I really enjoyed my stay at Hilton Banglore. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Pankhi and Aditya. The food option for breakfast could have been improved. The hostel is in tech park which makes it an ideal option for business meeting in the golf embassy tech park.

I was at Hilton , EGL for the staycation and was particularly excited about the Lazy Saturday brunch with pool access but the previous day I was called to be let known that pool access would be closed owing to the COVID19 pandemic. And boy, it was so impressive to see the amount of care being taken at every point to try and make sure that there isn't a single soul to contract the same at the premises. They've installed medical grade sanitizers everywhere - entrance, lobby, restaurants, spa everywhere. The check in was super smooth by Ms Anchal. We were given a beautiful suit room, the linen was spotlessly clean and the kitchenette stacked to the brim. Like even if there was a pandemic outside, I could just stay there forever haha. There was a washing machine in the room too and of course lots of tissue rolls (You'll get this part if you're watching the news haha) And, there's a television affixed to the wall at the bathtub too. Couldn't ask for more 🥰 I had my lunch at Ministry of food - the staff are extremely hospitable and never let your waterglass remain empty even for a minute. The food was really better than what I was expecting, tried the barbeque chicken pizza and chicken biryani. For dinner I went to Re:cess since Klinxx was closed temporarily. The housekeeping staff greeted us politely everytime we left our room and catered to all our needs be it bath salts or extra towels, room slippers whatever. I feel bad to not remember their names. I was given a pair of pink room slippers because they thought i was a single lady staying, although pink isn't my favorite colour (it's blue haha), the gesture had my heart. The Sunday morning breakfast buffet was served in Ministry of food itself and the spread was indeed sumptuous starting with French toast to podi idlis and cheese dosas to puri bhaji. The check out was smooth too. Only it was sad to see not a soul other than the staff in the lobby battling the front lines in this Corona pandemic. A huge salute to all the staff striving to make a difference in the lives of people. Can't wait to be back once the pool access is back to normal!

In this Covid year it has become difficult to travel and celebrate, hence we booked a Staycation at the Hilton, EGL to celebrate the new year. We found a fantastic deal which was too good to pass and we opted for a 2 day "Great Small Breaks" package with breakfast and dinner included at this hotel.
We had read about its great services and facilities and let me tell you, we could see right from the time we entered. A pretty large property right in the middle of the Embassy Golf Link Park, where we were able to check-in early (part of the package), filled a quick form and were promptly escorted to our room. Keeping in mind the Covid crisis, the hotel ensured that the rooms were absolutely clean and apparently, locked after cleaning, thus dissuading anyone else from entering. We also received an upgrade to the Deluxe Pool View room which was just amazing.
As part of our Staycation plan, we were covered for breakfast and dinner, which were served at the Ministry of Food restaurant and a wonderful sumptuous buffet spread. However, the SPA and Pool were not functional yet as per the restrictions but we could sit by the pool side. As for the rooms; the hotel stocked the necessities and made it possible for us to order whatever in room dining we needed via a QR code. Also to mention, the rooms were really large with a kitchen, induction stove, microwave and all appliances, sets of cutlery, crockery, refrigerator, washing machine etc. The bathroom was spacious with a bath-tub, Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries and we could just call them whenever we needed additional housekeeping. The Klinx Bar in the hotel’s lobby offered a 50% discount on Beverages (part of the Great Small Breaks package) is also a must for its fantastic ambience and drinks.
Overall, this Staycation was just perfect for new year's and also allowed a late checkout until 6pm! It was relaxing and rejuvenating and we were spoiled to the core. Thank you team Hilton EGL, Bangalore for the wonderful experience! We would definitely recommend to stay here!

I got a WhatsApp message from Ms Shefali from Hilton EGL sales team, describing the Bengali style take away brunch during the Durga Puja days. The menu was impressively chosen, but I was not sure how those will be delivered. When I made up my mind today, I spoke to Mr. Alapan Chaudhuri, Assistant Restaurant Manager and placed the order for a 4 person take away brunch. You get to choose your rice, dal, roti, vegetarian mains, starters and meat/fish/prawn mains. Chaats and Sweets come from a pre-set menu. Pricing wise it was very competitive and I was depending on Hilton for the quality and sanity :-)
When it was delivered by 1 pm by Alapan himself as promised, I was surprised to see the quantity and quality of the food delivered. Very clean and neat packaging without missing any details. You get all your chaat ingredients separately to just mix them. You get garden fresh green salad. The mains were excellent, both the vegetarian and meat dishes. The sweets are authentic in taste. The quantity is all appropriate for 4 people, for each of the items. I am thorughly impressed.
I thank the Shefali, Alapan, the Chef and the team of Hilton EGL for this beautiful idea. I think this can be an winner model for them during this challenging times of Covid. I recommend these take away brunches to anyone who is looking for great taste and quality in a sanitized packaging.

I have been staying at the Hilton for the past month and service is phenomenal. Jacob, who does the housekeeping for my room, not only leaves my room sparkling clean each time, but also customizes his service to my needs. He noticed that I drank all the water bottles and provided a dozen for me so that I do not run out. He provided extra laundry bags so I do not run out. He neatly organized my skin care items and put a mat under the items. He noticed I did not have a mouse pad and also provided a mouse pad. He did all theses things without me asking - I am impressed with the attention to detail and how closely he pays attention to my needs. This level of service applied to any hotel employee I encountered, bell men, concierge, restaurant staff, and so on. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this Hilton.

Sunday brunch with friends:In this pandemic time, arranging a farewell with exceptionally good spread and safety was easy because we chose Hilton. Right from the first call, excellent service was received.  After the general enquiry, I had received a call from Dhruv the restaurant manager. Suggestions were given to me by him for an 11 member group seating arrangement. Last-minute rearrangement of the seating on brunch day was taken care of properly. He made sure everything went well.  Service has been extremely good with the priority given for the safety of the guest. Staff at the restaurant were friendly and approachable. They go to great lengths to make you comfortable and always at your service. Sunita who was assisting our group was very pleasant and helpful. Food was excellent with a variety to choose from. The freshness of the food was excellent. The live grill counter was a great hit among us. Buffet arrangement of brunch shows the measures they have taken to keep it hygienic and safe for the guest without tampering the quality of service is remarkable. This place is worth to go back any time with family or if you have a get-together. Looking forward to many more visits in the future.

We hosted our short notice, Covid wedding at Hilton Embassy Golf Links and it truly was a magical and memorable experience.
Archis, the Senior Sales Manager and his team were always available with a cheer and smile to follow. They admirably tried and succeeded in meeting all the demands and keeping tradition alive in the time of Covid. We hosted a two day event with less than a month’s notice and we were very impressed with the dedication and professionalism with which Archis was able to curate the event to our expectations and beyond. A special shout out to chef Manav Nair and his team of skilled culinary artists in putting together a sumptuous and delectable menu.
We were hosted in well appointed suites and rooms with exceptionally sanitary and high standards of hygiene. All mandated Covid related safeguards and beyond were ensured and adhered to. To summarise, we were faced with insurmountable odds and the Hilton team was able to provide us with turnkey solutions and a one stop solution for all our needs and more.

Hilton EGL Bangalore is relaxing. Love the food options during buffet breakfast. Good guest room giving us time to cook for yourself for long stays. Some guest rooms may have a washing machine and dryer.
Hemanth managing the Executive Lounge has been a good sport all the while we were here. Food are great mix locals and international. Somewhat spicy to some but just nice for me.

Really liked the service. The special touch came from Ranbir in housekeeping- very sweet of him to keep the nice dreamcatcher in the room while I was away. The breakfast options were good and in room dinner was also served hot and delicious. The night manager Deepak was very receptive and ensured my check in was seamless. Will definitely book again.
