The stay was excellent and staff provided a wonderful service.
The international variety of the food coupled with the service provided made the breakfast buffet at FEAST superb. There was overwhelming variety of food choices that you would be spoilt from choice. The wholehearted service of these memorable staff like Devan, Arhaan, Avijit, Boni, Kuldeep, Sharukh, Lemya and Ekta made us feel right at home. They took note of what we consistently enjoyed throughout our stay and took care of it without us needing to say much, often times bringing the food and drinks directly to our table. This made a whole world of difference.
The room was spacious and the beds were suite to my liking. I requested for a memory foam pillow and was immediately provided with one. Complimentary water bottles were generously provided. The housekeeping staff Samu and Faizel regularly ensured that the room was consistently clean and tidy (changing the bedsheets and wiping dust of the tables routiely). All the little items such as glass water bottles, shaving kits, towels etc were replenished automatically. Laundry Valet Sivappa ensured timely collection and delivery of clothes that were sent for laundry. These actions allowed for a stay without worry.
At the concierge, the checking in and out along with resolving administrative issues was done excellently by Jayabrata, making the stay convenient and hassle free. Also, everytime you enter or exit the hotel, you would be very warmly and heartily greeted by Satnam.
The food at the club lounge also offered variety. There were veg, non-veg, dessert, hot drinks, cold drinks and alcoholic drinks. The ambience was very cozy and you have a very good view of the Orion Mall, the lake and Bengaluru’s skyline. The lounge staff, Pragati, Sejal, Ayushi, Beni, Lavanya and Prena always greeted with a smile and gave a homely feel and provided excellent service. Wonderful job ladies!
There were few things that could be improved.
The water supply at the 16th floor was intermittently weak. A part of the room carpet flooring was constantly moist due to water leakage at the below floor(which got resolved in 3rd week of stay). This was thanks to Samu who identified the issue and helped to get it fixed. Carpets along the aisles leading to the rooms were rundown and the air was stale, probably due to the club lounge kitchen. And the laundry prices were extremely expensive.

My stay was for four weeks, where I felt at home thanks to the close treatment of each and every one of the staff. Both the facilities and the food are amazing, but I would like to highlight the treatment of Somesh, who became my personal trainer during this time. Incredible advice on both nutrition and sports practice. The location is very good, with many possibilities to eat in the mall which is a 3min walk away, but also close to the metro station and accessible to other parts of the city by cap or auto. Also highly recommended is the spa, where the treatment is very friendly and the hygienic conditions are spectacular.

To pass through the revolving doors of Sheraton Grand is like being welcomed by a warm hug. The staff are the friendliest I have ever experienced in a five star property in Bangalore. All thanks to the GM, Karunesh Joshi and Rahul Dalal. The chefs are something else too. Come here for all your special occasions, the Sunday brunch or just a staycation. You’ll be treated as a VIP. The food at the executive lounge is outstanding. Go for the avocado on toast, the fried fish makes you feel you’re in Goa. And the rooms, like palatial residences. In all, a stay to be remembered and worth flying to Bangalore for. The Sheraton at Brigade Gateway will remain eternally in my list of the world’s best hotels

We had an amazing experience here! On arrival we were greeted warmly at reception by Rida and offered a welcome drink. The room was spacious and the tv was a good size. Fun fact: you can watch tv while you soak in the bath tub :) The rain water shower was great too. The amenities in the bathroom were plentiful including a shaving kit, sanitary bag, a comb and the usual dental kit.
The service was simply outstanding! We had a 1 year old whose food had spoilt. So we asked if the chef could puree some vegetables for us around 10pm and in a short while we had it delivered to our room!
The breakfast spread was amazing with a ton of variety. We were warmly greeted by Pragati and escorted to our table. The head chef Mr.Manjunath personally greeted us and asked if he could make something special for the baby. He made her apple puree which our daughter thoroughly enjoyed. Mr.Manjunath also offered to make something for our daughter for lunch when we told him what happened to her food. We were really touched by his amazing service.
While eating breakfast Pragati brought us a cake with Bon Voyage written on it which was so special!
My wife had a spa treatment and said it was fabulous. Special shout out to Namitha for the awesome service! Since my wife’s spa appointment was at 12, Rida was kind enough to extend our check out time.
Overall our stay here was superb. Thank you to all the staff, especially Mr Manjunath, Pragati, Rida and Namitha for making our stay here so memorable!!

It was all above expectations, you know, a room is a room, you get what you paid for. What’s important and what makes a difference is service, and service at the hotel was great, flowless check-in, excellent breakfast with so many delicious choices from Indian, Asian and European cuisines, I was in India, so I decided to try Southern India cuisine and masala dosa, 6 different chutneys, 2 idli plus so many breads and dips made my breakfasts a feast. The bakery goods were yummy too. Service at the breakfast restaurant was impeccable, Arhaan and Neha were always very helpful and courteous.
Many thanks to chef Shray for making every day’s start and end so tasty.
The Club Lounge surprisingly had restaurant quality hot food and many different appetizers including fruits and sweets to enjoy. The highlights of my club visits were conversations with Santoshi Thapa. Time spent in the club helped me to unwind and relax after long hours at work. Thank you Santoshi!
Twice a week and on the weekends I use the fitness room and sauna. It is a first-class facility equipped with cardio and weight machines, yoga mats and free weights. The floor is so clean, you can “eat from the floor.” The fitness coach Somesh helped a lot with exercises, and using fitness machines and free weights, advised on proper techniques, made sure that sauna is “On” with the right temperature and locker room has all needed amenities including drinking water and fluffy towels. If I ever have a chance to come to Bengaluru again, the Sheraton at Brigade Gateway will be my first choice.

This was my third stay with the Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Bridge Gateway. Each time, the staff has gone above and beyond to ensure my stay is extremely comfortable and overall has made me feel very special. From handwritten notes with a care package in my room from Richard to all staff attentively handling my every need with efficiency and extra care.
I was especially impressed and touched that Neha and Arhan from dining remembered me from my past visits. They prepared a cake for me (during two trips) just to say farewell and have provided perfect dining service.
Sunny from the front desk is so conscientious and outstanding in seeing that I have everything I need (when I did not show up to drop off laundry he diligently checked up on me and completed the same-day service on the day of my departure). Every time I returned to the hotel, Sunny, Nandini, Yanjnesh and the entire front desk staff welcome me back with smiles and warmth.
Samu from housekeeping showed so much kindness and care in maintaining my room to perfection, leaving me a cute hathi charm to remember my wonderful time at the Sheraton Grand Bangalore.

My wife and I stayed at Sheraton Grand Brigade Gateway in September 2024 and had one of the best experience. The rooms and amenities are well maintained and the breakfast buffet has a good selection of English and Indian breakfast dishes. They taste and quality of food was impressive as well. But the thing I found the most impressive was the hospitality of the entire staff. They took such good care and made sure we were left wanting nothing. Their service was commendable in spite of the fact that they were completely booked.
Just wanted to mention a few names as well who made our stay such a pleasant experience.

Payal, Neha, Arhaan and Vamshika at feast restaurant along with Chefs Lavanya and Ramu.

To start off I got greeted with a very humbling smile of Sardar Satnam Ji, he is very professional, friendly and helpful, gave a bit of royal feeling as well.
The lobby is spacious and well lit.

Orion mall exist in same compound, you can leave your car parked at Sheraton and just walk to the mall
