Best hotel to stay in Leh Ladakh, I think this hotel has the best staff especially Mr Sanjeev Kumar as the housekeeping manager and Mr Yogesh Kumar both are so polite and helpful plus MR Purab also is helpful.
The suites are very much comfortable with heaters on and also has hot water 24/7 .OVERALL This hotel contains everything what a premium hotel should.
I again mention that the staff is very good and friendly. Thank you.

We, a group of 22 family friends stayed in this beautiful Luxurious Hotel for two nights ie 24th and 25th May 22 during our 12 days Kashmir, Leh and Ladakh Tour this year.
This was the best Hotel stay among all the hotels we stayed during this tour. We have booked 9 rooms in this Hotel and all the rooms are very spacious, luxurious, with beautiful view of snow Landen mountains and Shanti Stupa.
We all got very excited as soon as we reached to the hotel with the kind of welcoming environment and the people we met on our arrival. They welcomed all of us as per their tradition and it was so overwhelming.
I would like to thanks Mr. Kamal who helped us administratively during our stay.
The food was excellent and made as per the taste of people who are staying on those days in the hotel. Here comes Mr. Rajneesh Sharma, Manager of the Hotel who ensures that every guest taste all the items prepared specially for them and feel like home. Thank you so much Dear Rajneesh for your hospitality.
And finally comes the real Hero of this Hotel, Mr. Saleem Bhai, owner of this beautiful property and a gem of a person, who handles the show very professionally and with love for this guest. From day 1 we have booked this hotel somewhere in Mar'22, Mr. Saleem was in regular touch with me to ensure that our tour was comfortable.
Saleem Bhai thank you so much for all the things you have done to make our tour enjoyable, comfortable and safe.
He went extra miles to arrange so many things for us and ensure we are comfortable. This is beyond our expectations.
We found a family friend in you and this bond will remain forever.
We all strongly recommend Hotel Ladakh Palace, Leh for your stay in Leh.
Saleem Bhai, we will keep coming to Leh to experience your hospitability.
Thank you so much for your Love.

We had a wonderful time during our 9 days trip to Ladakh. We are thankful for the support extended by Mr. Salim and Mr. Kamal. They helped in planning the itinerary and took care of all permit requirements and booking of other hotels in places like Nubra and Pangong. The staff of Ladakh Palace was equally courteous and attended to all our needs. The food was good and the room was clean and spacious. The room also had a wonderful view of Shanti Stupa and the mountains.
The hotel is around 10 - 15 mins away from the main market but ideal for those who prefer to spend time in a quiet location.

Beautiful place to stay! The interiors has a warm Ladakhi feel and the place is very well maintained! The deck area is made very nicely to relax during sunset and has beautiful views of Khardungla peak, Shanti stupa and tall mountain ranges on all 4 sides. Located in quiet pocket near the Indus River yet walking distance from colourful Leh market and War memorial. We stayed here twice for almost a week and it was a very pleasant stay. Mr.Niaz (owner) is a very friendly and makes sure to monitor every small details. He also helped us to plan our stay in other parts of Ladakh.
Food was great with good vegetarian options. Overall staff is nice and very helpful. The property has good central heating facility and elevators so it is very comfortable even for elderly people and family with kids.

We have stayed in Ladakh palace during our visit to Ladakh for one night- overall the experience was very good, the rooms are very spacious and well kept. Staff was very welcoming and hotel facilities are well maintained. Food was good, though selections were not too many, but nothing to complain about, so overall will recommend
Location was a bit far from the central part of the town, so if you need moving around a lot without own vehicle, may be a bit of a problem

Hotel is very well located at a cool and calm place, away from market but near to Shanti Stupa. It’s rooms are large and well maintained, they are neat and clean. All facilities of a 3/4 star hotel are available in the room.
Food quality is very good and hygienic conditions are well maintained.
Hospitality of the staff is excellent, we were greeted in a traditional Ladhaki style. The changes in schedule due to medical emergency were very well taken care. The owner Mr. Salim , Manager Mr. Kamal and entire staff is focused on customer hospitality from breakfast to dinner to even helping customer for medical care.
Specially Manager Mr. Kamal Bansal is very caring, he was very helpful when we had to admit our son in the hospital due to altitude related sickness.
We all really felt that we are staying in our own home away from Mumbai.
I strongly recommend travellers to this beautiful place to stay here and enjoy their hospitality.

The hotel is located near shanti stupa. Except for this there is nothing good about this hotel. Wifi doesnt work at all.
Bathroom floor gets flooded with water if u take shower. Room doesnt have sufficient lighting.
We had both breakfast and dinner and while breakfast was kind of okay, dinner was not at all good. Absolutely no options in dinner they have only rice and chappati and veg curries are not at all tasty.
Overall not a good experience in hotel.

A lovely small hotel with beautiful views from a private balcony. Well heated and cosy.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The restaurant serves very tasty food and the head person in charge is just wonderful. He suggested things I might like to try, served me personally with these special treats and did everything to help me enjoy my food. He was wonderful, I’m sorry I don’t know your name but you are a great asset to the hotel.
It’s located in a quiet area and the only draw back is the distance to the centre of town which can be walked but is around 7 kms round trip and uphill on return. Hard going at high altitude.

We , a family of 4 stayed at Ladakh palace boutique hotel during our 5n/6d Ladakh trip and found the hotel to be excellent. The hospitality that the staff exhibit is unparalleled and the place and it's upkeep are also great.
We had planned our trip itinerary and sight seeing travel, including a night stay at Nubra, with the help of Mr Salim who is the MD of Ladakh palace. We found this to be much better than online travel portals and cost effective too.
Mr Rajaneesh who heads the place took special care always to ensure that all our needs were tended to. Additionally I would also like to mention Mr Pooran and Mr Yogesh who were the perfect hosts in the restaurant. Mrs Anu at the reception was also very efficient.
The food of Ladakh palace needs special mention. Even though we stayed here for 5 days we didn't get bored by the menu of the lunch or dinner buffet spreads. These are not extensive spreads but very tasty and of good quality.
The driver assigned to us, Mr Ismail was also great on all the drives, with his calm and comfortable driving.
Altogether, the ladakh trip is one which would be remembered by us for all the good reasons. As such Ladakh is a place which will live up to the best imaginations one can have prior to visiting this place. Any direction that you turn towards, you get great sceneries. The drive through Shyok valley, and the khardung-la visit are especially memorable. For kids, the ATV ride near Nubra valley was a great experience, riding through the sand dunes.

The USP of the hotel is its hospitable staff. They go out of bounds to help you.
I travelled for 3 nights for a business trip. Mr. Kamal Bansal helped in securing the 1st night booking else in the midst of peak tourist season, I had to stay in two hotels for just 3 nights trip.
Kamal and Anu who manage the check in desk were always pleasant to talk to and caring as well.
Mr. Rajnish from F&B was welcoming and not to forget housekeeping incharge Mr. Alam.
It is a 3 star hotel. Rooms are quite spacious and with balcony. Cleanliness is maintained and best in their category.
A pleasant stay altogether. Thank you team.
