I was so pleased and appreciate the Hotel management and staff for providing the accommodation during the pandemic situation COVID-19. Supervisor Saket Sourav and other team has assisted and addressed very well on all the queries and requests. Ambience in Housekeeping and Dinning was tremendous, which made me to adjust myself very quickly to the environment. Sudheer and his team at dinning made my life easy to order the food with required specifications during the odd situations out.
I recommend the stay very much as the safety and precautionary measures taken by hotel was fabulous with-in the government guidelines, maintained social distancing and sanitization process. Big thumbs up 👍🏻 for all the staff and teams for making my stay rememberable and secure.
Keep-up the great work and momentum in serving the customers. 😃😃

My wife and I stayed at The Park Bengaluru for 5 nights bringing in the New Year, and our stay was very pleasant.
The luxury Terrance room we were assigned was amazing in terms of both decor and comfort, the restaurant at the hotel, called Monsoon, served sumptuous food, and even our spa experience was a really relaxing one.
I would highly recommended the hotel, specifically the room category we stayed at. Do plan a staycation here, as it is totally worth it!

1. Checked in at 11am on 12 March. Requested for dental kit at check-in; didn't get it till 11pm. Called for it at 11pm; lady picks and says she is sending in 5 mins. Didn't get it even after 20 mins. Called again and then I got it.
2. Asked for 4 bottles of water; we get 2. He said; I will come back with 2 more. Never turned up.
3. Wanted to book spa. The man at front office said; will book it for 3pm. If any changes then wil call back. We reach at spa at 3pm. No booking done. We come back to room. Called after 2 hours; reception said; am having a call arranged with spa manager in 5 mins. Never happened. We followed up again and then booked spa.
4. Flaws of the room are covered with curtains.
5. A lamp in the room hangs right in front of tea table blocking the view if you are talking to another person sitting in front of you. Wonder who gave them this stupid idea of hanging this lamp.
6. Some of the cushions at pool side are burnt. Looks bad.
7. No bathing gel was placed in the bathroom.
I hope the management of The Park takes this positively and makes necessary changes.

We booked this hotel as Taj MG was overbooked. I never heard great reviews about park but surprisingly the service was good. The rooms look old but they gave us balcony rooms which didn't have a great view but who doesn't like a balcony?
They didn't provide any iron in the room and the shower would only throw extremely hot water or cold water. Bathing here was such a challenge. The furniture is pretty old and they surely deserve some upgrade there. Also, you have to stand on the bathtub to take a shower.
While breakfast the spread was fine but the staff intially mentioned that ABC juice is not part of buffet and would be chargeable. This was a shocker for us. The omlete they served had so much of oil we could not even eat half of it.

I don't generally write reviews but my recent visit to this hotel has forced me to write one.
This is at best a 3* hotel. I have visited better 4* star hotels than this. The building is small and pretty old. The rooms have very old interiors and the furniture(chairs/tables) are super cheap quality. Bed and bathtub are fine.
The building is low rise(4 floors) only so there is no chance of a good view if you're looking for one. The chairs in the balcony are pretty cheap.
The breakfast is also not good. They have very few options (again better options at 4* hotels than this). The hotel staff is ok, don't expect anything better than ordinary.
After this hotel, I no longer believe on hotel ratings now.

Shukantu, the house keeping associate, provided excellent and timely assistance. His work was very professional and made sure that he left nothing to be said or asked of him. In general, the Hotel provided good assistance and even an upgrade. The rooms with a terrace are especially wonderful.

The Park - Bangalore is an old boutique hotel which is located on MG Road, so due to its location, I chose to stay there. The Hotel itself is a hard 5 Star, but a definite 4 star. The one factor that gave this hotel an upper edge was the staff courtesy & service. They are extremely attentive, prompt & helpful. As soon as I arrived, my bag was automatically picked up & taken to reception. There were 2 desk staff members who were in attention & were not interfered or distracted till my check in process was complete. Also upon check-out, automatically my bag was picked by one of the bell boy and taken to my car, as I did'nt have to request or call out for this assistance....Good Job! I also got a free upgrade upon request.
The only negative points was the sound of loud music from the Pool Side Party till 1 am & the price of the meal I had in Monsoon Restaurant, which I felt was expensive, though the meal itself & the service was very good. Will definitely stay here again if I am on a solo trip to Bangalore.

During my stay at the suites for a few days, I was immediately greeted by a vase of flowers that exuded a tranquil atmosphere upon entering. The hospitality extended by the staff was truly exceptional and deserves commendation.
Speaking of housekeeping, Mr. Saurav, in particular, left a lasting impression. His professionalism and attention to detail in maintaining the room to the highest standards were truly commendable. I wish him the very best in his future career endeavors.

Since I’m observing Ramadan Fasting I requested for a early morning breakfast at my room instead of the regular one. To my surprise I received a prompt call from the kitchen every night to enquire about my choice of food & preferred food delivery time in the early morning. The best part is they delivered the food on time with additional items also as complimentary. Yeah, you can oder food online and the delivery boy will com until reception with your order and you will have to collect it from there, in the weekend evenings the hotel security didn't allowed my delivery agent so i walked to the road side to get my order....
