We ordered a combination of continental and Indian food. Paneer gravy and pizzas. Everything was excellent. Service was very courteous. Chef took our special requests for black olives, which was not on menu. Loved the ambience.
I had dinner in the Hotel while staying. It was great. Especially the Chef Satish Chandra preparation of different dishes ( not to forget the Khowsuey Soup) was excellent. Stay was also good. Place maintained well.
The hotel is excellent . Good service and very good service . The ambience is excellent and the staff is very friendly . The experience is good . Once you visit the hotel you would not regret coming here and would enjoy here . Shiv shankar is a very good and a friendly person and would serve you well .
We booked at the Ramada as we presumed that it being an international chain would have a certain standard. We were let down on numerous levels - 1. We were a family of 5 sharing 2 rooms. When we asked for duplicate room keys, they were not available. We had to find a housekeeping person every-time we needed the room opened. 2. The rooms do not have hand (forget face) towels. No tissues, TV does not work, no bedside lamps. 3. For the extra bed, we were given a pillow with no pillow case. On being asked for one, they looked almost surprised... And the pillow itself looked like a floor cushion from banquets. 4. The room had one chair (and this is a resort for relaxing) - which doubled as a desk chair and chair in the room. No table for in room dining, or even putting your cup of tea. 5. Breakfast, lunch and dinner service was dismal to say the least. Banquet plastic plates were being used. Table mats were not cleaned. There were just 2 staff to serve breakfast for this atleast 40 to 50 room hotel on a weekend. You could hear guests asking for their eggs and waiting half an hour at breakfast time. Food was not replenished on the buffet. You either got something or did not. While we understand that the travel and hospitality industry has been hit badly by the pandemic, this level of lack of service is absolutely unacceptable. The prices we are paying as a guest are all back to pre pandemic level. We have stayed in city hotels (cheaper ones but international chains) in Bangalore in the last few months, and all of them have gone back to pre pandemic service. What is this hotel's excuse? The management is clearly not interested. So would recommend you as a guest to stay away and find alternatives.…
We are staying at the Ramada here in Yelahanka. We came down to have a quiet dinner at the restaurant and were greeted by a large banqueting event being held outside the restaurant in the open air dining area. Loud karaoke music filled the restaurant making it impossible to either have a conversation or eat in peace. Requests to see the duty manager went unanswered. No one came to see us. When the resort has a separate conferencing space and venue, why are they holding loud events in a restaurant which is open to all guests. Absolutely unacceptable from Ramada. No fault of the client who are having a wonderful time, at our expense. Shame on the hotel for allowing this . The duty manager refused to see us. Instead they now switched off the music after we had finished our dinner.…
Had visited Ramada yelahanka in Feb 2020. Booking process through reception was a breeze. Mr.Kripa and his team went the extra mile in ensuring that booking and check in formalities were butter smooth ! Hospitality was wonderful through the stay. Food at restaurant was delicious and prepared to our taste. Ambience of the rooms were good. Bed linens seem to have aged and need some TLC. Resort is located close to city and is a good choice for staycation Will I go there again ? 🤔 Definitely yes !! Special thanks to Mr.Kripa for making my staycation wonderful and memorable! Regards Gautham
