hotel is located in a nice area, quiet and green. rooms are big and clean although the bathroom was smelling. breakfast is terrible, really bad. 1 veg item which was served cold. 3 consecutive days it was like this and a big put off.

This is one of the best hotels to stay in India. The rooms and washrooms are neat, well kept and there is regular cleaning. Food is good too and staff is the best. It's a totally homely feeling, big thumbs up.

We stayed at Lilac 5th block for 12 days. Excellent location, very clean facilities. Staff were very friendly and cordial. Alshay at front desk and Bibek of house keeping were always helpful. Bibek ensured we had a clean room everyday. Overall a great stay and would do it all over again.

Staff is friendly and attentive. They do their utmost to accomodate your needs wether it is something different for breakfast or be it your housekeeping needs. Bibek Nath from housekeeping understood my requirements and made the bed etc as requested. Overall, a clean, comfortable place to live in- especially for a person like myself who was mainly working and travelling in the Jayanagar/ Banashankari area. Thank you Lilac Hotel. Hope to see you all in the near future. Please try and maintain the facility the same as now..... Take care and keep safe!!!

Close to a metro staff, easy walking distance to a lot of yummy eating spots, spotless as to cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. If you are the kinds who likes to walk, this part of Bengaluru is still the "old" Bengaluru with villas and tons of shaded streets. Felt very safe walking around late night. I will come back to this hotel on any future stay. Reasonably priced too!
