From the bottom of my heart, I can say that the Hilton is an amazing place to stay. I’ve been living here for 10 days now, and all of my needs are being beautifully met. The staff ensures that my stay is comfortable, with all my requests being fulfilled promptly. Room service, housekeeping, cleanliness, and facilities like the gym, pool, spa, sauna, and even the quality of linens and towels are all excellent.
Every staff member—from the chefs and waiters to the security personnel—is incredibly courteous and polite. The service and food at the Neo Restaurant have been outstanding, with a delectable palette offered every day. I’d especially like to commend Chef Muskaan Khan for her friendly, lively nature, her perpetually smiling face, and her genuine care for the needs of the guests. She goes out of her way to ensure that the needs of guests are met. Ayan Maiti, my housekeeping staff, is also very polite and attentive.
The ambience of the hotel is something truly special. It exudes a calm, composed aura, with beautiful scents and soothing music filling the lobbies and halls. My room and linens are always impeccably clean and smell amazing. Although there was a bit of inconvenience due to the revamp of the steam and sauna spaces, which were unavailable for about a week, the overall service has been exceptional, and the room service staff are always polite and efficient.
Overall, this is a beautiful stay—an experience I will remember!

An immediate trip again after Chennai was to Bangalore for a Mega event which had over hundreds of leaders from my company gather for a meeting. Hilton was the venue of choice and since they could not accommodate all of us, we were split between the Hilton and the Hilton Garden in the same compound
Welcome at the airport was quite warm with the Toyota Innovas done up in the theme for our company event. Check in was smooth as well. The deluxe room was nearly as spacious as my previous stay at a similar property in Chennai. And it was neat. Once again, this one too had a work desk, a sofa, bath tub and bed.
Breakfast buffet was amazing and even better than my previous one reviewed at Chennai. It was so vast and spread out that it took me more than one visit before I discovered all the counters. The cold cuts and salads section is totally segregated and shelved which avoids too many people crowding around one section – similar for the breads and fruits. They actually had hummus on all days which I really enjoyed. The selections were so great that I did not even need to visit the live counter. This was at the Neo kitchen
I will not elaborate about the corporate event as that was a different viewpoint altogether.
The hotel is huge. They do not allow smoking in rooms, but have a couple of areas that you can go pollute your lungs at. The valet service was quite prompt and they allowed the cars to be left by the entrance if you told them you were going out soon. If I have reason to be back in Bangalore, would not mind visiting the Hilton again. My colleagues who were in the Hilton Garden had equally good reviews there. The location is OK if you do not plan to go out much or have meetings mostly in the area. Else, you will have to content with the infamous Bangalore traffic. We had visited Hilton for a 2 night stay- we booked a suite and an adjacent single room with twin beds
The hotel, restaurant (Neo) and facilities (gym/spa) are top notch. Staff are courteous and always attended to us promptly
Breakfast spread is amazing - and of the hundreds of hotels we have stayed and visited - this was the only one offering egg whites in their breakfast Buffett!
Two drawbacks noted :
1) We were verbally informed that we could provide 2 clothes for laundry however it wasn’t clarified that this facility is only available for the suite and not the single room. We therefore incurred needless additional expenses
2)In room dining order of butter chicken - some of it was not cooked properly
Otherwise would stay again considering the positives significantly outweigh above drawbacks

Absolutely pathetic and terrible restaurant in Hilton.Relatively new but a disaster. Claims to be a South Indian Speciality restaurant, has very limited menu options. Still many of the listed menu dishes are unavailable,after taking the orders .Chicken ghee roast is terrible, absolutely nowhere it can be called a ghee roast.Totally dry, no fragrance or sign of ghee and hard chicken.On explaining this to the waiter, we were told that the chef would meet us, surprisingly the chef was avoiding meeting during our entire meal, which is unexpected of a Hilton restaurant. Neer dosa was extremely sticky and lovingly clinging to our fingers and spoons and not letting go. Goan cocktail was tasting too bland.Overall an extremely pathetic and disgusting experience, unexpected of Hilton hospitality.Ambience was good with a relaxed poolside seating .Service by Sudeep and Venkatesh was good too but unfortunately the extremely bad food and beverages eclipsed the positives.The prices were definitely extremely high compared to the whole pathetic experience, a complete let down ,a blot on Hilton's famed hospitality.A special occassion was spoilt due to this. Please donot waste your money and time here.It is not at all worth it. Definitely not recommended !!

Me and my mothers time with the Hilton hotel has been quite pleasant so far with its 5 star quality rooms and service, the beds are very comfortable and the in house breakfast is amazing as well, however our stay has been made truly memorable by our chauffeur Ragendra who went out of his way during our sightseeing trips to make them as memorable and convenient as possible, giving amazing well tailored advice and suggestions on places to visit for both sightseeing and shopping, as well. His driving skills in the busy bangalore traffic were astounding and safe, he would also be providing interesting information and banter on the city around us as we went places, he would also help us buy tickets at the places we stopped that required them and was allways ahead of time and excited to see us. Ragendra has provided an experience to us that I will never forget. Words don't do his 6 star worthy service justice so I will simply thank him one more time. While breakfast, there was this friendly helper and she was so sweet as well as serving everything quickly and efficiently! Her name was Romila! Quiet happy with the attitude of the staff as well, since me and my roomate called room service so many times yet they still answered really politely and even delivered the items to us when we asked them at 3/4 am! The unlimited amount of coffee and tea every one hour during committee sessions (VMUN14) was so energizing and refreshing! The food was awesome and the waiter Mukul 's service was excellent. Though booked through external portal on a package with pre defined menu, Hotel staff provided access to Buffet with No extra cost. Pleasant ambience and easy to commute place.
