I had an amazing experience in this hotel. they greet you as like you are the family member to them. also if you have any difficulties they will assist you in solving every problem. the best past is they are not money minded and charge for every little thing.
Staff is very friendly helpful and co - operative.Services are amazing.Rooms are clean and spacious. I was not feeling well and the staff went ahead and arranged transport to take me to hospital and even made simple khichadi on their own without us knowing. They used to frequently check on my health and made us feel as if we are at home. Anyone planning to visit leh please do book only this hotel as this would be a great experience and worth your every penny.
I booked this hotel for one night, as I had cancelled my plan for Tsomoriri while at Pangong and needed a good night rest. I booked a suite room online on MMT with a checkout before 12 pm . I was well received at my arrival-by the owner and manager and to my shock I was ordered that I need to vacate the room by 0830 am as they had a group coming in the next day. I was told even checkout by 09 am was not acceptable. I had to ask MMT the booking agency to intervene . The next day I was received coldly by the management/owner as I had stood up to their unethical pressure to ask me to vacate the room. A crowd was standing below my room -by 08.00 am, and barged in as soon as I stepped out with my luggage. It was a very poor show and unfriendly attitude to a customer who had paid in full. The staff however was very efficient and humble -viz.Bipin, Bablu and Amit.…
All the staff here was very polite throughout. Good, hygienic place and food. They had apple trees in their garden, and they encourage you to go pluck and eat them. :P Lacks good view though. Rest of the experience was very good.
Amazing hospitality. Variety of tasty food ( Both breakfast and dinner ) Nice cozy rooms along with outside sitting space.. Owner of the hotel is so humble and down to earth.. One must try special lotus maggi. Not too far from leh market. Great experience....
Needs some maintenance but can tell it was a quality building in its early years. Generally clean but run down funky carpets make it feel less so. Staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was basic. Good location .. walking distance to everything but Access is poor... up dirt road. Trudging back in dark was undesirable.
Located in a quite area not so far from the city center, Lotus Hotel offered us comfortable stay. They have well appointed and clean rooms, restaurant and common places to relax. Their dedicated and ever helpful staff offers service with a smile, making you feel at home. All promised amenities were available and in good order. They offered buffet meals with good variety around each meal. Stay here made our visit to Leh a comfortable experience.
beautiful hotel.. consider it mini Leh.. such humble staff .. special mention .. the owner and raj kumar ji.. clean n perfect.. they help u in every possible way.. food is good too.. just loved every bit of it
We stayed here for four nights between 6th to 11th June 2019 Best stay ever!! Must admit that this was the best stay ever. A home away from home. I give five star to 1) Hospitality - staff were very helpful, dedicated and courteous....Their guidance relives your fear of high altitude sickness 2) Food - one of the tastiest food I ever had, best menu each day....kids liked the pizzas, apple juice, sweet dish were yummy.....credit goes to the cook 3) Hotel manager Mr. Raj Kumar was very kind and helpful 4) Rooms - very tidy, spacious, room service was good Overall highly recommended hotel in Leh.....would like to visit again Thanks to all team for making our stay comfortable and memorable!!!
During my stay we were only two people in the hotel as it was still off season. The staff members were lovely and they made my stay very enjoyable. Meals were very, very nice. They served both vegetarian and non vegetarian meals. At night they brought a warm water bottle even though a heater was available in the room. You can see the Leh Palace and a part of the Thiksey Monastery from the outside dining area. One can easily walk to the Tibetan Market from the hotel.
