We have been so well taken care of here. Our stay was 4 nights. Mumtaz was here to greet us and take care of absolutely anything we needed. Dushynd was the duty manager who made sure our stay exceeded our expectations. And the folks in housekeeping were thorough and kind. Of course we took advantage of the amazing service at Fabrelle Chocolatier right in the hotel. Manisha and her staff gave us free samples that led to several happy purchases. And the food was amazing in every hotel restaurant. We drank the water provided and ate fresh fruit and vegetables with no adverse effects at all. The wedding planner did a spectacular job that made our celebration a cherished memory.

I came ITC Windsor a week ago, I must appreciate the young staff working there with all the safety wearables in this COVID situation. Service was very smooth and I felt the cleanliness all around and care, they offered me hand gloves and sanitising wherever required. I really loved the food it was so soft and fresh and also delivered the food instructions, the way I required.

We stayed here last weekend after a gap of a few years, and it was as much of a delight as always. We had a room with a terrace on the 5th floor overlooking the garden and enjoyed the fabulous Bangalore weather throughout the day. The breakfast buffet had a live counter for ragi dosas, pesarattu (moong beans dosa), and usual. While the hotel, food etc. always matter, at the Windsor, it was also the warmth of Satvik, Deputy GM, Arun Kumar, F&B, Chefs S. Venugopal and Rajkamal, Pawan, the superhero serving all the tables at the lounge, and Jai Shankar, housekeeping and many others who made our stay memorable. The hotel has replaced all plastic bottles with glass bottles to help us stay hydrated without guilt. The only downside was that the snacks in the lounge were not the usual ITC standard. The rest was all great. Thank you all.

I wrote the following response direct to management a week ago with no response:
I traveled to India last month and stayed in the ITC hotels in Hyderabad (Kohenur) and Bangalore (Winsor).
The stay at Kohenur was exceptional as always and the team there went out of their way to make my stay pleasant and sorted out a challenging luggage issue for me.
Unfortunately, my stay this time at Winsor was a disaster. My first impressions and great experiences of India comes from staying at ITC hotels over the last few years (Mumbai, Jaipur, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, etc.). I requested that my Indian partners book me at the Winsor. Firstly the room I was allocated was dirty, run down and the toilet was not working. The room was changed the next morning and upgraded (for which I was charged). Our Group Chairman was due to arrive the next day and would have been allocated a similar room – which I requested to be changed – gratefully it was upgraded even to a higher level (for which I was charged again, although the same amount).
I requested a late check out three times the day before we left and the morning of our departure due to business commitments late into the afternoon. I was told that the hotel is full and we have to vacate our rooms latest 15h00, which meant we had to vacate early the morning anyway and our bags taken from our rooms and kept in storage?! When we arrived back from our business meetings the concierge was very helpful and friendly and assisted and offered a suite for us to change and freshen up for our long flights back to South Africa. When I went to settle the bill I was told to pay for that evening as the Indian agent booked me for that evening as well. I stated that I am not paying for that room and asked to see the manager. I young, in-experienced, arrogant manager then told me that he will be liable for the agents commission personally and that he will not pay it out of his own pocket - it is his call that I have to pay. I settle the account under duress as my lift and flight was waiting with the Chairman standing by.
This experience at the Winsor is not what I expect and am use to from India and the ITC – especially the Winsor where I have had such good memories.

I have been to ITC properties all across the country and i must say, My recent visit on July 2nd has had to be one of the worst experiences i’ve had. The price charged, Covid or not, is the same, then why is it that the service is compromised? To begin with, the service to the room was absolutely garbage. Repeated calls needed to be made to housekeeping for water, towels and a toothbrush in the morning. Seriously, I went to bed dehydrated because chasing after the nonchalant staff became exhausting after 5 sincere attempts. My room came with a bathtub.As per my experience with ITC or even any other 5 Star hotel, they usually provide bath salts or a bubble bath liquid; Windsor didn’t have either. Even the cheapest of hotels have a dental kit, and of-course, I had to make repeated calls yet again to get a toothbrush. The breakfast was abysmal and utterly disappointing. Period. It is horrendous that despite being a Bangalore based outfit, the regional food was simply inedible. The chef served me a sorry excuse for a dosa which had just as much flavour as the water. As a Bangalorean, i never thought a simple dish like a dosa, could be so screwed up. My family and I have been loyal patrons of the ITC group for over 15 years, this was the final straw. We will be reconsidering our patronage. Hopefully Windsor Manor gets its act together.

There are some hotels that meet your expectations and then a few rare ones that you can't stop raving about.
What I observed from the very onset of arriving at the hotel is that every little thing here is done with perfection. The rooms are stunning (my photos don't do enough justice) with vintage furniture, wooden floors, and the perfect writing desks.
I was particularly impressed by the staff members' warm hospitality and standards of perfection. The housekeeping team who did a flawless job each morning, the duty manager who provided the garden view room at my last minute request, the bell boy/ concierge who courteously handed me the things I'd left behind in the room by mistake, and so many more that I forget. A big thank you to the entire team for a perfect stay.

This is a specific review in Covid times regarding the gym management at Windsor, knowing otherwise that ofcourse the overall stay is very comfortable
The gym rules are clearly followed with strict protocols on entry, usage and time.
The equipmentnis sanitized after every use.
They are eco friendly with no plastic and have sanitizers, etc available for guests.
Satish, Srinivas, Thousip, the Spa manager and others are very courteous, helpful and alert in ensuring safety, hygiene and meeting needs of customers.
I confidently recomend it
They are doing their best and more. I wish that guests are also responsible and support them in this endeavor

Itc Windsor was one of the finest hotel to visit. But I m very dissapointed with the service this time. It is deteriorating badly for which the management should do something . I was there in the restaurant for dinner and almost spend 2 hours but could not find any manager coming and acknowledging . Stewards are trying hard to meet the needs of a table but they are not educated enough to speak English and communicate properly . When we pay 1500 for a simple salad and coffee then it is obvious that we are paying not just for the food but also for the standard service. I hope next time I am not dissapointed like this

It was for my event that I booked their Banquet Halls . From the beginning till the end, it was completely hassle free. Khushi and her t staff were just excellent with all the arrangements. All the guests just loved the food and the hotel decor, with everything very hygienic and orderly. Hotel staff arranged for some adhoc requests as well by few of our esteemed guests. Overall, from the selection of food menu, to selecting the decor and the hospitality, everything was just awesome.

I do not like to write a review usually unless it’s really worth it and this one is . I have been there with my wife celebrating our special day , as we are on our honeymoon trip .Checking in was really efficient with Harish and COVID -19 safety measures were well maintained in the hotels ,(it was a peace of mind) especially in entrance each persons were monitored and the elevators , doors (sanitized and sealed),restaurants which was a really happy that I choose the right hotel in the pandemic time . Dinner was great with good choices of cuisine. Breakfast was really good well maintained buffet with live options especially at this time . Staff were really helpful during our dining (small lean girl ) forgot her name , who served us.my wife was really happy with facilities and rooms with wowing cake with wishes on it could make it extra smile on her face too .( just couple of hours of my checking- in I requested for a something could surprise my wife ) It was really worth of staying at the ITC Windsor Bengaluru, Will be back soon on my next visit in the city .
