It’s a nice place if you are looking to take up a place near Narayana Hospitals if any of your folks are undergoing treatment. Rooms are pretty spacious, food not that great (rather eat at restaurants nearby). If you book directly through the hotel they offer rooms for 24 hours from check in time. A sweet gesture by them-they make free vehicle arrangements for guests from the hotel to the hospital.

Non Ac Room charges is 1300 which is not worth and reasonable . People choose this because of commuting to narayana hospital . Charges are not worth as people come for a purpose to rest in night and not for a enjoying/sightseeing purpose and they don't stay for long hours and use hotel facility. 700-800rs is reasonable . Please check and review charges

Room cleanliness was average- Room service- poor Food in restaurant- average Employee-not very friendly This is not a very professional kind of hotel,but its ok for people coming to Narayana and looking for cheaper accomodation (it is not very cheap!).I would suggest SRT alpines,instead of this hotel,for people visiting Narayana Hospital

I stayed here four nights. The ambience in the suites is very soothing and comfortable. The premises is neat and clean and well maintained. The staff were very cordial. Would recommend you to stay here for a remarkable stay.

Online suites is very good place to stay for the people coming to Banglore for the medical tourism. Situated very near to the Narayana Hrudayala in the Bommasandra industrial area it has basic amenities along with a good restaurant named megabyte which serves food suitable for patients as well as the attending people. People having a preference for having their own cooked food the hotel provides them an option of Ac rooms equipped with the kitchen. For somebody planning a long medical stay it is one of the very good options available very near by to the Narayana Hrudayala. Hotel also provides the to and fro shuttle service to the hospital from 6 in the morning to 10 pm in the night which is an added advantage of staying at this place.

Good place for long stay. Room are clean and ample space. A good restaurant named megabyte in the same premises in a different building. Lift, hot water, air conditioned and room service is available. Rooms with kitchen with an extra amount is also available. They have a free pick and drop facility for NARAYANA HRUDAYALA round the clock.

One of the finest hotel I have ever stayed. It felt me like I am stayed at home. Staff people are very polite and helpful in getting information. Rooms are very spacious and neatly maintained. Provided all amenities to us. No remarks I say. Food was good and breakfast is tasty.
