Due to Covid, I was worried as to the safety of staying for so long in a hotel while completing some difficult and stressful work.
The hotel stay was a 100% positive experience. I am quite fastidious when it comes to cleanliness, customer service and competence. In all three areas, Lemontree Premier exceeded my expectations.
My visit started with being received from the airport at 3 am by the LTPL Ulsoor driver, which was peace of mind since it was an early morning flight. The cars having heavy plastic protectors between the (vaccinated) driver and back seat immediately added to my feeling of safety.
The room itself (I had selected a Business Double) was spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and having an electric kettle and refrigerator was useful on busy evenings.
The food was delicious. Chef Kartik runs a wonderful kitchen, ably assisted by Chef Saurabh. I looked forward to the daily brunch buffet - scrambled eggs with little oil and lots of veggies, or a crisp hot masala dosa with fresh fruit, masala tea or filter coffee. The waitstaff was so adaptive to my needs. The tables are socially distanced, and every employee being fully vaccinated and masked at all times added to my sense of safety and hygiene.
Housekeeping was equally receptive. It was a great help to get clothes laundered /dry cleaned regularly. The rates are very reasonable for a hotel of this caliber. The rooms were impeccably cleaned every day, with lovely little touches such as fresh flowers from time to time.
Finally I found the front desk and security staff highly responsive and competent. Every time we entered, our temperature was checked. Hand sanitizer was available at multiple stations as well.
Congrtulations to Patu Keswani for maintaining such a high standard of excellence throughout the Lemontree Premier (and 80+) other hotels in the chain.

The next time I visit India from the US I will certainly include LTPL Ulsoor Bangalore in my travel plans.
In addition, food is awful, if you ask for greek salad, you get some lettuce, zucchini and bell pepper, as soon as you taste it, you’ll start frowning. If you ask for fruit platter you get 4 slices of stale papaya, 4 slices of watermelon, 🤣. Would not like to mention much as gets worse.
Furthermore, if you want to make tea, coffee in your room and ask for some complimentary cookies(which evry hotel provides), they say ‘NO’ right on your face which was interesting again. I really wanted to have coffee, made coffee in my room and called IRD for some cookies, MR LAKSHMAN who was RSOT without hesitating told me if you buy tea, coffee then only you get complimentary cookies. WOW!!
Conclusion, don’t expect much as your expectations evidently turn into disappointment. I would like to appreciate chauffeurs and housekeeping staffs who are humble, polite and helpful.
F&B service was pathetic. They are running short staff. The order takes its own time, even after doing multiple follow up, i lost my patience and went to restaurant in person to remind. Even after reminding it took a couple of minutes to reach. The starters of 2 pint beers and veg Manchurian took more than 30 minutes to reach, The worst part is the beer served to us was room temperature. I had to call the front desk and ask them to come to my room to check the temperature in person. After checking it was served at room was room temperature they replaced it with alternate beer as KF Ultra wasn't available.
Overall disappointed with the F&B service experience. Kindly add manpower to deliver service experience.
They made sure that my old age parents were taken utmost care and also offered car cleaning service on request.
