1. Bathrooms were clogged 2. Bedsheets were not clean 3. Staff Morning(ulhas) was good . Evening manager was rude 4. No help for house keeping issues as all in party hall. 5. Dont visit if there is party in the party hall.

We stayed 2 nights. Very nice hotel in the right place. Food is very tasty. Good and secured parking available. Good place to stay in Bangalore. It has a good restaurant and a swimming pool also. Best place to stay with family and friends.

I love the elixir restaurant on the roof top with lake view and the calm ambience. The service is good. The rooms are kept very clean and neat. Food, spa, gym,wifi, pool,rooms,.. everything is perfect!

Wonderful and a quite place. Gym needs improvement. Rooms and staff are good. Breakfast fare is quite extensive and tasty. A good way to start your day. Highly recommend, negative part is its location, a bit far from the city but good accessibility.

We have been a regular customer at this restaurant since 2011.. ( Eggetarian !! ) Since then they have always served good tasty food. Service is quite ok. Do not expect 5 star courteousness. Still pretty good for a multi cuisine restaurant !

+ves Located in a less crowded place in KR Puram. The reception and all other staff are polite and courtous. The room allotted to us were well kept. Lightnings, power back up etc are ok. Swimming pool is available for guests and well kept. Bar and restaurant have good variety and not very costly. ex 30ml OMR only Rs30.00. Buffet breakfast is also very good. -ves No other shops nearby to buy errants. No towel provided in swimming pool for guests. A bit far away from KR Puram main centre.

Room was very clean and spacious, Bathroom kept clean, very nice place to stay and relax, best hotel in KR Puram area, Staffs and service was nice. Big Disaster on Restaurant Food was good, Restaurant and Bar is located in 5th Floor, when you come out of lift, you can feel that heavy Alcoholic and Smoking smell, Bar & Restaurant both opp to opp with only 10 feet distance, Doors are not closed either in Restaurant as well in BAR, so you can't enjoy your dinner or Lunch with family if you are a non-Drinker. Another awkward thing was, Drinks are allowed in Restaurant as well, So you have to tolerate that too, Worst part was, There was a Family with Women and Children having their Dinner, on the other table, men and Women Drinking alcohols, such a stupid behavior allowed by the Hotel. Even in the Bar I noticed many of them having their dinner and Drinks, So why is the Hotel allowing People to drink and eat in Restaurant as well, when I asked them, Reply was they came with Family. If so, you must have a separate Restaurant for Non-Drinkers OR you must not allow Drinks in Restaurant. you have to shift the restaurant to any other place to avoid this nuisance…

Hotel is not very expensive. I have tried several rooms here and they are all very similar. No western style showers. The only suite in this hotel comes with a jacuzzi. The restaurant is on the fifth floor, with an ok view (photo attached). If your in this area it is worth a stay. Just do not compare it to any western hotels or you will be disappointed.
