Well, I am having a long stay here and not even a day spent without a superior service and pleasing hospitality. All of the staffs here are very polite and know their customer service well. Even the house keeping staffs are an absolute delight. Food is something I must talk about specially the Sunday brunch - having 100+ Indian and exotic dishes - keep you engaged throughout and you end up with a satiating palate. All of the chefs have an endearing nature and would keep you busy with their passion and plating. I am just loving my stay here.

Very average hotel is how i see it. Not surprised as my last few stays at Hilton properties across various cities in the country have been very average. The room allocated to me was at the far end and wonder why the design is such to make someone walk for 100s of metres to reach the room. The room size is big but lacks warmth and the amenities were very limited. The brand and quality of tea and coffee were sub par. Food quality/ flavour at the only operational restaurant was nothing to talk about. Ala carte orders took 40-50 mins on an average and which forced me to opt for the buffet on the 2nd night. I would probably avoid this hotel if i had a choice for my next visit

I stayed at this porperty for a week. I must say the service was great and they are highly professional. The food is worth giving a try. I wanna shout out loud for the room service guy Pradeep who was very calm, polite and highly professional.
