Nice organised resort with huge pool. Pool and facilities are excellent. Awesome food. Only suggestion is keep more activities to keep kids engaged. Go without any hesitation. I prefer rooms in 1st floor to get nice pool view.

This is not a resort, its just a marriage hall. If there is a function they do not even arrange for a separate food for room guest. Swimming pool can not be used if there is a function. Staff started arguments when we asked for separate food arrangement. If you want to relax, do not go here. Not worth of money. Only good thing was we got an upgrade and got a very big room.

Nice place for weekend getaway an relaxation. Good venue for weddings, any other family functions. They have good Spa. Place us maintained well with Greenary around. Weekends -Friday onwards are crowded. Suggest prior booking.

After reading some of the reviews, we were left wondering if we should consider our family get together at Golden Palms at all. However based on the assurances of the GM Mr.Anupam and his team, we went ahead with our stay at Golden Palms. Contrary to our initial apprehensions, we had a memorable two days stay! Our rooms were clean and the dining spread was not only good but tasty and sumptuous. The F&B team went out of the way to get us our breakfast in time as many of had to leave for their destinations quite early in the morning on the last day... Our family enjoyed the well maintained verdant ambience and overall we had a wonderful stay. It was all well worth it!!

The rooms and swimming pool were nice apart from that the property is very old and not maintained. The staff service was very poor. We had real bad experience in sauna bath and spa. If you are looking for luxurious and quality stay please don’t choose this resort.

Went to cafe solire restaurant and the service is awesome. Especially the staff named as Dinesh are very good in taking care of the guests and taking time to time feedback of each item served. The ambience is pretty good.

Located at the outskirts of Bangalore, quite an overrated place. At least they can offer good service, if nothing else! Front desk was so mismanaged, they didn’t even care ask for ID cards, and later made fuss for not submitting the IDs and making all of us wait. The rooms were cleaned after we arrived, made us wait for 2 hours to get rooms. To get towels, had to wait another one hour, when you pay 8k+gst, you at least deserve the basics to be ready without waits/calls. Buffet lunch was pathetic. Breakfast buffet was ok. Evening tea was accompanied with biscuits, while I was expecting some garam garam pakodas. Service was extremely slow, we were scared to order anything thinking probably would come the next day. Pools are good but not guarded, be careful with small kids. Rooms are specious, most of those overlooking the pools.…

We stayed one night with said hotel from. We faced following issue - 1) Restaurant service was poor even no proper cleaning & lack of napkins & utensils. Lack of staff. 2) Even tea/coffee, fruits & bread not served /not available. Means they are not able to handle Saturday or Sunday crowd. 3) in room service we ordered milk, but the same did not served after 4 times reminder 4) in morning ordered tea. they supply tea in hot cattle, but lid was missing. Hence tea was not hot. Also, no bill as the boy told machine is not working, hence we paid him cash. 5) Good part is rooms are big & surrounding also good.

Worst experience, food, room. If you need peaceful clean stay and healthy food without any consequences, friendly advice stay away from this property. Even the presidential suite condition is attached pic. I visited with my experience of previous stay. But its horrible now.

I have been here 3 times over 20 years. It was once a gorgeous place, now looks aged. One of that matters, because, here is the bottom line. The service is terrible and they don’t care. Be ready to wait, ask for the same thing many times and then be forgotten.
