At 1st Ms. Geetha reservation executive, had no courtesy to inform that the booking has been confirmed @ another 3rd party resorts not in Xplore Adventure Resorts, finding the resort itself was an adventure for our group. On Arriving the Resort Park Hotel & Resorts, We were enlightened that, These guys are middlemen they assign to unrated resorts which earns them good commission. This resorts does not even have basic amenities of a resort. Food - Very Bad,served cold. Best part refill done only if begged. No proper Rest room for Men & Women No proper Changing Room. Pool - No Pool. Wave Pool - Not Clean. (Dont be surprised if you find Frogs in the pool). Wave Pool are said to be Functional only for 01 time for 30mins for 01 whole day. ATV - Not Available (Mentioned in our proposal & Website) ZORB SOCCER - Not Available (Mentioned in our proposal & Website) BUNGEE RUN - Not Available (Mentioned in our proposal & Website) BULL RODEO - Not Available (Mentioned in our proposal & Website) NO VOLLEY BALL COURT, FOOT BALL COURT & BASKET BALL COURT - You can find everything on paper & their website but not @ Resorts. Toilet like a public toilet, nothing good, never ever suggest any body here to go. Nothing is there, bad management, bad stuff, no cooperation, bad behavior, dirtiest place. All out door activities are in broken condition. Pool was like a big bathtub, pool water was too much dirty. Our money full waste. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE EVER IN YOUR LIFE.

Muita adrenalina bastante lirolesa quando vc vir em não deixe de vim no xplor e o protetor tem que ser biodegradável um parque com muito pássaros tem também carros para agente fazer um tour no meio da floresta em cavernas e também tem a noite

Fun zip lining adventure. Our kids and parents too enjoyed the zips the best. Cave rafting pretty fun too, but buggies just ok. Pretty expensive even comparing to disney etc. Main thing is to bring USD in cash or buy tix online. DO NOT BUY THE TIX FROM A TOUR COMPANY (ESPECIALLY EASY TOURS ) or buy through hotel consierge and pay with credit card. You will get hosed by a 4% cc fee plus a bad exchange rate on the from usd. We got hosed for 15% extra on these comparing to paying cash in USD.

This place is awsome!!!! Siplining through the jungle and ending in water did it for me. It's absolutely amazing. The cave paths we so much fun. Driving the jeeps through the bridge caves and water was thrilling. I recommend this place a million times to anyone who is in the cancun area!
