Please don’t go by the name.. This is one of the worst Marriott properties. I feel they just just bought a 2 star hotel and gave it Marriott Brand name. We traveled as a family of 3, 2 adults and 1 child. Pro- The staff is friendly and breakfast was decent. That’s it. Cons- -It is a very small property with extremely outdated interiors. - There are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby and you are dependent on Uber/ola services for everything. - The bathroom needs immediate attention and update. The toiletries given is a joke!! From handwash to body lotions everything felt diluted and of very bad quality! I am thankful we got our own toiletries. - The shower in the bathroom was really bad and bath time became a curse for my child. There is no hand shower as well. - We booked a double bed room and the space wasn’t sufficient for anyone. So please choose kind size bed if traveling with family. - The toilet hose started leaking on the last morning we were to checkout so you can imagine how good it must be. - The dustbin and towel holder were starting to rust. You can see those in the picture. - There is an awful smell outside the hotel entrance, probably due to the gutter. As you can see there is no reason to stay in this hotel unless you don’t have a choice or your company tells you to stay here. For us this was a last minute booking and I really went by the brand name and regretted it the minute I walked in to the room. Pro tip- Stay away for this hotel especially if you are coming with a family. No amount of good hospitality can make up for the cons listed. One more things they allow swiggy/zomato but you have to pickup from the main gate as they aren’t allowed in the room which was okay. Never ever staying here again! Hope this helps travelers make an informed decision when spending their hard earned money.…
The stay is comfortable. The staff was very welcoming.Infact they also celebrated my birthday with other staff members. The environment at the breakfast n dinner table was really warm with good food n slow music. Hope to visit again.
I stayed at the hotel for a night along with my family. Thanks to Mr. Gowtham who made our checkin and stay so comfortable. Upon arrival, he sent a complimentary wine ( as a gesture to congratulate us for our wedding). The services were right on time. Also the food was delicious in the lounge, the head chef came to us and enquired about if we needed something customised. The hotel is at amazing location, right next to Biergarten where we went to enjoy our weekend Bollywood Party. Thanks to Gowtham and Fairfield team for taking care of us so well!
Stayed here for 14 days in room 101 under corporate booking. GOODS:- 1. Staff is very friendly and helpful. At breakfast they would keep reaching out to you for any assistance/orders required . Chefs would come out occasionally to greet which is great. 2. Room cleaning done everyday. 3. Good quality food , tasty food.👌 4. Clean hotel. Definitely 4 star hotel level cleanness. 5. Shower controls were surprisingly easy to handle. NEGATIVES- Staying for 14 days makes it easy to point out certain misses from the hotel like 1. Sometimes I would order a plate in room but would never come 2. Bathroom designing done by online class graduate. Seriously who puts the flush button behind the toilet lid that you have to constantly lower the lid a little to reach the button. 3. For extra bed, they should atleast provide a cot to sleep on rather than just placing a stone hard mattress on the floor. Overall, 14 days of good experience. If your company books you a room here , you are lucky and in safe hands …
Being a Business traveller, got a chance to couple of hotels, across India. Never had such a bad experience. Sharing this as per my experience. Location: Just opposite of IFB factory. Metro construction is going on entire stretch, which make the ride to Hotel unbearable (not Hotel's fault though). Rooms: Rooms were partial tidy and out dated. WC had hairs on it, which means it was not cleaned properly. Internet speed is ok. DTH was not working, had to change the box both days. Called at Recp for room preference, acknowledge over phone, but room was diff. Next day room was changed, but it was for handicap. (It had low sink, low WC). Bed were not comfortable, had a doubt of Bed bug bites on skin on arms and back (still give benefit of doubt to Hotel that this is taken care of, as basic hygiene). Cups were not clean. Rooms do required maintenance. Breakfast: Very Limited option but here staff is supportive. Served Dosa which was delicious. My Fellow traveller ordered Paratha and Uttapam, which took more than usual time. (still no complaints). I ll give 2/5 star to this property and will not consider or recommend to stay. (opinion is personal)…
We had a very comfortable stay on our short trip to Bangalore. We drove down from Hyderabad and the road trip was too tiring. Fairfield Whitefield gave us the level of comfort that we could recover from the exhausting journey very quickly. They also had a happy hour lounge access which we couldn't utilise due to our work commitments, but definitely the next time. Chef Dipankar was extremely kind and catered to my diet requirements very well. The rest of the hotel staff and restaurant staff was also very cordial. This is why we keep coming back to this hotel, this was probably our third time here. Keep up the great service! Thank you!
Courteous staff, good food, and nice location. Nice breakfast buffet prepared by Chef Aman, Dipankar and their team. Only one caveat, the property is small and rooms are compact. Nice stay overall. P.S: review based on 14 days stay.
The rooms are small and compact but enough. The restaurant offers decent breakfast and the people there are very nice - always checking in on you and very courteous. The A/C isn't great and the bathtub/shower option is clunky. But overall, good value for money. There is a Udupi outside the hotel, but otherwise no other life - it is all offices & residential flats. Good location and easy access to outer ring road and whitefield. Gym was Ok, with 2 treadmills in working condition. The walkways aren't kept clean - overall neatness can be a bit better, considering it is a Marriott.
Thank you Suman and his team.... They were marvelous in their hospitality and customer service.. I had been there for lunch with my besties and had an out of world experience since the time I walked in.... kudos to the entire team led by Suman... Looking forward to many more visits... and I would recommend everyone to Fairfield Mariott... Keep it up...
My fiancee and I had a great time and a great dinner at Kava. The restaurant in charge, Rahul, and Chef Dipankar were courteous and professional. The food was varied and delicious, and the staff were ready to help as and when required. My fiancee, during the meal, had certain specific dietary requests, and they did their best to help fulfill the same. Will be sure to return again.
