I was really satisfied with my stay here for one week. I would highly recommend this for anyone trying to visit Bangalore and want to stay in some 4* hotel. All the workers were there for any sort of issues. Especially the housekeeping boy Pijush was really helpful and receptionist Manali was kind enough to provide smooth alternative for an issue that occurred regarding the extension of my stay.

Gora is cleaned my room very well. He is very polite. The room is very comfortable and clean. Wifi connection is good water is warm not very hot. Food in the restaurant is delicious. House keeping managers are very good . Gora provided extra towels when I asked for.

Reception staff was very helpful in completing all the necessary checkin formalities. My room was good, but during my work meetings I found out they lighting in the room needs some upgradation as the light. Cleaning staff was very thorough, there was a guy named GORA, he was very very polite, soft spoken and an expert in providing quality room service. Everything was good with cleaning staff, but I would be much happier they wore hand gloves during cleaning. I didn't like the approach of Kitchen staff, there really need more trainings and need to develop compassion for their guests. I liked the balcony very much. Me and my wife, during our entire stay enjoyed the morning Bangalore breeze with our morning coffee in the balcony. All-in-all it was a great stay.

Hotel was really good.. Close connectivity to RMZ Ecoworld. Breakfast was included in a hotel room charges. Staff , Housekeeping department is co-operative and keen to solve your any problem. Overall - 4.5 stars to hotel 5 star to Staff Taill from housekeeping department is very much helpful. Thanks

I stayed here for 4 nights in June'2022. It was a perfect stay. Rooms are comfortable. Every amenity inside the room works perfectly. There's a rooftop gym and pool and it gives a nice view. Food is good. I had all my meals here. Breakfast has a decent spread from south Indian, North Indian to a couple of English menu. In-room dine is was also pleasant. Arif was one the staff who helped me with housekeeping, extra items needed in the room and luggage. The entire staff is very hospitable. You don't need to think twice before booking this hotel.

We had a birthday event organised at the icon premier by Bhagini and it was well taken care by Santosh. All the guest loved the food that was served. The decorations and the arrangements were done as exactly requested. One of the best we’ll organised event all thanks to Santosh and his team.
