I am not happy with this place . It's huge tk start with but the safety and sanity of this place leave a lot to be desired. There is absolutely no sanitization done at all. This increase the risk of COVID spread. Just a temp check is do e at entrance but post that its zero sanitization. The ground is big but filled with horse shut and cow dung . You literally have to watch every step . Basketball court in in a jungle. The funny part is the food plates and bowls are dirty and unhygienic . Their staff themselves never wear a mask and don't follow any sanitization procedures. The hand wash area has only 2 basins which is crowded. Think twice before planning a day out.

We visited Guhantara for a day and found it to be a good place for relaxing and spending quality time with family. The staff were extremely helpful and had a very pleasing attitude. The concept is interesting and enjoyable too for those who love nature. However, we have feedback for the team to improve the services better and to make it more enjoyable to your patrons.

1. Helpdesk number should be active round the clock. Tried many times and failed to connect with the staff.

2. The swimming pool area is stinking too badly that even make people faint and lose their consciousness.

3. We have noticed that the staff are poorly trained to handle any emergency that may occur any time in a place like Guhantara where lots of people visit regularly for fun and entertainment. Multiple games and other physical activities are taking place both indoor and outdoor, but the staff are incapable of handling any emergency or first aid activities in case of any eventualities. There was such an incident on the dance floor on 10th Sep. night and the staff was clueless as to what they had to do to help the person. It is essential that all staff are to be trained adequately to manage emergencies.

Hope the Guhantara team will consider the above feedback in the right spirit and work towards improving the services further to make the stay more comfortable and a memorable one.

Thanks and best wishes to the Team Guhantara

Best to be avoided. Very crowded and crowd management is very bad. I think if you are reading this review then you are not fitting in the profile of the kind of crowd that comes here. Quality as well as quantity of crowd is horrible. Food is decent if you can fight it out with others. Facilities are aging and old, clearly they want to make money with what they have. Better places are there in city so avoid this unless you feel what I have explained excites you.

The place is not at all clean and neat. Whole area is littered with foods on the table, chair and floor.

Food served is not kept warm.

Their room charges are so high with no resort upkeep and cleanliness and poor experience

Understand the Covid challenges on manpower but then resort should not take reservations

When complained to staff on the issue, the person was no at all sensitive and taking as joke and laughing.
May be ok for day out but never for family stay and vacation

Resort was filled 3 to 4 times beyond capacity. There was hardly space to walk in the hall. No amenities and games were available to play. Welcome drink was over.

It was not just the crowd but also the maintenance of the resort which was much below anyone's expectation.

Lunch was served in a closed space with people jostling with each other. Quality of lunch was so bad that the best dish was curd and sugar.

I hope that they first cleanup the resort and second fix the maximum number of people they would allow to serve them better.

It was a very bad experience with Guhantara resort. There was no one guide us as to where to go and we had to go looking around everywhere to get started
The place was over crowded with not a single person other than us wearing a mask.

There was nobody astound to impose covid safety protocols there from the Guhantara team
Lunch time was even worst with the Guhantara employees not even wearing gloves and rest of the people falling over food to get their share. It was so pathetic that we left immediately after lunch and didn't even wait for high tea or the day to end.

I will never recommend anyone to Guhantara resort.

We have been there official dayout trip around 60+ members recently, prior to this on 2017 also been that time it was at least okay,

Complete resorts with full of dust, no much green area, swimming pool is not maintained properly, in water more clorine, all indoor games are damage, no proper guidance, rain dance area water force was very poor, sound systems are very average and no impact.. Not at all worth to be there and just regret the day.

Do improve your quality to retain the customers...

Found lunch was good..

No future plan to be there and it was a last trip over there..

Thanks for this wonderful management and wasted the time.

Completely mismanaged, lack of attention hygiene. Should be more systematic while allowing total headcount for a day.
Meals quality was good however buffet arrangements were pathetic, fully crowded, no place to even stand and eat, people sitting on floor. No value at all for money.

It is the worst resort I have ever gone. There were only outdoor games included in the base ticket fare. For indoor games you have to pay extra. The place was unhigenic and even they didn't have water in the toilet. I was totally surprised that they charged Rs. 1100 for 2 or 3 outdoor games and for a swimming pool. I reached there at 10. 30 and returned by 11.30 itself.

One of the worst resorts ever seen. Completely unhygienic, washroom is terrible, no management in anything at all. Capacity was more than what it should have been(basically a fish market). There is absolutely no value for money here. Most of the indoor and outdoor activities are always crowded and people pushing each other. Service was terrible. Wouldn’t mind paying extra money if the service was good but it wasn’t worth a penny! Would never recommend anyone to go here.
