I stayed in this hotel for about 5 days. Reception desk staff are very professional and courteous. Security team are super professional. Rooms need little facelift but the professionalism and location is Exceptional.
But watch out for your stuff when they clean your room. Do not leave valuable things unattended.
Exactly 30 minutes before we head out to international airport, we realized my wife’s Apple Watch was missing from bathroom counter.
We watched the guy clean the entire room but we can’t watch him when cleaning the bathroom due to limited space. My wife left an Apple Watch on the bathroom counter an hour ago while taking a shower. We tracked the watch through apple find my phone app. Location was showing 5 minutes away from hotel. We notified the security. We called up the guy who cleaned my room and played a little trick. I ask him to find any watch that might have fallen in the trash bin, although the trash filled garbage bin was left out in the lobby few hours before he started cleaning the room. We keep pinging and someone keep shutting down the alarm. We were ready to give up but to my surprise 5 minutes before we head out of the room , security personnel knocked the room and ask me to ping again using the find my phone, It was ringing from a little trash bin security personnel was holding and the guy who cleaned my room was next to them. It worked. We found our watch just minutes before we left. Thanks to a very professional security and staff. I thank them and said please make sure this doesn’t happen to any guests especially in 5 star hotel.

An indulgence choosing this hotel - reward to myself. From the moment I arrived very warm welcome by front office staff when I departed this hotel felt like a luxury home The restaurant, for breakfast, was well arranged and managed. Staff were efficient and worked hard to meet high expectations. Great food selection and great bakery, sweets. My equal favourite hotel in India. Felt welcomed and loved the reception area and Thanks melange management.

The hotel has the potential of being an excellent place to stay due to the location. Does a very good job with the public spaces of the hotel, breakfast buffet is very good but the cleanliness of the rooms is poor. Rooms were outdated. Kitchen was not well equipped. The premium suite had two sets of crockery and cutlery. No wine glasses or soup bowls. No detergent, scrubber, kitchen towels, dish cloths. Only two pots and no mixing bowl or salad bowls. Microwave had only 2 working buttons. Bathroom cleanliness was very poor. The dark decor made the bathroom look even dirtier. Stayed for 2 weeks and tipped the housekeeping staff every time I ran into them to get them to thoroughly scrub the bathroom. Towels were limited and no hand or face towels were provided. Noticed that cleaning staff piled dirty towels on top of clean towels so spoke to the Housekeeping Supervisor who promised to retrain staff. Maybe ok for a short business trip, definitely not for a longer vacation.

I was in Bangalore by myself to attend a family event. I chose Melange Astris, because they had a fully vegetarian restaurant on their premises.The Hotel itself is maintained very well and is clean. Their breakfast is top notch. I was delighted that their restaurant was open for lunch as well as dinner with a nice eclectic menu. Having a self-service laundry on site was very convenient.
I had to extend my stay a few times and the front desk accommodated me without hassle. I cannot thank their security team enough for locating my cellphone that I happened to leave behind when I checked out. The security team was very helpful and looked all over using cc tv recordings and finally located my phone for me! I’ll definitely be going back there next time and plan on having other family members stay there too since we all appreciate an all vegetarian hotel.

Cleanliness and staff service is really top knotch, for the most part and the management is very responsive to any issues and will above and beyond to help. Decor, ammenities, food etc all up to par. Front desk and management also have wonderful attitudes. Mostly just the restaurant service could be improved to be more attentive and train new staff properly. also cleanliness. But we really enjoyed and great location too.

Guest Service front desk excellent customer service , In case of any issue they sort out with in time .Good behavioural and gesture first come first serve , I would say perfect management and team .
NOTE : There are lot of international Guests as well in the property Security measures are great every thing is been monetised.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. This is the first time I’m staying in the Mélange ASTRIS. The hotel is located in the main city Centre accessible to many places easily .the room given to me is really good and spacious . Front office Manager , Mr Syed took care of me very well , checked on me several times per day making sure I was comfortable and made sure I had all the things which I needed. Cleaning is done quick and professional. The swimming pool and gym really good and maintained wel and good . Food provide here is Pure veg with had a home-made feel to it with many varieties. I would recommend this place anyone coming to Bangalore to stay here as this is a value for money provided with good facilities

Enjoyed 18 day stay in Bangalore and made a point to stay at 3 different Hotels in case I didn't like one then I would have a chance to enjoy part of my visit. I stayed at the Iris, and the Elanza and the Melange Astris. Well the comparison is unbelievable and the Melange wins hands down in room size, cleanliness, comfort, food quality and overall ambiance. I would highly recommend the 06 rooms and 13 rooms from 3rd floor to the 7th. The other Hotels were alright, but definitely not in the same league. Staff were very courteous, and friendly and cleaning staff were totally dedicated to keeping it clean and are worth a 100 rupee tip each day for being so good at there job. I will definitely make it a point to stay here again to enjoy the roof top and pool as well. Hats off to such a nice place and reasonable price.
