The front desk team member Purnima was very welcoming and closed the process in not more than 5 mins. On knowing that we had to check out early @ 4 AM To catch a flight , she made special effort to arrange breakfast boxes for us @ 3.30 AM... The room was superb and staff of each and every department , In room dining , Housekeeping etc were very nice and prompt in fulfilling our requirements.. Amar from housekeeping was also very proactive and prompt to help us with a couple of our requirements...

Royal Orchid Suites had the most generous staff members on their site. Everyone is super helpful and sweet, takes care of your needs and ensures you have a lovely stay. They provided things we requested almost immediately and suggested things when we were confused. Everyone is cooperative and attends their guests very nicely. The room service staff especially Gowramma and Anna Mondal were super sweet and professional, take care of the things and perform their duties very well. Every other staff member whether in the reception area, the guards, the front desk and restaurant were super sweet. The rooms are spacious and very well laid out with everything equipped. Overall a must stay if you are looking for great service.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days during this pandemic and it was a wonderful experience. At the entry of the hotel they have sanitizers and also a person to spray disinfectant on your luggage. The prepaid meals are served in the room with the server wearing a mask and come in standardized meal boxes which are quite enough to fill your appetite and very delicious as well. Any extra food could be ordered for separately. I had requested an early breakfast at 6am on the day that I needed to leave early for an exam and Mr. Akhil who I believe works in the kitchen helped accomodate the same. The stay was wonderful and I couldn't have picked a better place to stay during this pandemic.

It was a great staycation at Royal Orchid Suites. Even though hotel is located at Whitefield it has a pleasant atmosphere, surrounded my greenery all around with birds chirping. Delicious & quality food at burgundy restaurant and lavish breakfast buffet with good hospitality skills by staff. The rooms were very well maintained and sanitized frequently ensuring the safety of the guests and the balcony is an added bonus with a great view. The entire management were very particular on the safety of all guests and ensure they have their best stay at the hotel. Thanks to the entire team and highly recommend Royal Orchid Suites for great& memorable experience.

The check-in experience was smooth though we only arrived around 10 pm. The receptionist was courteous and efficient. The room is very big for the price. It has 3 segments - a drawing room, a dining area and the bedroom. There is also a balcony.
Rooms are well appointed with clean sheets and towels.
The water pressure is great and on par or better than any higher category hotels
Breakfast staff were well coordinated and everyone wore a mask and followed covid protocols very well.
I booked the room through Shinoj and he is an experienced hotelier and runs a great outfit. I would highly recommend the hotel for short and long stays equally.

A very nice place to stay away from crowded Bangalore culture this was a one of the plus point to choose this hotel. Food was good and exactly as per our requirement 100 % room service was given by the staff . Very helpful in nature, good sanitation lovely area for evening walk with two little ducks in the pond. stayed for a month , staff was very good polite and humble all extra items to keep my room hygienic was provided very promptly. Stayed for a month. Actually speaking these guys are doing excellent job during this COVID time. Be it sanitised room , social distancing or all COVID protocols one can be rest ensured that he can be safe MR SUMIT from sales is highly co operative during all hrs of the day. We can not except more than this. Food was exactly as per our need all requirements for the family was full filled. I visited this hotel with my family for 2 days in the first week of July 2021 as I have shifted to Bangalore and before moving to the flat I want to have pleasant and nearby stay from where I can make all my necessary arrangements . I booked executive room with all meals.
The stay was excellent as executive room is actually a 1BHK with Living space, dinning and study area and Bedroom along with attached Bathroom and a small balcony.
My spouse and kids enjoyed a lot here . Though due to covid restrictions other facilities like pool were closed.
Food quality was superb , though buffet was there for breakfast only and rest meals was packed ones from a fixed menu and delivered to your room in case you opt a plan with meal. You can also order separately from the al-a- carte menu which needs to be paid separately.
Staff was really helpful and courteous. Overall 5 star from my side.
Thanks Royal orchid suites for making this a memorable stay.
