We were 48 families last fortnight for our batch get together. My room was in the reception block, it was spacious, spic and span. No complaints about the room except one. The room was very cold even after keeping the ac temperature setting at 32. May be there was no heater mode. My friend said she felt comfortable after switching off the ac. There were 4 events happening on the same day. The resort is that huge. But the pathetic part is they lack the manpower to match it's concrete structure's capacity. There were no staff around when the dinner or lunch buffet is open. No one replenished the empty trays. So it's like 1st come 1st served. It was a 2 day event on day 1 the breakfast spread in the Poolside, was meagre and like left overs, like dried idli and some kichdi. After complaining to the manager, the day 2 breakfast was in ambrosia. The name that was displayed in the front didn't mention ours. We weren't sure whether to go in, or is it in another floor coz the banquet halls for various groups were on different floors of one block. Then one of their staff invited us in made a note of the number of guests belonging to our group. The spread was good and tasted well too. But once again they didn't replenish the food that got over. We had search for the staff, inform them about it. The toaster was not working, they simply waited increasing the time on the timer. Once they realized, they brought a replacement. No one offered water. From the organizers we came to know, 1.they decline all requests at the last moment on the d day. Till then they say yes to every thing so that they don't plan to change the venue of the event. 2. Only 2 additional beds were taken by the whole group, but they had billed for 9. They declined additional for one of the guest saying they don't have any, to tide over they had requested to offer at least a yoga mat to sleep on the floor. They have billed for lending the yoga mat. 4. On the day of the event they informed that guests are not allowed to dance on the floor. They can dance only on a stage and they will not provide the stage. The organizers are supposed to set up a stage on their own. 5.we were asked to switch off the music system after 10.30 pm, whereas another group from karnataka were allowed to keep them on past 12. 6.the rooms for guests of same group were scattered in various blocks. ( not in one or 2 blocks alone) 7. Checkin is at 2 pm. Checkout is 11 am. Though they give a grace time till 12 noon. 8. It rains a lot and very often in bangalore. As the banquet hall is away from the blocks where the guests stay it's difficult to move around during rain. We had to wait till midnight for the rain to turn into a drizzle before we could return to our rooms. The resort neither provides any facility to transport, nor any umbrella for moving from one block to another. 9.one major draw back is when we book ola cabs the drivers cancel our request be it airport or ksr railway station. In fact for one of my friend, he asked her to get down from the vehicle after asking her destination, though we book ola by entering the destination. The resort do not offer to arrange for cabs to drop or pick up from airport or railway station. They say they can only book a cab on ola for us.…
We had been to Clarks exotica as part of our company's outbound training program and we had a great experience at this facility. The rooms are clean and well furnished and there are many amenities and sports to keep us engaged for the day. When it come to service, we had an excellent experience. The admin manager Mr. Rakesh was proactive and always available to take care of our needs. His team was able to manage a 150 strong crowd in a seemless way. They were extremely courteous and go out of their way to try and meet your requirments. Also, we discovered that they are quick to respond to feedback. Sales manager Mr. Deepak was quite flexible and gave us options to help us make the most of our time and resources. Options for food are plenty as well.Mr. Ranjan and Mr. Rajan were on point in crowd management and timing. Head chef Mr. Murthy tailors the food to our requirement and ensured we were all well fed. Mr. Raj at the reception portico welcomed us warmly and with a proud gait. Dining area, I feel is the only drawback in terms of infrastructure for handling large crowds. All in all, this resort is well equipped, trimly maintained but the highlight is the people that run the show who make you feel assured and that you made the right choice.…
We visited the executive lounge @ JW Marriott Bengaluru. The host Mr Shlok Shanu was extremely helpful. The spread of food items in the lounge was generous (even for the vegetarians) and we enjoyed our time. Highly Recommended!
We had organized a Sales & Leadership meet at Clarks Ecotica on 7th & 8th July. It was one night and two days event. Each & every team member was very happy with all the arrangements in terms of Room, Food, Conference venue & all the services. Right from the booking till the Checkout everything was flawless. Gowtham from the sales & Samsul from the Banquets handled our group with a positive approach. I am very satisfied with A to Z services provided by the hotel & looking forward to have more events in the future. Regards, Vivek Joshi
Had a great experience at Clark Exotica. The staff was very friendly. Mohammed Ashraf handled us very well. Highly recommend this place for an enjoyable time with family and friends. The place has loads to offer.
We stayed there for a day and have used almost all the amenities. The area is well maintained and have all the possible indoor and outdoor games. We were a group of 50+ individuals but were well accommodated with the facilities within the property. Though we were out for most of our stay, the room was good for a sound sleep. The breakfast was the highlight of the stay based on the varities and the quality of food served. Overall a must visit place for a weekend gateway if you are close to Bangalore both for Family or a group of individuals
It was good and nice experience especially water slide and pool. Great help by Harish from activities. There are many indoor games like table tennis , badminton , squash , chess, and 8 ball pool experience
