Hotel's Favourite
Whether you are in Bengaluru for business or pleasure, the Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru is an amazing place to stay. Nestled perfectly between Bengaluru city and the airport, the Leela Bhartiya City Hotel here is like a mini resort/retreat in itself. Although it is billed as the business hotel, it is a great place to unwind, treat yourself to some delicious meals in their restaurants and indulge in a relaxing spa.
My wife and I recently stayed here for a staycation, our first one this year. This is one of those hotels where you can rest assured you are going to have quality time. Beginning with the check-in, it was an ultra-smooth experience with Shreoji and we were allotted our room, a Deluxe room which was truly amazing.
Our room was on the 11th floor, with a wonderful view of the city around. It also had a fantastic view of the large adult infinity swimming pool and a kids pool. The room itself was quite large, equipped with a study table (which proves especially helpful if you are staying here for work), a sofa, an office chair and a large television. Plus, there is a good selection of teas, coffees, a kettle, and the other regular items. The hotel also gave us 2 litres of drinking water per day in lovely glass bottles (avoiding the use of plastic wastage).
The room was large and comprised of a dedicated space to keep our luggage, a spacious king-size bed, the most comfortable pillows to rest your head on and immaculate lightning and an attached bathroom which was huge with a large shower area but without a bath-tub. Other necessary things like a hair dryer, iron and ironing table, two wardrobes, etc., in the room, make for a convenient stay. Truly the room gives you all the comforts you could ask for.
One of the must-try things at this hotel is their famous Amaris spa. I tried the 90-minutes Aromatherapy massage, which was exactly what I needed to relax and feel rejuvenated. There are several other options for massages, spa therapies, facials, salon and fitness center/gymnasium services. This hotel is also connected to the Bhartiya city mall directly.
Last, but by no means the least, our favorite part of the stay were the delicious, scrumptious meals at the Falak & Quattro restaurants (will try the Lotus Oriental the next time). We reached around noon and received an early check-in, and enjoyed the lunch set menu at Falak – excellent Indian starters, main course and desserts and service from Aradhya. The next day we visited Quattro for their buffet lunch - an excellent mix of Indian and continental cuisines. The large spread included everything from various veg and non-veg salads, to a live counter, to Asian treats, and of course, delicious Indian veg and non-veg dishes. The desserts section deserves a special mention – we could not resist trying every single one of the menu. Excellent service from Rashmi. The breakfast spread was just as incredible – with a huge selection of Indian and Continental treats. Plus, there were live stations – an eggs station, a station for waffles and another for dosas. We also had the Royal Club Lounge included in our package from 5:30pm - 7:30pm, which includes several on-the-house cocktails, beer, mocktails and snacks which we enjoyed on both the evenings.
Overall, we rank our stay at the Leela Bhartiya City, Bengaluru a 10/10 and cannot wait to be back here. A big thank you and kudos to the team Shreoji, Aradhya, Rashmi, Ridi and all the staff at Falak, Quattro and the Royal Club Lounge for a wonderful experience.

This brand new hotel is bank opposite Nikoo Homes 2 at Bhartiya City( wherein we have an apartment-yet to move in).
We decided to take a weekend Break and stay for two nights at this hotel.
The Positives:
1. Reservation is not too complicated, the hotel gave us the requested late check out. You can cancel without any charge until 6 pm on date of Check in.
2. The room offered to us ( facing the pool) was awesome and sparkling new with all luxuries not usually found in a Superior/Deluxe room.
3. Lunch Buffet was great in terms of taste and value for money, though service levels could dip if it is crowded.
4. Great Breakfast Spread.
5. Central Park opposite the Hotel, great for walks.
6. Good Smiling and helpful reception and staff.
The Negatives:
1. Room service could be a wee bit slow ( probably because of lean staff).
2. In Room Dining Menu is very limited and overpriced even by 5 star standards.
3. We ordered a Veg Thali for Dinner . The quantity was very less, not sufficient for even one person( Rice was in one small bowl). Not at all satisfied.
4. No good eating place near the hotel, so one is kinda forced to eat at the hotel. We suggest that the Hotel introduces a good Weekend Staycation package that includes ALL MEALS ( as one of the options),this will in some way sort out the concern.
The above negatives were nothing major( did in no way mar our overall great experience),am sure it will improve with time.
Unfortunately we had to curtail our stay by one night (as our pet dog who was in a boarding ,got sick). The Hotel was understanding about it and charged us for only one night.
Overall great, we shall be back soon and highly recommend
A suggestion. They should make this Hotel pet friendly as they have a great walking space around the hotel. This I am sure will substantially raise the occupancy levels and also the revenues of the hotel

Dear Vijaykumar, Thank you for taking the time and sharing detailed feedback from your recent visit to the hotel. I am delighted to note that overall, you had an excellent stay with us and have shared your feedback with my colleagues, who are equally happy to hear from you. I have also made a note of your concern about the pace of the in-room service and menu offerings. While our menus are extensively crafted to meet the needs of our guests, I am pleased to inform that our culinary team is also equipped to largely assist our patrons with any specific culinary requirements they might have. However, in terms of the portion size offered, we have duly noted your feedback and shall ensure a corrective action is initiated on priority. Our staycation offerings are published on our website www.theleela.com with an attractive range of offers to choose from. The addition of boarding of pets' facility is under consideration, and we hope that we will be able to meet this requirement in the future. We thank you again for your feedback and would request you to kindly treat this incident as an aberration and shall look forward to welcoming you back to the hotel soon again. Thanks & Regards, Reuben Kataria, General Manager - The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru

Recently did a staycation at The Leela Bhartiya City with my family. The checkin process was really smooth and we were very much delighted to see such well kept and spacious rooms. Thanks to the entire housekeeping team for maintaining such wonderful rooms.
The main reason for our visit was to have food at Falak, the Indian fine dining restaurant at the 17th floor. We would like to extend our thanks Chef Prabhjeet and Mr Deb for such great food and service.
Must try items for veg : Kandhari Paneer tikka, dahi ke kabab. Dal-e-falak is simply mouth watering, peshawari kadhai paneer, chole kulche. They have good varieties for breads and biryani just left us in awe.
Dont miss out on balai ka tukda and gulab ki phirni in desserts.
We didnt enjoy having the breakfast at Quattro. Didnt feel it very hygienic mainly due to the residing corporate crowd. The food was also not upto the mark that was expected from The Leela.
Also very much disappointed with Lotus oriental. We had clearly communicated our food preferences and what all we would like to have for one of the dinner. Being a specialty restaurant the food was such a disappointment and they need to really improve with the management over there.
We were really looking forward to have food in all the 3 restaurants but it was Falak where we ended up for lunch and dinners.
There is a shopping mall just next to the hotel and a good walking space opp to hotel, part of the bhartiya city.

After a gap of 3 months, was travelling again and to Bangalore this time – staying at the Leela Bhartiya city. While my previous stay was for just a day, this time I was in for four days. Checkin was prompt as they had my info from the previous stay and the request for a smoking room was honored as well.
As expected the room was quite large and luxurious with a small plate of hand made chocolates as welcome. The complimentary bottle of water was in glass bottles that looked clean without signs of overuse. View outside the window was not bad and the blackout curtains did their job as the sun did rise earlier than it did for me in Mumbai.
Had occasion to use the lobby lounge when a friend visited and the service was very prompt and courteous while the coffees were just right. Staff at the lobby entrance were also quite friendly and engaged in conversation while you waited for your car.
Had breakfast all days at the Quattro. For the early birds, they did have their staff and dishes ready and in place by 0630am. Layout was quite spacious and food each day was varied. Since I ordered an omlette on three of the four days, only one day did the preparation vary from other days – so would say there is more than one chef cooking and not all have the same approach. But no complaints, the food and the filter coffee which I requested were top notch. The breakfast included something for varied ethnicities depending on whether you were east Asian, Indian or western (yes they even had pizza at 630 in the morning).
Checkout was the only area where I had a glitch as they could not provide me with a copy of the receipt. They mailed it to me, but that did not work as the attachment could not be opened. The duty manager shared his card and said he would take care of it. Since I was still in Bangalore, I ended up visiting three days later to collect the receipt as mails to follow-up were not responded to. This was the only kink in an other wise great stay.
The location is such that you can actually go out for a leisurely walk around the clean paths and there is a mall with great food options just next door. Definitely recommend the Leela Bhartiya City

After a super tiring day, we arrived in Falak Restaurant on 17th floor in Leela Bhartiya City. We were warmly welcomed and taken care by Swati Dubey. She is a very humble, down to earth and sweet person. She helped us choosing the dinner and I highly appreciate that because I couldn't figure out the cuisines by their names.
In no time, our dinner arrived. We were first given the famous Dahi Cold Golgappa/Puchka as a Welcome Appetiser (Free!), it tasted very well. Next was Warki (Laccha Paratha), Tandoori Roti (made full of Aata/Floor and no Maida, this is what my parents wanted) and Paneer Sabzi. We also were given Palak (Spinach) Sabzi and it was unbelievably good. I and my parents have never tasted so good Palak. Another cool trick was that for the first time I saw that lemon was wrapped around by a cotton cloth so that when one squeezes it over the main course, the seeds don't drop in the food, how cool is that! These little details make whole thing so special.
Upon hearing our amazing experience, Swati introduced us to the Master Chef and his team, and we could see the talented team who made the tasty food. We also came to know that the Paneer we tasted, actually came from Garhwal. (Unfortunately, I missed taking pictures of cuisines).
In the end, we were given Chilled Sweet Paan which have nice finishing touch to the dinner. Bill didn't hurt our wallet at all despite being a restaurant in a 5 Star Hotel. We can't wait to taste Biriyani and Special Daal tomorrow. So, all our tiredness went away and our day has ended well.
Thank you Swati, Chef and Team and Falak :-)
Cheers, Bhaskar.

Stayed overnight on a half board package with my 2 year old and have to say that the stay was extremely comfortable. Delux rooms are extremely comfortable with a study and lounge overlooking the beautiful central park. Leela properties are in general very good with what clearly standing out is the stuff who make sure you have everything you need and are comfortable. Right from Vishakha who helped us with a quick check-in to Mousumi who helped us with booking a table at the restaurant were extremely prompt and courteous. Also, I can't help but mention the gala dinner buffet which was to die for and probably the biggest highlights of our stay. Big kudos to the executive chef JP Singh and Illeyas who went out of the way to reach out and socialize with guests to ensure even the tiniest of feedback is catered to. Rohit at F&B too was really nice to ask if we were comfortable and had all we need. Lovely warm staff who are quite engaging to ensure comfort. Only wish the other two restaurant were open too but i was told in a month probably. Overall absolutely visiting them again and can only hope they maintain the quality of service as it is.

Awesome experience with this luxury hotel. We booked 61 rooms for 1 night in connection with the wedding ceremony of my niece and it was worth stay.
The rooms were cozy, clean and tidy. All toiletries were provided, Internal Joint rooms facility was made available.
The Central Park lawn, The Grand Ball Rooms, the Banquet Hall, the Lobby and the Restaurants were hygienic, clean and spacious. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, hygienic with lots of options.
Thanks to the excellent service provided by Ms Abriti Sengupta, Sales Manager who was very much customer-friendly, polite and co-operative. She was the single person who coordinated well with all Sections of staff of the Hotel and helped us starting from Booking of Rooms till the last event of the wedding.

+1
This was our first stay in Leela Bharatiya City. Pleasantly surprised to find a wonderful hotel, tucked in away from the hustle bustle of the city. We felt at home with the welcome and warmth we received on check in.
Ms.Sreya promptly greeted us with the keycards as we entered. Thanks to the web check-in system. Ms.Giya then spoke to us and accompanied us to an inviting and cozy room with multiple grand views of the landscapes of the city around. The room was so well prepared for the occasion with a Season's greetings from by Mr.Rohit Pandey, the hotel Manager. Appreciate the skillful effort that had gone in, to take care of every detail to make our stay comfortable. Special thanks to Ritu (Leela Palace) and Jiya for organizing a smooth stay.
During our stay, Mark (in room dining) provided us with prompt butler service. He was there announcing his service as we entered the room. He also showcased the residences to us accompanied by Ajay
Avinash and Manoj took good care of us at the Pool/Gym. A refreshing Spa treatment by Ms.Helly and prompt housekeeping service of Mr.Venkat, who took utmost care of us during and after the treatment (Late evening hours) is appreciable.
We were well received at the Quattro restaurant for one of our major meals. The reserved table with a pleasing view of the landscape outside was delightful. Ramu, Thataghata, Moin, Nikita, Gautham, Manjunath and Chef Gurpreet Singh attentively catered to our requirements.
Special thanks to Ramu, Thatagata, Freshings for the delectable cocktail. Checkout was seamlessly managed by the reception and valet service team.
Looking forward to exploring other restaurants/services of the hotel in our next staycation plan.
Regards
Suchaya & Praveen

Set in the serene locales of Bharatiya City in Bangalore, this new Leela palace property lives up to the expectations of the 7 star facilities we always associate with the Leela brand but to our surprise this does not come with the same hefty price tag.
We had a great time roaming around inside Bharatiya City & wanted to relax with a nice coffee and munchies. We straightaway walked in to the tempting cafe & orders some hot & cold coffees along with some pasta & masala tea. All the items were fabulous.
The staff was very courteous and to our delight they took us for a show-around tour. The place has an amazing decor with royal paintings & wall hangings adorning the walls. There is a vintage looking bar which I am planning to visit soon.

I visited the restaurant at Leela Bhartiya City for lunch buffet with colleagues from office. But this review is not exactly about the lunch or the restaurant. It’s about an incident that made me realise what’s Leela as a brand is and how far their staff go to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationship. I along with my another colleague had given our cars for valet parking and in an unfortunate incident there was mishap that happened and both of our cars had got damaged. Of course all of us were disappointed. But the staff at Leela made sure both our cars got repaired at authorised service centres without us having to claim insurance or pay a single penny from our pockets. They even offered to pay Ola / Uber cab bills for our conveyance for the duration our cars were in garage. Total bill of service for the two cars ran up to 60k, but their front office manager and their finance team followed up with the service Center throughout the period of the service and made the payments directly to them without having us go through any hassles. This whole incident made me very impressed with the brand Leela. I specially want to thank Ms. Kanika Mathur for her excellent support and really appreciate her commitment towards making the customers comfortable. Kudos!
