Rajani provided an outstanding room services gave a perfect cleaning to feel like home and have better experience with our room . Always available and quick services gave by Rajani. He is very polite and friendly nature and keep a reasonable distance while working thats feel safe

We had over all good experience in the hotel and room both.
Big rooms
Clean and hygienic
Friendly staff
Good breakfast
House keeping person Mr Dilip Adhikari was very courteous to make sure that we don’t hv any issues with the room and its hygiene.
I saw few reviews in negative aspects. But we didn’t experience any such thing while in our 3 days stay
Many times it is our own duty also to keep our room in well manner and if anything missing, should ask hotel team to set right it ..

Its really a good hotel. Food is good staff is courteous.Have stayed here for overnight. Parking can be a little problem but I got it since I was there at the right time. Bathroom are clean but little small but manageable for an overnight stay. Morning buffet for breakfast is lavish and they do take care of people while having breakfast as well

Stayed here for one night on my way to Hyderabad. Just few metres of the highway. Decent place with neat rooms. Toilet had shower cubicle door missing and the outside floor was getting wet after a bath. When I spoke to them they said it is being fixed. Few mosquitoeas were in the room Check in was quick. Highlight was the restaurant Malvan Tadka. Some of the tastiest fish and paneer dishes I have tasted recently. Great ambiance and service. Complimentary breakfast also was very tasty. All in all a decent place to stay.

It was a great experience staying at the hotel. Special mention to Rajani, who oversees the 2nd floor housekeeping—he was incredibly helpful. The room was always spotless and well-stocked with amenities. The overall service and attention to detail made my stay very enjoyable.

Considering a Stay during Business Travel, the amenities this Hotel provides are outstanding. The Staff I encountered with Deb, Dilip Adhikari, Bidyut Mandal, Jagadish were expert in Hospitality. Rooms are spacious and Foods are great.

Excellent stay! Modern rooms, comfy bed, and top-notch service from housekeeping staff, especially Binod Barman. He went above and beyond to ensure my room was spotless and well-stocked. Friendly and helpful, he made my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Very good hospitality and service. Impressed by their staff specially Mr Rajni barman who is doing great job at 2nd floor. Must visit for stay I must recommend this for stay.breakfast is also good. There is a live music in the restaurant in the evening .

We had a birthday party of our grandson here today. Everything from the ambience of the venue to tasty food & service was nice. We had a very impressive feedback from our guests regarding the food. Close monitoring by Mr Raju regarding food items and service is worth mentioning.
