I've had a long term stat of several months. Throughout my stay, Dinesh has given consistent quality room keeping. Bed, kitchen, and living area always cleaned, with daily water bottles always replenished in the room. Requests accommodated and always reliable.

The Grand Mercure is located in a quiet and leafy neigborhood, making it a perfect place to come back to relax after a busy day in Bangalore. The entire staff are incredibly welcoming and always looking to help you with your every need. Rukku from the housekeeping team has been very attentive during our stay and making sure that our room is clean and comfortable and that we have everything we need. Perhaps the best part of the hotel is the restaurant, The Verandah. The food is excellent and varied each day. The service is excellent and the restaurant staff (including Guneet, Immanuel and Arpeet) couldn't be more friendly and welcoming. The team often recommend food to make sure we try all the best offerings for the day. We would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Bangalore!

had faced issues at almost every point during the stay.
At check-in. I am Accor Gold so I am entitled for 1 level upgrade. (I had booked 1bhk suite) I checked multiple websites and they clearly had 2bhk suite available. They didn't upgrade me, I even showed their own app showing more than 2 units available. One staff said it's not available the system is wrong, other staff said we cannot upgrade because that floor is under renovation and another one something lame like this. Also no room amenity given for Gold member.
Room service: horrible. I had to call every 15mins to get an extra towel, dental kit etc. minimum 3 calls for everything. everything took atleast 30-40+mins to come.
Celebration dinner: 2750+ tax. Was like ibis 600rs regular buffet dinner. All stale desserts and no ice cream!
Breakfast: decent breakfast. No complaints there.
Accessing pool: no pool towel, no staff at the pool. No benches. I called and asked the staff to come to pool. When we just got down to the pool a staff came and said pool is closed. So we fought with the duty manager and asked them to refund if they are not giving pool access. After 40mins they finally got the pool towel and said we can use. It was already too late then and sun was down and water was too cold to use. For 40 mins we were standing at the pool and fighting with them.
It's a non smoking hotel, my wife is allergic to smoke and gets dizzy. Guess what, rooms corridor was filled with cigerette smoke smell. Had to call the duty manager again to take care of that. No quality control, nothing.
Even after giving pre auth at check-in. The spa was unable to bill to room, the restaurant was unable to bill to room and we have call reception every time for this stupid issue. Overall nothing really went well.
The restaurant again, charging 700rs for nachos and giving half packet of Doritos with some grated cheese on it. Like seriously, it's 5 star. Even the roadside cafe will give better nachos for 100rs.
Overall I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I am pleased to share my experience at this hotel, where I stayed from June to August 2024.
The hospitality provided by the front desk, especially Deepshika, was exceptional. In the restaurant, Suraj stood out for his attentiveness and warmth. He always greeted us warmly, checked if we needed anything, and notably remembered our preference for morning coffee lattes.
The hotel room, a one-bedroom studio with a balcony, was superb. The view was delightful, and the hotel's location in a tranquil area ensured a peaceful night’s sleep, free from traffic noise and honking.
Additional services, including the in-house spa, salon, and swimming pool, enhanced the stay. I particularly enjoyed the professional service at the salon.
Room service was consistently excellent. Shivji, in particular, did an outstanding job of attending to all my needs and ensuring that the room was impeccably clean and tidy upon my return from work.
Overall, my stay was highly satisfactory, thanks to the high standards of service and comfort provided.

Good location, big sized rooms, they upgraded to a nice big suite due to a mix up. In room dining was good. (The mall next door is nearly empty, nothing there except a cookie of fast food outlets and a hyper mart and some small shops, waste of time.) Couple of minor points. On checking in we were told they ran out of double beds when we specifically asked for it a week in advance, then they suggested we pay for the upgrade. Staff shouldn't transfer their problem to customers. Second, the person who brought breakfast said we should settle the bill right there which was weird, as it's usually charged to the room and settled on check out. Btw, on the way to the airport we got stuck in traffic at Hebbal for an hour, traffic just did not move, which is an everyday experience according to locals, so factor in extra hour when leaving hotel.

We hosted a pool party for my niece’s birthday at Grand Mercure Koramangala. The staff led by Mohnish were attentive to every detail and created a brilliant experience. The pool of course is one of the best and it is filtered continuously making it extremely hygienic. Thank you!

Housekeeping by Venkata was great, very attentive and helpful, made sure I had plenty of english breakfast tea available!
Was also very flexible about room cleaning times as I had to be in and out at various times during the day. Never had a problem getting additional rellacememt items if I needed them either.

I've stayed here several times, and this is my most recent visit. Rooms are Ok, House keeping staff are worst they may walk in to your room , though it is locked from inside, However, the restaurant service was appalling; despite repeated complaints, it seems as like no one cares and nothing will change. The duty managers are most worst, no response for complaints and Obviously not a five-star hotel, compared to previous visits hotel management has decreased their standards and Not worthy for money at all, we can opt other luxurious hotels instead of opting this one.

Yes they do accept Accor cards. We have Accor Plus card with an annual fee of Australian $335. You will have to ask for the benefits otherwise they will overlook it (eg complimentary drink vouchers and restaurant discounts).
It takes about one hour 20 minutes during normal traffic from the airport and cost around 955 Indian Rupees. Viber cars charge about the same.
