Check in: 18/04/22 Check out: 23/04/22 Stayed in this hotel on a business trip and found the location appropriate. the property is well maintained with satisfactory cleanliness. Staff behaviour is okay to casual. Rooms are spacious and view are okay. Gym and pool are available however during our stay the pool was under maintenance. Breakfast spread has sufficient options. Lulu Mall with Game Zone which is within 1 km from this propoerty is a big high specially for families with children. Things that can improve Room service is extremly slow with 45 min for food orders. Clearning of cutleries is not prompt. Infact in my case the cutleries layed outside my door for more than a day. Food taste can improve. Had Muttom Biryani, Chicken Burger and both tasted just acceptable. Waiting for elevator can vary from 2 to 5 minutes…
overall it is a nice hotel. I was staying on the 4th floor room 421, The rooms were clean, very comfortable, the house-keeping staff (Shyam) was very helpful in very possible way, the requests are delivered on time. The dining area has a very peaceful ambience and the staff is also very prompt with all the needs, the room service is also very quick. (would recommend to add Chinese options to the buffet as well) Front Desk staff were professional and courteous. Just 1 drawback for this hotel is that the lighting in the rooms were not bright however Mr. Shyam gave an extra light to the room and it was perfect after that. Overall my experience was wonderful. P.S. Rooftop pool is a bonus.
First of all this is the worst Marriott I have ever seen. The rooms are very old with only 2 bed lamps and 1 table lamp. The bathrooms have 17th century locks sad. No hand towels, soap in the bathroom. Room service is even a bigger disaster it only takes 45 minutes to bring water after 20 reminders and shouting. In breakfast one day out of 3 days dosa pan is not working…. Is this Marriott where they don’t have back up pan? Only positive that restaurant staff had a smile Pls don’t book this hotel if u don’t won’t disappointment
Breakfast inroom option given only cereal and fruits (stale pineapple and watermelon). South Indian option not available at 11am. Laundary given after calling 5times. Lime water took 40 minutes inspite of that not given as I had to check out and the staff was making stories for last 10mins. Hotel cab given after 10mins of waiting. Would suggest people not to stay in this to experience the same.
"Sorry for the delay" standard answer for everything. All things delayed. I asked for a person to be sent to pick up my laundary. After multiple reminders the person came after 75 minutes. A simple food order took over an hour. Food was pathetic Laundry after reminders was sent back to the room 45 minutes later than the time assured. Got me late for work. Really poor service. For everything the asnwer was "sorry for the delay"
I thank the members at Fairfield marriott Hotel for helping me pull off a wonderful birthday surprise for my GIRLFRIEND with a delightful cake. I personally would like to thank Mr.NETHAJI.. along with their team members for making it a success. ONCE again thank you NETHAJI😁
Very nice place to stay Quick service by house keeping staff I thank Rajinikanth and kiran But Restraunt people are too rude Late food delivery by restaurant But some people are in Restraunt are very polite Front desk people are soo helpful I thank Prem and babli for that
This is with regards to a horrible service provided to us by the IRD department on our corporate stay of two nights and one day. I understand we have a corporate booking made but that doesn’t give the hotel staff to be so rude and unprofessional with us. Mr Samrat from IRD has come across as the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL of all. We checked in at 2 am on 13/03/2022 and we kept calling to place an order but call was picked up after many tries and he spoke to me as if he was doing a favor. On asking for a chicken sandwich he said “only veg, no chicken” this took me by surprise because at first I couldn’t understand what he was saying. Then he says there’s no chicken in hotel take only veg. It’s surprising to know that a “big hotel” like this would run out of chicken all of a sudden and even if they did, there’s always a way of saying it. I request the managers to take this into consideration because we’re 5 of us and the stay was PATHETIC only because of a few people like him. He’s earned a lovely 1 star rating on a platform like this. I fail to understand how employees like this are entertained by a hotel like this. I don’t know if he’s usually like this or because we’re on a corporate booking he was acting so pathetic.…
Excellent hotel which is keeping the high standards. Definitely worth staying. Wonderful hotel leaders GM Pratyush, Kava Manager Malkeet, Chef Ramji and his team, Afreen and many others do a great job in the Marriott tradition. People make the difference in the hotel. They are always going above and beyond to help the guests. Over the years, this is my 7th or 8th stay in the hotel Thank you Pratyush and Malkeet for our wonderful stay. Look forward to visiting again
