Great location, quite & peaceful in the heart of Bengaluru. The staff is very courteous & helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast options are good. The property is aged, needs upkeep especially washrooms. Overall had a nice & comfortable stay.

Always love coming here.... Amazing service by the staffs, always comes here for my hair cut, Laxman always makes my hair look wonderful and is very patient. They know how to take good care of you. Special thanks to Mithun for his sweet service and for making literally the best tea I have ever had. Amazing guy. Loved his attitude and service. Food is excellent. Especially the cream of chicken soup, pulka and the butter chicken, Palak paneer every thing is very nice. And MR. Laksmikanth service is excellent. Overall had a great time having our dinner here.

The beds were made well. The pillows were soft. Good room but bad bathroom. The bathrooms here are so small. The water gets clogged everytime. The food also could have been better. Overall it's fine. If you don't have any other option then only come here.

I stayed here for 4 nights to attend a meeting held at this hotel. The room is decently appointed, although the furniture is a bit dated. The hotel ground is nice with a well-maintained garden. The breakfast is a combination of Western and Indian cuisine, and the food is mostly delicious. The staff members are quite friendly and helpful. Some negatives that kept me from giving 5 stars. There is little soundproofing between the rooms. I could hear the conversation in the next room. There were some dirt or dead insects in the hallway. I could not connect to wifi on the first day. It was fixed on the second day. Overall, the hotel was a good value for the money.

Had a wonderful experience. We really enjoyed the stuff in the service they provided , and the quality of hospitality. All the staffs from the reception to the restaurant are simply amazing .
