I got a steal of a booking for a premium room at around 4700 rupees through EaseMyTrip. My positive experience began from the first call to the reception itself. Suraj went out of his way to cater to my request of getting viable and explicit conformation of my booking from their hotel's records, as EaseMyTrip did not send the same.
On arrival, my check-in process was quick and smooth. The free wifi was a pleasant surprise.
The room had thankfully been sanitized beforehand as expected, and was very clean. The mini-fridge was admittedly empty but this wasn't an issue overall.
The bedding was extremely comfortable and of good quality. The electric kettle had been cleaned recently and the service staff was very quick to restock with milk, coffee and sugar sachets, on request.
One thing that stood out was the energy level of the staff. They were enthusiastic, always smiling, attentive to the customer's needs and always quick to respond. Kudos to Suraj and Anju from the reception for their dedication and communication skills, Esha from the dining room staff for being thorough and honest, Samrat for stepping up on the occasion to substitute for his superior and Manoj for his quick service.
I will definitely revisit Comfort Inn later this year.

I had stayed in past at comfort inn only once and this time i stayed for a week in 307 . . Except for parking place and taking vehicle on road every thing was a good experience
II will remember the people here who work hard and do it with smile . The manager in charge is positive attitude . I will also remember Miss Laboni for her most unusual sweet voice and mainly a unusual but good name .
They are also polite and helpful

The hotel was close to where I needed to be. Room was comfortable and clean. However, you need to watch your bill. I paid for the hotel in early June and then the day before I arrived, I was charged an additional amount. I brought it up when I checked in and they said they would look into it. They should have been able to look it it immediately and noticed that I was overcharged. After a few days, they finally admitted that they made a mistake but couldn’t figure out how to give me back my money. They said they could not issue a credit back to my credit card because it had to be done in the same day as the erroneous charge. They then said that when I’m ready to check out, that I would get back my money. I insisted that I get my money back immediately since it was their mistake. They finally agreed to issue a cash refund, but then wanted to give me in rupees. I was leaving to return to the US, so I had no need for rupees. They then said that they would exchange the rupees for US dollars, but when they did the exchange, I was still shortchanged. They said that they had to go by the exchange rate. Again, since it was their mistake, they should issue a credit for the exact amount that I was overcharged. I was so frustrated that I was willing to lose the few dollars. My wife then insisted that they do something and they gave us a complimentary dinner. It was a nice gesture and it should have been something that offered on their own.

What bowled me the most about this place is the complete lack of ethics in the staff. Probably just a reflection of management practices.

I ordered for a coke from room service and asked them for price which they said is written on the menu which was INR 48. I re-asked the guy who came to deliver the coke and he said he's not aware of pricing. However on check out I was charged INR 210 saying room service is chargeable extra. When I asked them to show me the menu they couldn't get the menu for 25 mins only to test my patience as I needed to check out. Giving up I paid the charges I left even though it was easy to exit without paying.
I checked into this place with a 2 year old child. Understandably I needed additional help of getting her milk boiled. I asked them to boil fresh milk, what they brought back within 5 mins is warm milk saying they let it cool to avoid bottle break. Trusting them I checked out only to find the milk spoiled within 2 hours in an AC car.
I'm not even going to talk about the unnecessarily spicy food or the lumpy mattresses, or the wet smelly carpet in the passage because that's something that can be fixed and that's something I was willing to ignore and still put a good word
What's questionable over here is a property full of people without ethics or reflecting clean operational practices. Personally, a total turn off for a family traveling with kids.

A very nice hotel, room service and cleaning is exceptional, very nice renovated rooms, the crew in the restaurant are always smiling, attentive and helpfull.
Location is in the middle of 1st main road within reasonable reach from most of the attractions and important locations in Bangalore.

Excellent. Very clean room and nicely maintained Gym. It is close to the every needs. The best part is the service offered and the staff. Housekeeping staff is very good. All the staff members particularly Suraj, Esha, Imran, Sulekha are very nice and always greet with a smile. My family generally eat less to no spicy food and the staff including chef always served food according to our taste and needs.
The only thing that they need to improve is their swimming pool, where they use very high level of chemicals. My kids got rashes from the pool and also had burning sensation in my eyes. It happened twice and the guy named Abhilash didn’t take it seriously. Therefore, I suggest the hotel to take this feedback seriously so that other guest have pleasant experience in the pool.
Overall, I recommend this hotel for family travellers.

I happened to stay at Hotel Comfort INN Insys for a month on official duty trip at Bengaluru. I had transited a number of times through the road connecting Yeswantpur and Mattikre where this Hotel is located but never had noticed it's existence. But the stay during this trip made me feel that Tranquility & cleanliness can very well exist amidst busy market area also. The stay at hotel was excellent dealt by a very well behaved, cooperative & friendly staff right from levels of Security, Housekeeping till the Front end & Management. Had an excellent interaction with them to name a few like Mr Veeresh, Mr Sreekanth, Mrs Megha, Ms Esha, Mr Jagdish & all other junior young staff working with great zeal and smiling faces. Quality of rooms, facilities & Housekeeping is excellent. Scope exists for developing & maintaining an in-house laundry for quick wash & pressing. Food menu & preparation especially the South Indian vegetarian may further be diversified & improvised. Vicinity to the market with availability of almost all consumer goods, restaurants, Yeswantpur Jn Railway station & good accessibility to public & pvt transport to all locations in & out of Bengaluru add up for comfortable stay in the hotel.
