An amazing and memorable stay for one month in Fairfield and below are just some unforgettable memories since there are too many to cite: 1. Bharath from housekeeping always ensures that my hotel room is clean and all toiletries are complete. When he found out that the stargazer lily that was in my room was my favorite, I always arrive from work in my hotel room with fresh ones. This made me smile everyday. 2. Rajasreeraj from the breakfast buffet would always have a big smile every time I arrive at the restaurant. She remembers my preference after a couple of days i.e. filtered coffee with milk and sugar as well as cold water without ice. I don't need to ask for it everyday. Rima, Elena and Manisha also have great customer service by taking the time to ask how I am and they also showed empathy during the time that I was worried about a volcano erupting in my country when I was in India. 3. Praveen from room service always brings my food with a positive attitude and takes a few minutes to have a chat about how my day is going or places that I have been to. 4. Sumit took care of my needs even prior to check in. One night I went home with an upset stomach and was not feeling well, he asked room service to bring me a hot dal tadka compliments of the hotel. Which later on I found out that it was what people eat when they are sick. This filled me heart with joy knowing that despite being far away from home, someone took care of me. 5. Chef Ashwin always made sure that my tenderloin steak is always cooked perfectly, as well as the side dishes. He even ensures that he personally grill ad cook it for me. 6. Chef Ramzan found out that I have been eating the same food for 1.5 weeks, he ensured that they are able to create a different dish for me everyday that is not part of the regular buffet and even made multiple times one of my favorite dish.

What can I say... We use this hotel as it’s close to the office. It’s small enough to be personal, large enough to be able to hide.. the service is accomplished with the very odd minor hiccup here and there.. Generally nothing is too much trouble. The staff put a lot of effort into building relationships with guests and it’s not gone in noticed. Everyone from reception to house keeping to the kitchen look to personalise your experience. This, is a good thing. Since I stay at this venue regularly I was surprised to find some complementary bottles of beer in the mini bar... thing is I don’t like beer.. I thanked them when I had the opportunity for their gesture none the less. They noticed that I drank whiskey one evening, and hey presto some whiskey found its way into my room one evening.. and no they didn’t remove the beer either. Small things make a difference. Your stay here will be practical, but personal and the staff are actually very good. If I had to ask for one thing that really needed improvement.. then it’ll be the cocktails on the 1sr floor bar by the pool.. they are terrible. LOL

We stayed about three weeks in here. The experience was impeccable. Right from check in and throughout the stay Divyansh was there to support any request - Kudos to his spirit of customer service. Room Service and room decoration for occassions was done with excellence sbse utmost care by Sourav and Debasish. The very first breakfast Megnath ensured we had a great experience. Avijit also left no stones unturned to ensure utmost care during our morning breakfast. Chef Ramzan, Suman, Naresh Rawat ensured surprises to our breakfast table. Umesh made the best filter coffee regularly with a smile. Kavin and Kabaln Amit, Swagata, Pankaj, Shivaraju also ensured complete attention to make my parents comfortable during the evening lounge and Courtyard breakfasts. Subhajit ensured that we had new mocktails everyday and you should try his unique preprations to experience it first hand. Sudhanshu ensured seamless arrangement for all car drops.
Kudos to the team for giving an excellent experience for my wife and parents.
The only negative feedback is for Mr. Shreyan Das - he may need to be trained to handle customers more politely.

This hotel is a beautiful hotel with absolutely stellar service. The team here works hard to make sure you have a great trip, supplying you with pretty much any information you may need to make your trip a successful one, whether this is your first or tenth trip to India. It is also conveniently located right next to the RMZ Ecospace, making walking to work for many a breeze. The restaurant near the pool can get crowded, so make a reservation if needed, but note it's only crowded because the food and drinks are so dang good!!! I look forward to my next trip here!

I loved the services here and their hospitality is great. Staff here respond very quickly and they were so interactive. They never say no to anything you want and fulfil your request within minutes.hygiene is maintained and feedback is taken everyday for room keeping and food. The buffet has so many varieties and i would like to appreciate the efforts they had put in making so many variations every day.

I came here with my friend last week. The experience was very welcoming and I was impressed by the quality of food and the services. The food was delicious as few things that i ordered was slightly customized as per my taste and the same i get. The staff was very welcoming & friendly and take card to our needs. The servers (Richard, sachin) was also kind enough to give us information for the dishes. We had a great time there. Kudos Kava and fairfield team.

I can recommend this hotel. Room whilst not large had all the amenities you need. Bed was comfortable and room service was great. I ate dinner in my room most nights, menu had good selection of Indian and western food and every dish I ordered tasted great. The menu choices at Breakfast were vast! Room was beautifully cleaned every day and I more than once was left a lovely unexpected gift to enjoy. Front desk and restaurant team couldn’t be more helpful. Thank you Bharat, Manisha and everyone else who made my stay a home away from home.

It was a pleasure to stay here. Excellent service from arrival to departure.
Staff was very professional, polite and very helpful. Rooms were clean,higenic with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need.
The hotel restaurant had a great buffet breakfast and even though i was working during odd hours the services provided were at their best.
For the commute to my work place i have opted the hotel cab service which was also very safe and comfortable , if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay with your heatic work, I would recommend this place to consider as first option for both business and personal trips.
Staff was also very helpful while providing me option to visit the city during weekends which made my visit memorable.

Consistently the best hotel to stay in Bengaluru - Tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast spread with multiple restaurants/food options with great food. Good gym to work out. But reason which set this hotel apart is its unmatched hospitality from their staff. Everyone in front office to housekeeping to kitchen staff are so professional and courteous. I travelled from the UK in the middle of the pandemic and stayed at Fairfield by Marriott for 2 weeks. The onboarded was flawless. The staff explained each and every DOs and DONTs.
One of the staff, Divyansh, even went out of his way to help me with getting a new sim.
Food was delivered to my room in a contactless manner. If you are lucky, you might get a visit from Chef Santosh (I hope I spelt it correctly) with his special delicacies. Make sure to try different breakfast on different days if you are staying for a long time, you won't regret. Lunch and dinner: Go for thali
My room was on the 6th floor, the view of the Bellandur flyover with limited traffic, the sunrise and sunset is something to behold. Good location, right on the main road, easy connectivity to public transport.
Checkout was smooth and I managed to use the hotel's cab service when OLA or Uber won't accept any requests. Must say, I am impressed and would definitely recommend first-time travellers to try this if you are unsure.
