I visited Ramanasree Richmond with family and overwhelmed with their services. Though there was some communication gap initially but the manager - Sharat Gupta handled the situation with quick decisions and helped in providing a wonderful experience. In a nutshell- it's truly worth for the amount paid and would love to visit them again

I checked in late on 4th April 2022. The room assigned was pathetic, curtains were shredded, basic amenities like clean towels, tea coffee etc were not present, linen was dirty. I asked the staff to change my room and the second room assigned was similar. Finally at 1 am in the night when I forced them to give me a decent room, they put me in another room where the linen was okay but the door chain latch was missing. It was already 1:30 am by then and I couldn't sleep all night due to safety concerns. Morning, the bathroom flooded as I took shower! This is by far the most pathetic hotel I have ever been to in my life and it should be shut down! Hotel staff was unapologetic, unabashed and couldn't care less!

I have visited two times this place, room is excellent, location is also good, staffs is good and very polite, I would specifically like to thanks to Mr.Sahoo for being so kind,and also to Ms.Anu one of the staff she is so sweet ❤ she made us feel very comfortable, we had a wonderful stayed.
