We had dinner buffet there which was amazing in terms of food, taste, view of racecourse and service. The service of Yash was excellent including the manager on floor Wasim. We definitely recommend my friends to the hotel to visit once .

The hotel has nice amenities. However, in room dining takes way to long to service and the food quality is average. Alternatively, we had great housekeeping help from Komal. She was efficient and her friendly attitude was appreciated. Please see to it that moving forward you can improve if your servicing time for ird. Stay was okay but the overall service is laidback

The stay was great . Staffs are very helpful . Reception staff Yug very helpful always smiling and taken all requests. The hotel is having very nice view from roof top swimming pool. consistency in their service is non-existence at the main dining hall. always same thing for breakfast. check-in took more than expected time.. room service terrible. they never changed the linen in my room during my 4-night stay there. They just make up the bed with the same linen. on the previous night of my departure i requested for a late check-out, which was confirmed by the reception and I setlled all my extras along with late check-out charges, however on the day of departure around 13:00hrs, a housekeeping staff came and asked me to check-out the room. i clearly told him i have already paid for the late check-out, and after 1 hour another one from housekeeping approached and asked me if i have to stay after 13:00hrs, I will have to pay for late check-out. again i told that i have alrady paid for it. just 30 minutes prior to my departure I got a call from reception, a lady asked me to pay for the late check-out, i got really angry, i to9ld her that i have already paid for my late check-out and all the extras last night and i have the bill which i recieved from you. she insisted, saying that i have not paid it, and that i paid only for the accommodation. and again i had to convince her that the accommodation was paid on arrival. immediately i went to reception and enquired, but lady wasnt there, i shared this incident with the guy on duty and asked him, if i have anything to pay, he said, no Sir, u have nothing to pay, then i asked him why i got a call from reception and two times to my room by housekeeping guys when i have already paid this. spoilt my whole day and holiday. better improve your interdepartmental communications Will never recommend…

I had quite a decent experience at the Holiday Inn Racecourse, Bangalore. The view from the Turf View rooms is very beautiful. When you wake up and see the horses running, the entire beautiful turf, that just sets up the day for you. On top of that the housekeeping incharge of my floor, Ms. Komal, had been proactive throughout my stay and helped a lot. I really appreciate her efforts. Kudos to the hotel and the staff. Thank you for having me here. Thank you Komal. PS: Do try the Masala Dosa at the time of breakfast. I liked it a lot. I expect the hotel to have the medical kit ready when I come next 😉.
