Clean and well maintained budget friendly Hotel right in the middle of the city great place for a short stop over in case you want to spend a night the concierge was helpful and the food was nice. the only drawback was weak Wi-Fi and barely there broadband signals

Absolutely terrible service. The manager is hardly ever on site. He's slow to respond right from making reservations to fixing any issues. The receptionist is clueless and unable to solve any problem or take any decision. When my parents checked in they were told that the lift is not working but will be fixed by evening. It hasn't been fixed and is unlikely to be fixed till after Diwali. The manager doesn't care that two senior citizens are being made to climb 3 flights of stairs. The manager was unavailable on site to coordinate repair of the lift. I'm not even sure if he actually called anyone to fix the lift. On checking in my parents found that the TV wasn't working, the AC remote wasn't working. They were told that the batteries of the remote can't be changed till the absentee manager returns. The location is the only thing this place has going for it. It's completely avoidable otherwise …

We time and again choose trinity because of the excellent service and top class rooms. It's located in the hustle and bustle of Bangalore and pocket friendly as well! The food is homely and always served on time. The staff is very courteous and available for any requests we may have. We had an extremely pleasant stay in Trinity Suites and highly recommend it!

Had been to trinity suites with my family,very comfortable stay. Staff and Service was very well organized and quick in every order and room cleaning every day ,the staff has been trained well and have good interactive behavior, the rooms that we stayed with the family were largely spacious. Wooden customized furniture's placed in the room gave a happy natureful stay indeed lastly we will look forward to stay in the same hotel whenever we plan next. This place has become close to my heart for the sole reason that it feels so homely. My stay this time, was my third time here and I’m so glad that it was equally enjoyable when compared to my first two times. The place is clean and comforting and the staff are very hospitable. Trinity suites is always my first choice when I’m looking to stay on MG road. The food was very tasty and served hot. There was a wide variety of items for breakfast and it was a good kickstart for my day! I would recommend this place to all.
