Here for a one day stay over a weekend. Opted for premium bamboo cottages with american plan which include buffet meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with barbeque and high tea. Also get complimentary activities coupons for the folks staying. Wished we had opted for a weekday because it was crazy crowded when we reached, the resort folks stated there were 900 expected on that day and it was starting to show but kudos to the staff who ensured everything was being done fast and service was not compromised. The Reception is indeed small and the wait times are long - this is something they should look at to a better open and a bigger space for the reception and more counters for faster turn around nevertheless Pooja at the reception counter was very helpful and we reached early before our check-in time and she helped us to handle our luggage till we could check in. Coming to the resort itself, vast space and lot of adventure activities - went in for zipline, zorbing, archery, bottle/balloon shooting, outdoor games like badminton, fish spa, indoor games include carrom, chess and foos ball. They also had kayaking which we did not go for. Lot of greenery, ducks taking strolls, swings and sitting areas all over. Mist dance and swimming DJ sessions at scheduled times. Room was excellent, well though of and done. Eco friendly and close to nature. Guests are added to a whatsapp group when checked-in and all department folks are in the group - so anything needed it was only a whatsapp message away. Very friendly staff - always having a smile. On the food, good variety on the buffet and impressed with how they were re-filling the food because it was getting over very quickly because of the crowd. Live counters like dosa for breakfast, pizza, chaat, tawa fish fry for lunch were great additions. Evening barbeque with the lights on was a nice touch - mosquitoes in the night were of-course a problem. Overall a well managed resort with excellent staff and service

Folks, I had booked this property in 1.5 month advance and later had to cancel it immediately due to some unavoidable reasons. They took their 20% CUT after cancellation. This is ridiculous...Be aware and careful before booking such resorts...I never stayed though!

We had one day stay at the place, booked a jacuzzi room, but not worth it the price was too high for the room and no amenities like basic things were not available in room like bathroom essentials. We thought it would have been OK if we booked normal cottage instead. The good thing was the welcome drink which is complimentary and live counter in lunch buffet ( fish, pani puri,Tikka chat and noodles is must try.) Because main course is tasteless. Staff is very good and friendly,we like the most the service of Mr. RAJESH in aquabar.Actually all staff were very good. This place has beautiful scenic beauty, clam and far from city pollution.

Been here with a group of 80 people. The resort is nice. Neatly maintained and professionally managed. While booking they said that they will only allow 180 people inside the resort. However, while there we found that they have given bookings for too many people and the place was overcrowded which was not good in the pandemic time. They could have arranged a separate lunch counter for team booking to keep the team together but they only had a common counter which caused everyone to mingle together which again seemed a bad idea during the pandemic. They have a good number of fun games inside but the again was crowded. Overall I am satisfied with this place but their decision to let too many people in during this time was not very great. Teams cannot stay together in his place, you will only get lost.

We went as a group of 25 people. Although the day was enjoyable, at least 10 of us including small kids got sick with vomiting, stomach upsets and fever after eating their food. One day of joy and many days of suffering..not worth it.

We a group of 6 families visited this place for a day out in on sep 10 - 2021. Positives Beautiful property. Well maintained , very neat and clean. Full of trees and greenery , don't need and shades or caps. Negatives 4-5 persons got stomach problems , vomiting and all after the trip. Very expensive as they ask coupens for every activity , every small activities also needs coupens which need to purchase upfront and give it to the persons for each activity. So the actual cost is much much higher than that they mentioned. They won't take back and refund if you left with coupens at the end. There is only one bathroom so each time you need to walk a long way , no wash basins also near the luch area. They would tell no coupens needed for kids under 5 but they won't allow them for any activity without coupens , telling under 5 kids are not allowed any adventure activities and they have categorised every activity as adventure activity. Eventhough we all enjoyed the dayouting there , the stomach problem spoiled the entire fun later.
