I really loved the ambience of the resort. The lawn area is very beautiful and looks good with very minimal decorations. The entire staff is very friendly. Special thanks to Vishnu for listening to me patiently and coordinating with everyone. They made sure everything was just perfect even though everything was handled through phone calls. Much love !

The property looks very nice. Our suite room had a indoor garden bathroom which was beautiful. The facilities were okay. Restaurant and the adjoining Brewery were good too. The pool although nice looking had dust, small leaves, twigs and bugs. The water was always cold even at noon maybe because of where it was getting refined from. The room also showed its age with loose connection on electric items, plumbing and leaky things. It was worth it for last minute availability and last minute price.

The location is good, not too far from the city. Good food and good ambience with so many trees and good seating arrangement. Many outdoor games available. The management is good. The pics on the websote are good but the place isn't as neat and as big as it looks in the pics. The place can be maintained more, pool and washrooms were dirty. But overall a good experience.

We visited this resort along with one more couple.. the only good thing we found in this resort was that there is a pub inside the resort which serves really good food and music ..
We had booked two rooms and both had issues in bathroom.. in one room flush was not working and in the other room jet spray was not working.. Everytime we had to call house keeping staff to fix it .. as per the resort people all rooms were booked hence we could not shift into another room..After dinner we came back to our room only to find small ants on bed and big ants on floor .. we thought it was a temporary issue and we had to call house keeping guy again at night 11PM to clean the room .. we went to the bed and at night 1:30 I woke up to drink water and I saw ants all over the floor . They were literally crawling on the bed. We called the reception and nobody was there to attend us..it was impossible for us to stay in that room and we left the resort at night 2AM..though we received the full refund of our booking .. but it was a real mental harassment for us 😞

Hi,
We went to holiday village in august for a 2 days stay. The checkin was at 2 pm. We arrived at 3:30pm and the room keys were handed over to us. We booked 3 executive rooms for our families and when we entered the rooms we found out that the taps in the bathrooms weren’t working. We asked them to fix it and they took an hour and half just to tell us that it’s going to take more time for the water to start flowing from the taps in all 3 rooms. We were disappointed since we had to wait for soo long and this wasted our time too. Then we were offered a family room instead. We agreed to that and stayed in the family room for that night. We had 2 kids of less than 1 year and had to wait outside until they change our rooms for soo long. The two bathrooms of the family room were back to back out of which one had a glass ceiling for natural light to come in.we had an hour time to check out and we were packing our bags and my mom was in one of the bathrooms, there was a huge sound we heard from the bathroom. There was construction that was going on behind our rooms and the noise was very disturbing. We all got scared and immediately rushed to the bathroom and saw that the whole glass ceiling had broken down into tiny pieces after the tree branch fell on it. Luckily my mom wasn’t in that bathroom.
This incident shook us all because I had just left the bathroom in which the glass ceiling was there. It could be life threatening otherwise.

The staff are very disorganised and very rude. We asked the manager to refund our stay cost and he is continuously not answering my phone and not responding too. Very very disappointed with the behaviour and inefficient manager and staff. I suggest no one should plan their trip to this resort because it’s life threatening and very dangerous to goto places where they don’t take measures for the health and safety of their guests. I have posted pictures and videos of this incident too. Please see that.

I strongly suggest no one should make your trip to this place.

I have never encountered any provider in the hospitality industry with such disgusting service. We booked a room on New Year's night for a 3 AM check in. We recevied an email confirmation with the date and time confirmed. We drove 1 hour to get to the resort with all the traffic on New Year, and it was also my birthday that night. We were so excited to spend my birthday at the resort.

When we arrived, the manager said there was an error in booking and they didn't have a room available. He started to raise his tone of voice while talking to us, like it was our fault for the "error in the system". We felt unsafe conversing with him. He didn't apologise or give us an explanation, he just walked away and refused to come out of his office. We tried asking the watchman to call the manager out of his office, and the watchman said that the manager refused to speak further.

Another manager stepped in, and when we said that the previous manager refused to talk to us, he simply said "we don't have rooms available tonight, GET LOST", and literally made a "shooing" gesture with his hands and walked away. He couldn't walk straight he looked really drunk, his words were slurring. We were so shocked with the way they were treating us. They belittled us and made us feel so cheap.

I am a 27 year old woman, it was 3 AM, I had nowhere to sleep that night since it was New Years and all affordable rooms were booked in the city, I was stranded, I felt really unsafe and scared. I felt like if I stayed at the property longer, they would physically harm us.

Both the managers refused to talk politely or even talk at all, and set the situation straight. Holliday Village, what kind of people are you hiring and what sort of pathetic service is this? This is the most disappointing stay experience I've had in my life. I will not recommend any woman, or anyone who respects women to go to this resort.

Dear Guest, We apologise for your experience. There are two sides to every story and we are disappointed that you found it right to post such misleading information on a public forum. We understand your frustration and disappointment since it was your birthday night, but we would like to state a couple facts, since you have started: 1. You arrived at our property one night earlier than your booking date, (Your booking was for 1st January 2pm check-in, and you arrived late on the night of 31st December) 2. We repeatedly tried to politely explain that all our rooms were sold out since it was New year's eve and the only response we got from your boyfriend was fowl language. 3. The manager you are talking about has been in the Hospitality industry for over 20 years, and irrespective of what you say we have tremendous faith in his ability to deal with clients in a polite and respectful manner. 4. Your claim that our staff was drunk on the night is absolutely baseless, the whole team was working tirelessly the entire night and were sorry that they didn't want to entertain insults from you after 30 minutes of trying to politely explain that we had no rooms available on the night. We take our guests and their reviews extremely serious and a huge amount of work goes in from our entire team to continuously improve our customer service and satisfaction. It is disappointing that you feel that you can mislead the public and post degrading information rather than accepting that there was an error you made while making the booking. Regards, Holiday Village Management

I'm extremely disappointed with this place..I had stayed here earlier but this time travelling with a baby was the WORST experience. Firstly their strategy is to block rooms internally & i had to end up booking on their website. I prefer this place as this is a pet friendly. I booked 2 suite rooms & the resort guys allocated a normal basic category room which was stinking,i guess room wasn't cleaned for ages. The carpet was in such a bad condition & the list goes on.. I had given them instructions at the time of booking itself that I would be travelling with a baby & food instructions were given accordingly. When i ordered a normal Palak khichidi I nearly waited for 50mins. I had told them my baby is unwell & to hurry up,inspite of telling them several times the food never came on time.. This is the worst & pathetic resort i would say in the whole of Bangalore. Pls think guys before booking as the rooms shown in the website is totally different from the real one..

After sifting and debating over various options for a quiet family day out , we chose this place . We were right in our choice . Located not far from the city, at the same time offering exclusive setting amidst greenery this place is an ideal get away for fun filled day out for family! we we were six of us with a small child. The ambiance is great ! Our little one thoroughly enjoyed herself in the vast expanse including the pool. Outdoor restaurant is well set and offers relaxed seating. Food is simply great and sumptuous including starters. The place also offers overnight stay with well appointed rooms. Service is good.

Two words "Dirty" and "Not-Maintained" should describe this place. We stayed in "Suite" room but the experience was Trash. They are dirty and smelly, the AC is leaking water and walls got wet, the risk is that the water is flowing through the ekectric plug point. The rooms are shabby with Moss and algea in the Bathroom. The bathroom roof was also leaking water. The water coming from the tap is full of black water dirt and the bathtub is full of black water dirt. The pool is "EXTREMELY DIRTY" with dead bugs, dead Rat and dead cockroach (Still people are dipping and dancing in that- still wondering WHY?). The pool toilet and room toilet taps are dirty with water and iron stains. They are renovating a new section and all the saw dust and marbel dust are coming on you and the pool. The restaurant Baisakhi was smelling of rotten food, the seats were dirty and smelly, the floor ware bare and without paint. The water aquarium in the restaurant is the most dirtiest aquarium I have ever seen ( felling sorry for the Fish there). The breakfast spread was good and tasty. The only good place was the Blr Brewery that you can go from this resort, as its attached via a door. Unless you want to visit Blr Brewary, don't spend your hard earned money here.

Place is ok. It’s not very big but should be enough to keep he kids occupied. Food is good and decent for the price they charge. I live closeby and see the place packed on weekends. Swimming pool is very basic and suitable for kids mostly. Enough parking. Neat and clean premises. Service is a little slow when the place is running full.
