That's truly what we felt when I visited Falak for lunch with my husband and everything we ordered was outstanding in taste, 10/10 for everything. We both loved the food and this was the best we have had so far. My husband is a foodie and we keep trying new places. We had ordered- Amritsari Tandoori Roasted Chicken, Dahi Kebab, Dal e falk, Martaban ke Chole, Kulcha and Khameeri roti. Everything was perfect and this is the first time i can say that everything we tried was excellent in taste. My husband says this is the best tandoori chicken he has ever had. When it comes to service, I would give them 10/10 again. The attention to details by Sous Chef Prabhjeet Singh made him notice the breads we ordered would not be the best combination for our mains. So, he himself came to us to suggest Kulcha would go best with Chole. He didn't have to really step out of the Kitchen himself, he could have asked the steward to convery the same. Now, that's the kind of hospitality we received.Thanks to Sous Chef Prabhjeet Singh and their Steward Deb for their hospitality and making our experience truly special. We came here for our anniversary celebration and the Leela team made it even more special with their hospitality and several offerings. Special thanks to Jaspreet as he was so humble and made suggestions that was the best with an offer at the library bar. If you do visit the bar here, you should definitely request for Freshing as he makes the most amazing cocktails according to your preference and try the starters in the bar. A day well spent !!

The buffet spread at Quattro was exceptional as always. What made it even more special was the stupendous service and assistance by Gautam. It was our parents first time visiting and Gautam was ensured they got all the help in picking out what to eat and what new dishes to try out. Thanks again for the brilliant service. Dear Leela Team- Firstly thank you for your exceptional service - the following review is me going to be as detailed as I possibly can be from the good to the bad to few pain points as a guest- The name / Brand Leela is always know to be synonymous with luxury - the leela is a brand that any Indian would have heard of - while I have stayed at multiple other properties / brands across Indian this was my first experience at the Leela- The moment you enter the hotel you feel like you are transported to a different world - smiling faces - beautiful decor and calm music - checkin was a breeze and we were assisted to our rooms - The rooms are breathtaking , spacious and comfortable- the washroom / toilet is as good as another room and the rain shower is an added feature of the room that is just brilliant ! I doubt there has been a point anyone in the hotel said no to any of the requests we made or asked - From the front desk to the individuals at the breakfast to the folks at falak - the people have the right attitude - I do hope this continues . The breakfast at this hotel is something that should be commended on - they have got it right - one exceptional thing at this hotel are the Pastry section - who ever the chef is of this division should be given a promotion ! The croissants at this venue are made to perfection ! Crispy on the outside and soft of the inside! My only not so great experience with the breakfast is the filter coffee - for a place ( bangalore ) which probably has some of the best filter coffee in the world the decoction used here is completely wrong ! Would highly advise fine tuning it as it’s really not the greatest to put it kindly :) Falak is an absolutely beautiful venue - they offer an out door and indoor eating area - while the indoor eating area is portrayed as a fine dine place where you could sit and have a conversation with another individual they share the same music from the out door lounge area and both the areas have the same level of volume which completely spoils the ambience and vibe of the venue and makes it very hard for anyone to have a conversation- ideally this venue should have a far softer tone of music vs having the need to match the need of what is being played outside- Room pain points The usb points by the bed do not work ( 916 ) left side bed which we were given - additional for any international travelers which I do assume you get many off the plug points by the bed side are only for Indian plugs and the plug points by the desk while they do accept international plugs - they can only fit 1 plug as the plug points are so close together they will not allow you to fit 2 plugs at a single point- Upon checking in - we were informed by the front desk that as a guest we would be eligible for a 10% discount on all services / food and beverages across the hotel- however when we went to any venue or any place most people did not know about this and had to cross check- Mall access - while the hotel is connected to the mall the access is closed for a very silly reason that people buy kfc and then sit at the hotel- instead of closing the access and telling guests to access it from the outside of the hotel especially when it raining makes no sense at all- I would advise keeping a staff or security manned at this point just to control this point Vs closing the entire access- Lastly at this point the hotel is still not fully operational - we were lucky to meet and chat with the gm of the hotel ( lovely person ) who did inform us that they would be fully operational in 3-4 months- the spa and saloon are yet to be open along with the larger suite rooms- However over all the staff at this hotel have the right attitude - I personally felt due to their initial phase they may be bit under staffed but nothing really to complain about - every person I interacted with was extremely kind understanding and diligent- this hotel in terms of class is far superior to most of the hotels in bangalore. The Leela Bhartiyacity totally lives upto the brand ‘LEELA’ and beyond, magnificent hospitality by the exceptionally dedicated handpicked team. There’s an elaborate personal touch in this contemporary yet Indian framework. I’m here for a long stay with my seven year old who already calls this paradise home. The entire team is absolutely dynamic and praiseworthy at all levels. It’s very difficult to list out names as each and every single one of them have made their best possible efforts to make our stay not only comfortable but also memorable. I highly, strongly recommend this property to answer any conundrum. I stayed at the Leela Bharatiya City recently and it was a delightful experience. The room and bathroom are huge, well apppointed, extremely comfortable and very clean.
