It's nice to stay located in bommasandra awesome very good peaceful ambience. Providing complementary brake fast it's was very nice room service and reception was very good receiving. The staff is (Dipika) incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better.

I was there with family and experienced a wonderful service, be it taking care of safety concerns for my little angel by covering all sharp corners of room Or delivering room service whenever it requires. I would like to Thank Pooran& Riju for their services and support they offered. I will recommend all to stay there without any worry. Rooms were extremely neat and clean. You will feel the luxury.

Very good hotel, good infrastructure, good restaurants and good maintenance at this price point. But had a nightmarish experience with the front office staff having least hospitality/empathy. As soon as we checked in, we found water not coming in washroom. Maintenance team mentioned that it will take longer time to fix while my kid wanted to use washroom urgently. We were kept waited for 1.5 hours till the issue was fixed and we had to go to nearest relative house to use washroom. Atleast a temporary alternate room could have been arranged till fixing the problem.

We stayed in this hotel for 10 nights. It is located near Electronic City. The staffs were attentive, soft spoken and were very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A locker was available in the closet that could be programmed. I could safely leave my valuables and gadgets in the locker. I am impressed by the service provided by the Reception staffs, Restaurant staffs and Housekeeping staffs.

Was beautiful and would like to recommend others to take the opportunity to stay at this place. Food and drinks were also wonderful and was served in time. Service provided by the staff was excellent. This was my first trip and was not Short of any requirements and was fully satisfied and would recommend many to take the service of this hotel. Safe and wonderful for all purpose. Have a great day.

Good warm welcoming staff.
Shahenila was really very helpful.
Food is very good and rooms are clean and neat.
Bedding and toiletries were changed regularly.
Over all a very nice experience.

Its rrally unworthy. Intercom dont work , towels smell , no hot water , horrible breakfast , for every anemity need to go to reception and ask. For such kind of money this place is over expensive. Precisely in bangalore you can sell anything in name of standardisation.
