I had spent almost three weeks in Oakwood residence Whitefield and I must say, what a wonderful team they have..So kind,patient, discipline..Rooms are so beautiful,high rise apartment and with such a beautiful view in morning. Lovely breakfast with ample of options, including regional food too. Great staff and service..My special thanks To Sanjay,Sanjeev and Arun Sir for considering my special requests for lunch and dinner I would love to visit again if given a chance. This is one of the Best serviced apartment/hotel . I mean rooms,their staff,their food,the ambience is 110% top notch. Chefs are amazing, people who manages restaurant Mr. Arun,Sachin,Sanjay,Vipin and many more are kindest and very soft spoken guys. They tried their best to provide customers the maximum satisfaction. Being a Vegetarian person, I had plenty of options in breakfast buffet and dinner Thanks to wonderful team of Oakwood to make my family stay a memorable one. Highly recommendable.

I had been to OKAWOOD on a business visit . The rooms were very specious and the staff was very courteous. I stayed in white field prestige property for one week. Not a pleasant stay. In room service needed follow ups. i identified and got 3 repairs done during my stay but when requested,it was attended in time. Digital food menu does not carry options I was looking for. Beds are not comfortable,had back ache throughout the stay (my colleagues also complaint of same). Not all Utensils in the room were available. I got a feeling that guests ask for complimentary services hence staff (resturant) has habit of calling out about charges,example I am a late riser,requested for breakfast after 10 am,I was told it is not available,when I said its okay if you charge me,breakfast was made available. Microwave just would not warm the food. If washing machine is made available then provision to dry the clothes should also be considered…
