I travel a good amount and have stayed at a number of Ritz location across the world, but this one has the best service by far. The service is not only great at the onsite restaurants but the room attendants as well. They went out of their way on several occasions to ensure I had everything I needed including replacing my tooth paste with the same brand because they noticed I was running low. The service at the breakfast restaurant was tremendous. The food at all of their restaurants was great along with the service. We loved the Lattern which has great Dim Sum along with the best Lava cake I have ever had. I would stay here again and again.

Great location, beautiful and clean rooms. What makes this place even more special are the staff who were very generous with their time and were always ready to go out of the way to make our stay as comfortable as they can. Various safety measures are in place in response to COVID here. Maintenance staffs kept on cleaning the lobby with disinfection spray and wipes. The rooms were sanitized and unless you allow, none of the staff would enter your room. The level of cleanliness for covid was above and beyond. To feel safe during covid is hard to do and they’ve done it!
Special thanks to Sukesh from in-room- dining. He was very polite, helpful and professional. His service was fantastic and ensured that we had an enjoyable stay with delicious food and made our 6 yr old daughter very happy with the surprise goodies that he packed for her while we checked out of the hotel. Thank you once again Sukesh!
Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and the hotel has done a terrific job in terms of service and of following safety measures to make guests feel confident and comfortable, while not detracting from the lovely experience.

I stayed at the Ritz over the weekend of Jan of 2020. I was confused in choosing among Oberoi, Ritz and ITC Gardenia. Even though the Ritz was priced a tad higher I picked it and chose a club access level room. It happened to be a choice which i truly cherished.
Everything about the Hotel makes you feel special. Right from the chaffeur at the Airport who was experienced enough to understand my needs to the entrance at the hotel where they greet you like a head state arriving at a gala. The well suited handlers at the reception would rival any private security detail in the way they co-ordinate their every action.
The club lounge was amazing. The legendary Ritz afternoon tea service lived upto it's repute. The open bar during the night and free coffee and tea service whenever you want are just a few highlights of the club lounge experience. There is always free food out there whenever you wanna grab a bite!
The Gym was exceptional, the 'Kinesis' training cube was one a kind and are very rare to find even in top end gyms. The Jacuzzi is pure heaven. It's huge and unlike I've seen anywhere else.
Now, about the food. The food was delicious. The room service trolley has a heated storage compartment under trolley so your food is served hot and fresh.
To top it all of, all the calls you make to the room service they address you by your name. Which I think is great touch.
Now just to name a few areas for improvement-
1) The morning buffet could do with more options just to increase the awe factor a little bit more.
2) They set the standard so high for their service right at the arrival that I think they should top it off with a great check out experience as well. (even though there was nothing to complain about, but you start being spoilt by them and your expectations just keeps increasing!)
3) Please keep some drinks option at the mini bar in the room. It's a common feature at most hotels. Was surprised to find just beer.
Overall. You can't go wrong with choosing the Ritz Banglore.

Yes that's true, unless you are one of those monks, quite capable of being unaffected by all the pampering you receive, just being a guest at Ritz Carlton, Bengaluru, please stay away from this hotel.
You might feel you are a head of state or a visiting dignitary or a VVIP, the way everyone at Ritz treats you. You might get used to the great breakfast spread( especially South Indian, I can have that rawa dosa and sambhar for rest of my life and won't complain), the personal attention you receive from everyone including Exec Chef, Sandeep Kalra, Sous Chef Dolphy Lobo and team, who will go out of their way to make what you like, even if it's not on menu and serve it so lovingly themselves(god I need to be more humble now). All this time, Ms. Malvika Dir (F&B) and Vishwesh Mgr(F&B)will be continuously looking out if you are enjoying the food and make sure that the plates are never empty. Thank god for their 24 hours gym and temperature-controlled pool, otherwise I would have been several pounds heavier by the time I checked out.
A special shout out to the servers, who were always around and ever smiling, despite long hours they are putting in, Swetea Chettrri, Shubham, Surya please take a bow and also Mr. Dharmendra at HK who ensured our clothes were in impeccable condition always. Apratim at the bar for mixing some amazing cocktails.
So as I said as long as you wish to continue experiencing moderate hospitality, please don't book this hotel or else, everything afterwards will seem so boring. Fortunately I checked out just after 3 nights, any longer and we would have been inviting everyone there to our family functions.
Now coming to the bad points and yes there is one but on which they don't have any control. It is situated on Residency Road which is a one way street so it adds to 2-3 mins of travel time, but for the experience that awaits you, I won't mind even an hour of extra commute.

So we decided to finally step out of fear during covid-19 times as it was our 5th wedding anniversary and chose to visit the market restaurant here and it was a very nice contactless experience all along from the entrance till we sat.
Cleanliness is top notch, utmost precautions being taken by the staff , no more buffet systems and instead they serve a meal per person and ala carte , digital menu scan the QR Code and confirm ur order, clean bathrooms and sanitizers kept all along and everyone with masks.
The manager and waiter Amit, Surya both were very helpful .
Personal opinion : pls start taking precautions and go out we cannot live in fear forever, so many livelihoods at stake that the more fear we develop will do us all more harm as a society.
Be careful but not careless and experience the new world order although I hope the buffets and the crowds will come back soon...that atmosphere is something else !

We had stayed for my husbands birthday at the Ritz Carlton Bangalore.The stay was very very hygienic and there was continuous sanitisation of the property and excellent food and service. From the moment I arrived at the hotel I was treated not just like an honored guest, but also like a member of the Ritz Carlton family. I had a strange schedule while I was there because I was meeting with my team during their night shift - they moved the cleaning schedule so I would not be disturbed while I slept. The menu at the hotel was diverse - both Indian selections and American food available for picky eaters. The pool was BEAUTIFUL - and the gym had plenty of equipment. The staff also know how to direct you to the local restaurants and sites. I hope to return as soon as possible.

I will give this place 10 stars if I could. The property itself is spectacular – perfectly manicured lawns, impeccably clean hallways, high ceilings, contemporary architecture, marble and granite everywhere. The gym was a little disappointing, though – small, cramped and with inadequate equipment. The rooms are phenomenal, especially the suites. I travel quite a bit and haven’t seen rooms like this. The extra effort in designing and equipping these rooms is evident – be it the master lights switch adjacent to the bed or the universal charger adapters that they have placed in the outlets in the room. The restaurants on property serve outstanding cuisine (I overeat at every one of these places). The complimentary breakfast buffet alone will add on a few pounds over the long weekend that you spend here. However, what sets this place apart is the service. Boy, do these guys put the service in service industry. I’d like to give a shout out to a few people that made this trip of mine memorable. Starting with my housekeeper, Pradyut, who made the effort to write me a heartfelt welcome note, left me a small gift and some cute towel art. On his day off, the Club Lounge Manager, Anuj Bhattacharya called his teammates to made sure that my check-in process was seamless. Jocelyn Vaz, Loyalty & Guest Experience Manager made the effort to look me up and introduced himself to me when I stepped into the lounge and made sure I was taken care of. The spa is definitely five star material. The Director of Spa, Sheric Dorairaj, has got to be one of the most hard-working people on the property. She solicits honest feedback to make sure the spa experience was nothing short of outstanding while patiently taking time to listen to the guests, all with a smiling face. Amit Basu, associate Director of Food and Beverage, sent me a complementary fruit bowl and dessert because I was delayed at a meeting I had to attend and missed a meal. Everyone smiles when they see you. Everyone actually cares about their guests. I feel guilty for not remembering the names of numerous other smiling faces that always took time to put in that little effort to make my stay memorable. This place is definitely my default now for all my business trips. If you have the money, don’t stay anywhere else.

I travel a good amount and have stayed at a number of 5 Star properties across the world, but this one has been one of the best . The service is not only great at the onsite restaurants but the room attendants as well. They went out of their way on several occasions to ensure I had everything I needed including replacing my tooth paste with the same brand because they noticed I was running low. The service at the breakfast restaurant was tremendous. The food at all of their restaurants was great along with the service. We loved the Lattern which has great Dim Sum along with the best Lava cake I have ever had. Osama at Market was fabulous. He recommended some of the best dishes i ever had. I would stay here again and again. Bravo Ritz...Way to go.

Extremely accommodating staff and options for various dietary requirements across a spectrum of needs. I'd suggest calling ahead before going down for breakfast just to check what they have in their buffet on the day.
