I stayed in Ginger Bangalore IRR and it was a great experience interacting with the staff. They made special efforts to make our stay comfortable and were willing to make changes to the room when we requested for it. Special thanks to Robin Joseph, who arranged the booking and for the warm hospitality. The buffet was decent. The best part of staying was that it was close to Indira Nagar and Koramangala.
Raju Chetri and Ajay Chetri from room services ensured that fresh towels and bottled water was supplied to us. Rekha and Afsar Quadri at the reception were ready to help when needed. Thanks for making the stay pleasant.

Had a great experience at Ginger IRR. The staff is very humble and makes sure to take care of every need and make your stay comfortable in every possible way. Mr Sumit makes sure everything in the stay was well managed. He was just one call away for anything needed. The food served at their resturant is fresh and hygienic. They also catered to the specific requests I had for my meals. My Vinayak who manages the resturant ensured the food was up to the mark. Mr Ashish was also very cooperative throughout. Coming to the room, it was very spacious and well ventilated. The ambience is pleasant and hygiene is maintained in the entire hotel. Would love to visit again.

I like the hospitality which this hotel provide to each and every guest but the house keeping guys impressed me a lot with their work. I must say Krishna is one of the house keepers who will make sure that the room is properly clean and maintain with good hygiene. He is always available for anything. Keep up the good work . I had gone solely one day and one night. First when i had called ahead they had no booking then when I reached there they wanted me to pay the full amount at checkin itself which was very weird since in hotels one pays at checkout.After a bit of negotiation they agreed to cancel my tata neu booking, and booked me afresh to help me avail my tata employee discount. Which was not given. I wanted an early breakfast which also they refused and charged me for it. Then when we went upin the lift it stank, even the to the rooms stank and the AC as well as the fan were not working. So I requested for another room which was only slightly better than the previous one in the sense that the AC was functional, but it wasn't powerful enough for the size of the room. So when i went to lie in the bed i received no cooling of the AC. The linen in the room wasn't clean either. I had requested a queen bed i recieved two twin beds. The latch of the door was also broken. The bathroom tiles were broken.The plug points for charging were not functional either. Hot water was not available till 6 in the morning by which it was too late for me as i had to be at a place at 6. The staff at the front desk were clearly clueless and it seemed that they weren't willing to help us. At checkout they didn't even give me a bill. So all in all if you want to go to Ginger IRR.DON'T. they have very poor service.basically lacking in any services a hotel can offer.Book at your own risk.

For official reasons, I travelled to Bangalore. We have been assigned Ginger by brand for a week's stay. We all found the premises to be exceedingly unsanitary, with dirty rooms.
The space is really limited.
The cost of ordering from their restaurant is really exorbitant (2 Tea costs 250 Rs)
The hotel's only advantage is its location.
Breakfast usually consists of the same items: idli, upma, bread butter, chopped fruits, and juices. From the restaurant, you can get Egg and Dosa.
Would recommend looking for local accommodations with minimum commute and a stress-free vacation!!
The space is really limited.

Booked 4 rooms as part of a business trip from 08th to 11th November
It was a rather disappointing experience, some of the equipements (and few swithces) are in bad condition or broken in the rooms, room condition is not upto the mark
There was no hot water supply in the early morning. We had to leave early for the morning flight on Monday and we had to struggle. I did tell the hotel staff but we were running late

I totally loved my stay in Ginger. Though the room I was staying in was small but The staff is so humble and they will always keep smiling.
Nice breakfast everyday, loved all the restaurant people, especially there is this one short heighted guy (maybe waiter) is very cute 😄 and would always keep smiling, it was so cute to communicate with him as he doesn't understands much of hindi 😂 The chef cooks very passionately it seemed.
Reception people are nice, they guy who would come to clean my room was good too.
There was this staff member, who is too heighted and would come along with the room cleaning guy..was so concerned about my knee injury and would always smile whenever we would cross paths..The room cleaner was good too..
I don't know the names of any of them..only Akhil i came to know just now who was on the reception today during my checkout who was also very nice.
The best thing i found here was the staff service, nice and humble staff..loved their ever smiling faces.
The hotel was fully cleaned and sanitized.
I stayed there for 7 days and I am happy with their services. 😊
