This was a business stay. To begin with i must say this marriot is definitely not as great as compared to the other Marriott hotels I've stayed in. But again i have no complains as the overall stay experience was great without any challenges, the staff was very supportive, hassle free check-in. Coming to the room the rooms are very compact for the price and the house cleaning staff was very courteous to clean the room everyday very neatly and the room was equipped with all necessary things. Coming to the food at Kava i felt the Menu is very repetitive everyday, almost samee everyday and when there are less guests the a la carte menu was very limited to choose from. Overall experience at Kava was otherwise great the staff was so helpful and ready to help especially special thanks to Mr. Suraj Singh Roy he was so so so helpful and ready to adapt to the feedback provided by me instantly, he was very professional. He honestly deserves a 3 cheers 🥂. Also, the other staff members were very helpful. Overall stay experience was great but the price of the room is too much just for the name Marriot, as there was no swimming pool too.

Housekeeping service is very good and food is very tasty being a vegetarian I found this place as one of the best place to be in with tasty food and service as well. Special thanks to the Chef Bharath and Narendra F&B service person for their services. Great place to be in.

I've been staying at Fairfield Marriott Whitefield for the past few times that I visited Bangalore and each time I've had an enjoyable stay.
My non-Indian colleagues joined us for the first time during this visit and they really enjoyed the great spread of Indian breakfast every morning during our stay. We also had the dinner buffet one of the nights, which they enjoyed. The staff at the restaurant, especially Dip, took very good care of us, and made sure my non-Indian colleagues got everything they needed to be comfortable. They paid very good attention to detail and helped promptly with any needed assistance.

The property and premises or amenities are nothing to write home about but the service staff shines and makes it worth it. Big shout out to Rohan who went out of his way and made a delicious virgin mojito at the executive lounge, and took care of us. And Shambhu for his helpfulness and services at the restaurant. Would like also like to thank Shreyas at Kava. And Vivek. Always liked Marriott and pick Marriott hotels for the service and this is no exception. Thank you Staff! Also glad the hotel is the first one we came across in India, which has a water fountain equivalent. This helped filling up reusable water bottles instead of using up disposable Bisleri bottles in the room. Would have loved to see Bamboo or other sustainable material for toothbrushes and the like instead of plastic. Like all Marriott properties, there are no mini toiletries for body wash, shampoo, etc but there are other improvements to be made like the one above.

Have stayed here more than once. Almost Everything is great, people, location, food... except the bathroom. The bathrooms are probably designed by someone who .... It's dangerous esp for old people and kids. The bath tub is high and slippery. You have to get in the tub and start the shower. So you are drenched with cold water first. Very unhygienic. You have to squeeze the handwash. Flush is behind toilet seat . Toilet faucet is on the right. Bathroom is a big spoiler

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The check-in was super smooth. Kajal and Manish at the front desk were very efficient in giving us an upgrade to include breakfast and lounge access for the same evening. It was really needed after a full day of traveling.
The staff in the lounge especially Lito who was serving us was very quick and accommodating. She prepared excellent mix juice for us and made sure we were comfortable. The food options present were 3 veg and 3 non-veg items along with soup which was excellent.
The room that we stayed in was comfortable however it was not matching up to my requirements fully. I needed a better view but was given a side view. I stayed in the same room for the first night.
The next day the breakfast was good. They have a good enough spread with a live counter for dosa, paratha, uttapam, eggs, etc. Good options and good variety. The food again, was really tasty. We complimented the chef Subodh for the wonderful spread. He made sure all our requests were taken care of.
As I wasn't really happy with the room, I requested the front desk for a change of room to a main road-facing room. They took care of the request and within just 5 minutes assigned me another room which was way better than the existing room. I really have to compliment the staff that they took so much care to make sure I got the best room and had the best experience that I expected.
Breakfast the next day was also very tasty, they had some different options the next day which were equally good. The new room was very comfortable for me.
All in all, I really liked my stay at this hotel and would definitely return because of the staff and the service I received.

Sourav and Akash took good care of the room and they managed to clean the room every day without disturbing. They changed the towels and even the bed spreads and pillow covers frequently without asking. It’s a great hotel to stay in and kudos to all the staff and chef.

Stayed here for 14 days. Loved the courteous staff especially Ebenezer. The housekeeping service by Gaurav, Aman & team makes the room feel welcoming and comfortable. The food is amazing. The chefs Kaushik, Aman, Satish and Rupesh are extremely helpful and happily provide you with food items of your choice.

My stay was beyond expectations. Planned as just a simple and relaxed stay for 2 days, the house keeping team was meticulous in ensuring that the room was well kept at all times when I stepped out. And the service at the restaurant (Breakfast in particular) was marvelous. In fact Rahul who manages F&B was curious to find out my special tastes and ensured these were prepared while they were not even on the menu. Overall a great experience. Would recommend for people who are looking for a nice and stress free getaway.
