Hotel is equipped well but service personnel’s are not we’ll experience to deal with people, Lady on the front desk is more Bureaucratic than a service provider . Suite room toilet is having any privacy .. toilet door system to be changed . Also can consider with check in time as customer travel from long distance … mostly people reach in the morning time

I had comfortable stay at Springs Hotel and Spa. The staff are friendly and will accomodate you. The restaurant staff are nice as well, I love their meals and in a good price. I has relaxed day in their Spa also at a great price. I had a wonderful time here in the hotel and will recommend to my friends.

Big shout out to all the amazing staff of this hotel they are very accommodating and friendly..rooms are spacious neat and clean Very nice place to stay..very delicious and fresh food and they a nice bar at the rooftop..the hotel is also near to the famous lalbagh botanical garden.

Have visited many hotels but none like this one. Even after requesting then so much for date change they did not even consider and stopped responding. I do agree hotels have their own policy and regulations but atleast on humanitarian basis they could have given us a response which they never even bother to give.

We found the rooms to be very noisy at night with constant honking of horns at all times of the night and howling street dogs in the neighborhood. The bathroom had a bad odour and repeated complaints resulted in superficial spraying of disinfectant which masked the smell for a day but it returned soon after. The bathroom had old fittings. Even the toilet flush wasn't working well. The room was spacious and so no complaint there. However the bed was not very firm and so caused backache. The breakfast was decent but not outstanding. One of the criteria in choosing the hotel was the availability of a safe in the room but I was shocked to see that the safe was not attached to anything. So anyone with some strength could literally walk away with the safe, defeating the purpose of having a safe! Despite that we kept valuables in the safe. Because of the noise on the first night, we asked to be moved to a new room. In the process of the move, I believe we left behind a jewelry box in the old room, something we discovered several days later. I immediately contacted the front desk, only to get a weak, unenthusiastic response about checking for it. They never contacted me back to inform me of their finding. When I contacted them the next day, they said they hadn't found it. I found the reception staff not really customer-focused. When there was not a customer at the front desk, they chose to sit in the back room. Also the staff seemed to be junior/inexperienced. I did not see a manager at almost any time. Overall the hotel did not provide adequate value. They have a lot of opportunity for improvement, especially in terms of customer service, bathroom hygiene and overall upkeep. I stayed for 2 nights. Pavithra and the front desk, and restaurant staff were wonderful and helpful. The complimentary breakfast buffet would be one of the reasons I would book this hotel again. Room service menu has a wide selection, great portions and great taste. The front desk helped me find hire a car to get around, and even called on my check out date to ask if I needed transportation arranged for my departure. The room was decent, the linens and towels could have been a bit nicer looking. There was some noise from people walking through the hall, and the masjid nearby.

Awful experience. The room was foul smelly. Pathetic service. The bath towels were damaged ones too. No action even after reporting to front desk. Noisy and dirty surroundings too. They even charged Rs 200 for a duplicate key (even a 5 star hotel doesnt charge for duplicate key). Not at all recommended. Better stay away. Not to get carried away with those bright photos posted on their portal.

Pros: 1- Rooms sizes are ok 2- Located in the heart of the city, 20 mins drive from MG Road 3- Restaurant food is decent Cons: 1- Bathroom fittings & cleanliness should be better 2- Be ready to wait for long at restaurant - not enough staff even at the breakfast time 3- The lady at reception is not responsive to any request over the phone. Need to walk down to the lobby for any help that you may need.
