We spent 4 nights in this hotel. What impressed me the most is the super duper helpful and friendly staffs they have!!! The best part of this hotel! When we had altitude problem, oxygen inhalation was provided immediately.Food was delicious! The chef will come to us and take our orders! One of my family member had problem with oily food...

This is a small property, very neatly maintained by Mr. Kobo and his staff. They were very courteous and prompt to meet our needs. We had celebrated our friend's bday and all arrangements were well taken care of by the staff (read courteous). They had ordered the cake and decorations and went out of the way to keep everything beautiful....

Great location! Charming hotel! very helpful and accommodating staff! It was a great pleasure to stay there after some very basic accommodations in the region. The hotel has a beautiful garden with tables for dinning between apple trees.

This pleasant little 'boutique' hotel is set in a mature garden and has most accommodating staff and management. It has good Wi-Fi service and reception. It is but a short ten minute walk to the Main street of Leh.

It's a very nice & decent hotel. I booked a suite rooms. Rooms are big enough & clean. Room service is good. There are no bar in the hotel but you can order it in the room. Bathrooms are also good. They have 24 hours hot water available. Must recommend suite room in this hotel.

After a couple of weeks in Ladakh in some very basic accommodation, the Lotus Hotel feels like total luxury. The room is a decent size, well-furnished, clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. There is plenty of hot water and a shower that works properly. Food is much better than average. There is a pretty garden and on our group's last...

We enjoyed the breakfast as well as most lunches and dinners we had here. Wifi is slow but this is not the fault of the hotel, internet access in Ladakh is very limited. And...

Lovely basic place to stay in Leh. The rooms are clean and the staff friendly. When our daughter suffered from the altitude, oxygen was provided immediately by the caring staff. Pancakes or eggs for breakfast, and good Indian fare for dinner. Wifi available, but as everywhere in Ladakh it is slow and flakey
