It was a wonderful experience. I stayed at Pai Viceroy for a month and my stay was nothing short of perfect. Mr. ananth and mr. shashank ensured that we had a comfortable stay. The staff was polite and took care of all our needs. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities. The location of the hotel is great as well. I used to go for a walk at night without any worries.

Folks beware!! they can have your bookings cancelled anytime if they thinks they can make few extra Penny from others bookings.. they ruthlessly cancelled our reservations and returned hall rental advances at a last min such that we literally had to cancel the event due to non availability of the venue elsewhere.. @Pai Viceroy Team, Your a big shame to hospitality industry!!

Pai Hotels especially Pai Viceroy, Jayanagar-Bangalore management has no ethics whatsoever they are only behind money and no respect for customers that too regular customers. They take the advance booking amount for the hall and commit to give the same by 8am, but when they get a new customer who pays more then immediately they cancel the earlier booking by giving a pathetic reason saying they need to serve breakfast in the same hall so we will give the hall by 10am, so i request people to be very careful while dealing with Pai hotels. They are not trustworthy and if they continue this way i am sure they will be out of business very soon.

Pai Hotels, both in Blore and Mysore very famous nowadays for giving shocks and nasty/bad surprises to those who book hotel halls for particular events well in advance..... Even after paying an advance for hall booking-suddenly, Pai hotel management decides to cancel the particular booking and give those halls to someone who can pay more or sometime-they convert that hall into a breakfast area. Sometimes- they force us to change our event timings.... Money-minded management - worst management - never respects customer requirements...... I personally decided never ever book and visit this Pai.......Also, I request those who want to enjoy their events- never think of visiting Pai.... Request Pai management - try to be good with the customer, or else you will not have any customers to whom you can give any service......…

Old and smelling. The hotel is not maintained. Their focus is on Banquets and Conference. Not suitable for family visitors. Hot water not available till 7 AM. Checked out on Sunday. No one at reception. Senior Room boys checked us out. Will definitely not go back here.

We stayed at hotel Pia viceroy jaynagar bangluru...The room was comfortable...but.the breakfast was disappointing.....I ordered Dosa which was delayed for long ....and finally when it arrived after many reminders it was burned and oily......and when I raised my voice....the hotel staff personale was mocking rude and made fun of me....I have evidence of the behaviour.....this is against the hotel protocols and hospitality.... VERY DISAPPOINTING AND UNEXPECTED BEHAVIOUR FROM A BIG GROUP LIKE PIA HOTELS.

We stayed in five double rooms for one night. Hotel has provided Board room for our meeting and dinner. Very good hospitality. Food is good. Parking is a problem as there is no space .However, valet parking facility is available, but it is open to the sky. Our stay is comfortable.
