Adventure experience

Mind-blowing experience, its a very adventurous activities there crazy feel, good food with veg and non veg and we spent day with swimming pool its broad and rain dance is good and artificial water falls also there and worth for day out with friends.

Horrible place! Horrible staff horrible customer care

The customer care are extremely unprofessional and very very rude. They don't even hear our concerns and bunk the call when asked for help. Absolutely zero respect to the people who book the resort. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Don't stay at the resort

People who come in groups are the worrst creatures in the resort. They just shout laugh create nuisance all through the night. If you are staying in the resort you won't be able to sleep . Resort management disappears after 1030pm and these worst creatures create ruckus. Not recommended for the family.

Weekend trip filled with mixed reviews

We had a weekend stay in Wild Valley resort last weekend - March 2nd week READ THIS THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOU BOOK / IF YOU ARE IN CONFUSION I would like to update my experience as Pros and Cons here below : First of all , ours was not a regular check in and check out. It was Customised. It was 8 PM to 6 PM which is 22 hrs. Resort is open for customisation which is very good thing . Many other resorts doesnt accept this and they dont allow late check ins Parking : Pros - Big Parking area divided with 2 parts but you might have to end up re arranging the slot after few hrs when a fellow car in front of you wants to remove. This can be observed only during weekends. Check in / Reception : As we did check in late, we didn't get the welcome drink. We got it next day at 11 AM. People in Reception are friendly but take sometime for quick responses to the customers. Once the reception is closed after 10.30 PM, its very hard to find Resort people around you for any assistance . No phone numbers can be seen I saw couple of teams complaining on their concerns and issues in reception Food: I am not sure about non veg, but veg food was Just OKAY. Not many varieties (Not to forget these will be same as menu which will be shared by them earlier during booking) Quality and Taste of food was below Par. Soup and Welcome drink had more water than fruit !!! Breakfast was really nice. Snacks - 2-3 different types of veg Bajjis with Sauce Cottage : Few pillows didnt had pillow covers Room was tidy with insects and other dust which was tthere on bed during cleaning. It was a great task for us to get it cleaned. Wall mixer in washrooms were leaking NO HOT WATER FACILITY FOR BATH. Dent Fan wings More charging points were provided - which helped us to charge everyone's phone at a time Tent : Dont expect big tents. It hardly can accommodate max of 2 with little bit of congestion . I saw few tents were torn as well. They forgot to give us pillows and pillow covers for tents Common Toilet and show rooms : Common Toilets were not clean. I saw them cleaning once/ twice a day . But it doesn't help when more than 200 people are in resort and most of them using them. They smell a lot Common shower rooms showers work only for 2-3 mins in most of the rooms and stops after you start using them for next few mins. This is because of load . The load is not balanced through out the rooms However there are 8 shower rooms and 8 toilets in the resort. Rain Dance : It was good . Nice songs were played . I can say its mid of mist and water. Space was big enough. The water outlet was blocked and water was slogged in the dance area. The shower holes had issues and many holes blocked the water to go out Pool : Pool was good till 2 PM from morning. Post 2 PM people started getting in and the water's visibility level was almost nill. So much of dirt , hair , insects , leaves were seen in the water There is no children pool. Its filled with mud water which flows from hill. The mini manual falls comes from hill is a good attraction and it had enough force to stand underneath. Lockers : There were few lockers around 20-30 to store our belongings with some deposit and return . Dining hall : One should come to dining hall every time to have water. Which is very painful Every time songs were played in Dining hall which was awesome . Glasses were running short and most of them were not clean.I saw people putting used glasses in unused section Games : All games were good . Both indoor and outdoor. Indoor had very few logistics which were short whne more people demanded. Outdoor games were more of adventurous . Those who dont link height will tend to fear. Would have be been great if they were added . But I loved it Paintball was nice too. Spent good time with friends Network : They provide wife network only till dining hall andnowhere else You wont get any cellular network completely. Its like on and off. So plan accordingly Booking team : They had provided us few wrong information about hot water etc,. Other than that, they were good in terms of giving discounts etc Overall capacity : If you are planning on weekend, Expect too much of crowd in both pools , Dining halls and activities. Waiting everywhere. We felt they agreed too many guests than the capacity Those who come for only day out activity might feel difficult for shelter, dress change, shower rooms etc…

Worst experience at Wild valley adventure retreat Bangalore

Never Never go to this place. Worst experience as child cut her leg in swimming pool due to broken tiles. Staff not at all trained and no medical care. My child was advised 5-6 stitches by Doctor. Worst experience at Wild valley adventure retreat, Bangalore was staff was expecting good review from us.

Team Outing

My office planned Team outing at this venue. It was an awesome trip. Adventure Activities & Zipline were thrilling. Cave Exploration was a ++. Food was very tasty. Staff is polite & friendly. Camping tent & Campfire was a next level experience for us.

Best resort near Bangalore

Our team had a great overnight outing at the wild valley. We had been to a trek with cave exploration early in the morning which was great fun. Food , service and all the other adventure games very awesome. They have a artificial water falls which is unique !

Best Wild Experience you can ever Get in Resorts near Bangalore

Truly Amazed !!!!! What a place it is. Really it's an amazing place for adventure lovers. Experience the longest zipline and Crazy Rope activities. The food is delicious and the staffs are well trained. Overall Amazing Experience.
