No hot water. We paid for a premium room. The room service were also yelling at each other from the bathroom. We stayed at this hotel in July. This hotel boast about hot water and heating. But none of those services were available.

It was my first stay in the 8 night tour of Leh Ladakh. This Hotel is hardly 5 minutes walking to Leh Market,The most happening place.Rooms are comfortable.Staff is very courteous. Food was excellent. First day I was given room no 106 but on our request they shifted us to opposite room no 103 on second day. It has a beautiful view of snow covered mountains . Overall It was a great stay.

If you are an adventurous spirit who also loves their comfort while travelling, especially in a cold place like Leh, Hotel Padma is a great option. Equipped with centrally heated interiors and very comfortable modern and immaculately clean rooms, Padma can offer you all the comforts you require in the harsh weather of Leh. The hotel is also a 15 minute car ride from the airport, making it a convenient stop in Leh to acclimatise.

The rooms are very well furnished & spacious. The hotel staff are warm and courteous. The mountain view from our room was mesmerising. The restaurant had decent variety of items in the buffet. The hotel is just 300 metres away from the Leh market, easy to access.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience staying at Padma Ladakh. The Staff were really warm and courteous. Hospitality at the dining room was wonderful. Food spread was good for both breakfast and Dinner we had. They provided fans on request too. Hotel has a centralized heating system too. Overall a great choice of stay!

We had visited Leh in September with family. It was very pleasant , peaceful place, nice staff , good food. There was no issues Loved the place & its near to the Leh market. One of the best hotels in Leh . I would highly recommend. Rooms were also good with mind blowing view of mountains. What more could I have asked for Thanks Padma Ladakh team ( Management ,Receptionist, Cook , help staff..) for making our stay so pleasant & memorable Regards, Roopa

We booked a deluxe room at Hotel Padma Ladakh. Firstly the location was very poor. Secondly the view from the deluxe room was absolutely pathetic (some toilet, washrooms, utensils lying everywhere) You get up to see this stuff. I have enclosed a few pictures. It was really disheartening to note and the management was not even ready to change the room. Please think twice before booking this hotel.

We loved the spacious rooms (including one with a balcony) and beautiful garden at Padma, perfect for acclimatization during our first two days in Leh. The hotel is also within walking distance of the main market and its best eateries. The service standards were very high, which we found to be generally true for much of Ladakh. The staff was ready to assist us in every way possible. Plus, Illena at the reception helped us out tremendously by booking a cab for our 10-day Ladakh trip. If only the food could improve a bit, Hotel Padma would be quite perfect. In fact, given its many strong points, it still deserves a higher star rating than what it seems to have currently.
