The hotel itself is a little hard to find because the entrance is around the side of the building, but once we were inside we fully enjoyed it. They advertise as luxury on a budget and it certainly felt that way. The cleanliness was really good as the bedding, floors and bathroom were all spotless. We found the main manager to be really pleasant and he even came and checked on us one morning when he hadn't seen us come in the night before and was worried! He was really lovely. We had a room boy who, upon bring us to our room, asked if we had any of our currency from home. I gave him 25 rupees worth and then he continued to plead more money from my husband which we found really unpleasant. We know tipping is customary in India but it seemed quite pushy and he had not even offered to carry a bag up. We had a similar experience as we were checking out by another man when he said, "give me some" (about our currency from home). Other than that, the staff was great and more than willing to help. The location is great in terms of being close to the train station, but a bit of a cab ride from the city center (especially in Bangalore traffic!) Overall, a nice, comfortable and quiet stay and we would certainly visit again.

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I think by mistake Treebo signed partnership agreement with URS Regency. Hotel staff were continuously smoking in first floor, room service is very poor, I didn't find single spotless bedspread, it was raining and water was leaking through window. We complained all these to Treebo, they immediately shifted us Akshaya Lal Bagh inn Jayanagar which is an amazing hotel.

There is complimentary break fast provided of their own choice and it is worst. AC stops working in night and there is no maintenance person to take care.. there is no restaurant but they provide food from some other restaurant it will be packed and we need to ask for plates and no bowls for curry.. 2 house keeping persons Ram and Laxman made my stay comfortable. They provided very good service.. if i ever come back to this property is only because of Ram and Laxman..

I only visit once here . Urs Regency and Urs Palace is one only the location is different.
Urs Palace is in Rajajinagar, And within 1000 u can book a AC Room for a Day.
Urs palace is also listed in Goibibo so you can also avail the discount .

We stayed there from the 5th of March to the 9th of March and got a good price thanks to booking.com. The staff was very friendly and wanted us to feel good and safe, the manager let us check out late due to circumstances with traffic etc. We really enjoyed our stay and the room was very clean with a comfy bed and nice fan. We will definitely come back if we stay in Bangalore.

Absolutly perfect Hotel for your stay in Bangalore. Our room was very clean, equipped with a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. In spite of best location it was very silent.
