out, I returned an unused, still sealed beverage and requested for adjustment in the final bill as I was unwilling to pay for something I did not use and the team refused until I had to really get upset with the staff. Every hotel by default provides upto 2 hour buffer time for check out. Every hotel except this "4 star hotel". On the other hand, the rooms are good, food menu is very good, and the overall location is good given the greenery and nature, along with the live animals (rabbits, ducks, swans, chickens), pretty great for nature enthusiasts. However, the Pool table is damaged, chess pieces are broken, basketball area is not maintained. I could not experience the adventure games they offer, given the continuous rain, thus no comments on that. In conclusion, not coming back here, neither would I recommend this place to anyone given that this establishment has zero hospitality and proper services. P.S. No complaints from the chefs, waiters of the restaurant. They were pretty good at hospitality. …

The cottages are allocated without checking basic connections like internet and light. I had a very pathetic experience. If you request for service it takes time but if you use loud voice it gets done soon. Please check.all.connectiins before put your luggage in the room

My friend came from US and visited this resort with the family to spend a day for a change from normal routine and right now her son is suffering with diarrhoea and severe stomach ache and admitted in Manipal hospital..This shows the quality and the hygiene standards of the food being served as she told that the dining area was all filled with flies.. Really u go to a place to relax n not to end up in hospital..

I have had an extremely bad experience with the Management of this resort. Booked all 49 rooms and conference hall of the resort for a corporate event in August 2023. However, after all prices were confirmed by Mr. Manohar, Reservations Manager-Corporate Sales (via email) the management of the resort suddenly changed their tune and tried to extort considerable additional charges for the conference room that was originally part of the agreed prices earlier confirmed by Mr. Manohar, Reservations Manager-Corporate Sales. I have since cancelled my reservation as I found the Management to be downright dishonest, unethical, and unprofessional.

Highlights Great food and friendly restaurant staff Beautiful garden and ambience What went wrong. 1. the security at the main gate and the premise are like hostel wardens. no smile, very curt responses. Looks like they are trained to snap at the guests. The staff could smile a little more. Most of them looked like they don't want to be interacting with us at all. 2, the "manager" did not attempt to facilitate to the request I had to have someone to keep an eye on my son as he is wandering around while I was having dinner. I offered to pay for it, but he didn't make any attempts to get any staff or concierge to do that. He did not look empowered at all or have any authority.

The visit was to understand the facilities and features to conduct a cross country marriage event. Muthanna GM , Manoj were very hospitable and helpful to take us around to showcase the property and it’s features. Infact on the day we visited four corporate functions were concurrently being organized and it goes without saying that it’s most welcome Destination for corporate events. From our point of view to conduct a marriage, exclusivity may not be possible as the property also is household for a few. Has adequate rooms of different categories to house close to 150 PAX which suits for similar number of guests. Private catering, decor et al can be done but at an additional cost though.

We stayed over the weekend with family in the Villas. Villas are spacious, neat and clean. Highlight is the open sky shower area in the bathroom. Food at the restaurant is good too, great breakfast spread as well. Service staff is polite and helpful. But that's all about the place. The swimming pool area is not maintained well, the pool looks dirty. While the lawn is trimmed, the place doesn't have big lawns or grass for visitors to sit. There is only one area for campfire which is available for only one family/party. It is not a common campfire. There is no arrangement for family to sit around campfire and have food served there. One needs to sit in the restaurant area only for food. The amenities are very rustic too, sand area for badminton with no proper badminton floor or a cricket pitch or a foot ball court for that matter. The outdoor sports area is just an open ground with no proper pitches or even flooring. Have to be careful with kids given the uneven/mud ground. The resort looks restricted in terms of the space to roam around or sir around. While there are 2 big lawn areas, they are reserved for arranging functions. We dint find the place worth the money spent. It's more like a hotel than a resort to be honest. Giving 3 star for the food only.…
