I must say you guys made my stay with family so comfortable during 15 day's stay at the EPIP zone lemon tree hotel. The staff took very good care during the long stay by following all covid protocol and gave the best service possible. Housekeeping followed all norms and offered us assured hygiene as we were apprehensive about getting in contact with people unnecessary. One striking thing about front office specially me.suraj who rang everyday and asked about stay comfort and any help required from the staff. I am New to the city and relocated recently with wife and 2 year old baby. The chef ensured that every evening my small baby gets hot milk and they went extra mile to serve food beyond working hour's. The food is excellent, specially the breakfast is awesome here. My sincere appreciation and good luck to lemon tree staff to continue serving the guests with smile and positive vibes.

We stayed here for 14 days. It was overall a great stay at Lemon Tree Whitefield. It is a challenging time for hotel business but it is great to see how the management at this hotel has made it safe for the guests as well as for their staff. Just to give a peak of things - there are hand sanitizers at almost all main points, elevator areas have napkins for touchpoints, set menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner - Even if we wanted something out of the set menu, the chef and F&B personnel, tried to deliver the same and the food was amazing. The reception service and housekeeping was good. Special mention - Sanjay, leela(,F&B Service), epipgynay,manjunath,(H.K) suraj (F.O), Sanjeet(security), Nandu and Anoop the chef. There are others too I would like to thank but couldn’t remember the names. We do look forward to visit this hotel again for stay and/or dining.

I came on Business trip for long time and i enjoy my stay here affordable good hospitality nice friendly staff. The response for the ask is gentle and highly professional. I would like to make Special mention about Sanjay, Tanushree who is young and energetic with a passion towards his job extended his support during my stay in a gentle manner.

Stayed here for 4 nights for a business visit and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Initially the room allotted to me had AC cooling issues and the AC louvers had lot of dust accumulated. I informed the house keeping person one Mr Manjunath who was very kind in helping me to change the room and he exhibited amazing hospitality. Even the new room bed linen was not changed to new one I guess and I told him t change and he changed it without saying no. Special thanks to Mr Manjunath for such a kind gesture. Coming to breakfast buffet it was decent enough with different cuisine types. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The only suggestion to management willl be to ensure all the rooms are thoroughly cleaned with no dust before allocating the room to guests.

First time I stayed at the Lemon Tree in Whitefield. Excellent service from the front desk to food section. They took care of all my needs. Particularly appreciate the helpful service of Pranav who took care of my room needs, Tanu and the Chef Pankat who made delicious sweet pongal on Pongal day. Definitely I will be back to stay here. Hospitality is exceptional. I haven’t tried the gym or pool. Will try them on my next visit. Two American friends who accompanied me were delighted with their experience. Keep up the good work Lemon Tree!

I have spent almost 50 days in lemon tree hotel, my experience here was fantastic. All the people here are very good with their nature ans as well as with their services. Like here are some person from housekeeping team named as manjunath, rashmita, rukshine, prabhash, pibasha, eppiphany, manoj, varun are really good with their services, but manjunath has a special talent of towel art, he can make many beautiful things with towels. Fmb team and kitchen team, security team, front office team and all the managment are doing their duties with very kind nature.

I visited The Lemon Tree with my friend and absolutely recommend the hotel for its services. Moreover, housekeeping was top notch. We were helped by Varun Kumar for the room’s upkeep. The breakfast was also very hygienic and absolutely delicious. We were helped by Sanjay Mandal and he was exceptionally attentive to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and loved our stay there.
