Visited on business and stayed for a week and half. This is my second visit. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The highlight of my trip was the meal time. The head of staff there (Murali) knows how to take care of guests and was very attentive during all meals. The pool is shallow and the gym is small but has adequate things (the basics). The restaurant upstairs Shabestan is closed at this time, but the buffet area has good selections and there is a custom omlet staffed station. I stayed at the suites section.
My wife and I stayed at the Hotel because of treatment to Manipal Hospital due to short distance facility. The hotel has an excellent service, amazing open buffet, delicious meals, very high resto service. Good room and housekeeping. No complaint at all.
This is the worst hotel, I have ever been to. 1. Location of the hotel is ok 2. oneof the worst buffet breakfast ever had. Very limited items with delivery of live counter items some time take more than 30 minutes. 3. The most worst thing is they will provide with only one bottle of water. Even on repeated request they will not give you the other bottle. 4. On arrival, toiletries were missing and on request for 4 times, they have delivered it. When asked, why it is not available prior to my arrival. The reply was genius, we deliver on request. 5. Staff were very uncourteous and service is extremely poor. 6. Room cleaning only includes, making the bed. They will not clean the floor, nor the table. 7. When you will enter the hotel, you will feel very awkward as the lights of the hotel will take you the 70's when we do not have power. 8. If you are staying at the top floor as i was, be ready to hear the sound of rain. 9. The AC does ot6 work at all and even the mini bar service is not available.. When I asked when this will resume They had no answer. The hotel is still in COVID era. These hotel does not deserve a 5 star rating. I believe this should be demoted to a 2 star hotel. Its better if you avoid this hotel for your stay …
Had a very poor experience and pathetic levels of service at the hotel. The hotel is poorly staffed with a ridiculously steep tarif that just doesn’t seem to deliver the value for what it charges. The staff is untrained and rude, and very inhospitable. The duty manager is clueless and for most of the asks by a guest, the standard answer is mostly a ‘No’ Not worth it.. save your money, stay somewhere else. Had a jarring experience.
Excellent. Good room, good service and nice food. All the staff including drivers offer excellent service. The restaurant manager Murali Babu was very kind, helpful and supportive- excellent professional

Service done by them was with smile all through. The ambience, approaoch, car parking all are uniformly guests' frriendly. Pricing is affordable. Excellent service and beautiful place ... the reception staff was very courteous and made all efforts to make us comfortable. Right from the check in process to room service to check out it was seamless experience.
Everything was good, they upgraded my room too. Only thing that they should do is to keep min 1 litre drinking water bottle in room every day. Breakfast items were good too. In room dining service took a bit
Great place, poor hospitality. Poor maintainance. I stayed there for 4 days, hand wash and shower gel was not there from day one. I wanted to check if they will fill without informing, But nope. Hospitality should improve a lot.
Very helpful and professional staff. everything was structured properly. while checking out i had forgotten to take my money kept in the safe. they very professionally handled the situation and returned me the money after authenticating that it was mine.
