Great stay in Lasermo. The room was no less than any 4 star property in any city in the country.
Location - Very near to main market (750 Mtrs)
Hotel Ambience - Very premium and nicely made property
Welcome and check in - we were given a warm welcome with white shawl and Leh berry juice.
Rooms- Rooms were spacious, felt very cozy and premium, bed was soft and linens were premium too. It had a separate work station and a lounge chair with coffee table. It had a big tv as well (we didn't use the tv however).The room we stayed had a balcony too.
Washroom - It was very spacious and luxurious. Had a backlit huge mirror. All the fitting were of kohler and felt as if newly done. It had hot water both at night and morning.
Toiletries - It had premium brand (Kimirica) shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and shower gel in place. Room had shower cap, loofa, dental and shaving kit and room slippers too.
Only thing probably missing in comparison of a standard 4 star hotel would be hair dryer in washroom and mini fridge (Can skip fridge given the weather of Leh). Other than that i think they had everything covered.
We did not use the inhouse restaurant and did not have breakfast as we left early morning to catch flight.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The staff, the location, and the hospitality were exceptional. It's undoubtedly one of the coziest hotels I've ever stayed in. From the higher management to the other staff members, everyone was incredibly down-to-earth and always ready to help. During my 10-day stay, I felt like a valued guest every single day.
One of the highlights was the food. This hotel serves some of the best cuisine in the city. I was given the option to request special dishes like Khichdi or chicken on any day I wanted, making it feel just like home. The quality and taste of the food were outstanding, and I enjoyed every meal.
Another great advantage is the hotel's location. It's situated right next to a supermarket, which is perfect for any emergency needs, and it's also very close to the main market. This convenience adds to the overall experience, making it an ideal place for a perfect holiday.
I will definitely be returning here soon.

We are a family of four. We booked two rooms for 4 nights in May 2022. Lasermo is located very near to the airport and more importantly, it is walking distance to the Main Market. Other hotels on this street are a bit farther from the market, making it difficult to walk there. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and clean. Staff is really polite and helpful. Restaurant is big and they have a lot of options to choose from. Breakfast spread is huge and delicious. They have dinner buffet too but we chose to have our dinner in the main market. Food might be a bit pricey, but it is a four-star property so that is expected. Overall, will definitely recommend to stay here on your Ladakh trip!

First of all I would like to suggest kindly don't book this hotel, Reason:
1) Food items mentioned in their menu are not available, probably I asked 4 items which I wanted to eat but they simply refused
2) Food taste and quality is so so miserable I can't express, wish there could have been a -ve rating I could have given
3) Service is so bad, the staff give you wrong information while serving food. I would like to mention about the in room dining staff Akash, he simply misguided us by mentioning that your steamed rice would be complimentary as we served very bad biryani which we will replace and adjust the total cost in that bill of chicken biryani. He never took signature on that bill, and while check out that bill is produced in front of me to forcefully pay. When confronted him and the reception staff, reception guy said you can post the review as we don't care for it.
4) Cleaniness across the hotel was poor, in the room it was so dusty and dirty
In short, kindly don't book your stay otherwise you will be at suffering end

Amazing ambiance with amazing Room Service.
There was nothing that i’d to wait for.
Food was very fresh, me and my friends booked this stay for 3 days and we were amazed at all B/L/D.
In short, it was an amazing experience there.

Nice property with good location close to the market but wifi and heating both were intermittent throughout our stay of 3 days. Literally had to walk to one corner of the room for wifi signals and had to call the reception repeatedly for keeping the central heating on because outside temperatures were low. Staff is their Forte especially the restaurant staff.

Highly recommended ...D BEST PROPERTY TO STAY IN LEH. Comforting room and services, Great Food, Extremely hospitable staff, Ample Parking of thier own.. location is wonderful, walkable distance to Leh Market, Leh Palace and other necessities as well. We stayed at Lasermo during our visit to Leh. It is conveniently situated and is good value for money. The infrastrucure is not great, especially in the bathrooms which had lot of minor problems, lack of hot water, etc, and the rooms did not have heaters which made it difficult in the cold weather. But what they lacked in facilities, they make it up with their service- be it providing portable heaters, bringing us hot water in buckets, or being responsive for any needs. The dining area staff led by Ms. Deepika took excellent care of us and served us some really tasty food, including delicious local cuisine like Thukpa. Overall was a very positive experience, and we just wished they had slightly better infrastructure.
